A person could visit this store as if you were going to an art gallery. The items they have on display are works of art and examples of outstanding craftsmanship. Over the past 25 years, I have bought mirrors, shower doors, shelves,etc. and have always been totally satisfied with the quality of the product and workmanship. The staff inside the store are very friendly and helpful. The craftsmanship is first rate. I highly recommend them to whatever your glass needs may be.

As a comprehensive real estate company doing commercial, development and residential, we do business with Bell frequently and prefer them over their competitors by far. I needed a mirror cut to stage a property LAST MINUTE. What normally would be a 3 day turn around they had ready for me within a few hours to beat the weekend. Craig and Rick did a great job of replacing my windows which had broken seals and in repairing the door to the shower in the master bath. They were on time, courteous, and professional. They did the job efficiently and quickly, but not hastily. I have used this business for 15 plus years now and have always found them to be reliable.

My first time working with any custom glass company so wasnt sure what to expect. My emails were responded to so quickly and I felt like I was being taken care of so much, that I decided that I didnt need to get any other opinions or quotes. My project was relatively small so Im sure it really didnt matter much anyway, but I can say Ill definitely use and recommend them again! We recently visited Bell for glass for our shower. Walking into the showroom was like walking straight into the 70s. The appeal could easily displease some, by I like the character it gave the store. All of the employees were helpful and our glass shower turned out beautiful! Price was comparable to others around town and the install was fast.

Rick and Richard were very accommodating, even though there was a minor miscalculation (no fault of theirs) that resulted in an extra trip out to my home. They were very informative in explaining all aspects of problem resolution and once our shower glass was installed, they went over every detail regarding cleaning, maintence and care. Their experience and skill was very much appreciated.

Catherine was very helpful in choosing the best cut of glass for our dinner table. Rick and Richard performed a perfect install and made sure the glass was spotless before placing it. The installation of our glass shower was done and the plastic on the bottom started leaking. Had them come out and was told there was nothing they could do. We used Bell Mirror rather than a big box store thinking a local business would be better at standing behind their products but was wrong

Still no bathroom mirror after 3 weeks. We just moved into a place and landlord got this place to put a new bathroom mirror in the bathroom. Well they have came out 4 times to re-measure, and that is after they came once before we moved in. So measuring every week and now they say it will be another week before its done. Its just a simple bathroom mirror, not like it has a hundred different cuts or anything, very simple but this place cant get it together. All this time and then put us in the back of the line to get the mirror. I know its not my money, its my landlords money but we are purchasing a home in 2 years ourselves and i know now not to do business with this place.

We had rollers replaced on the bottom of our sliding glass door. Rick and his helper were quick, efficient and great to work with. Very informative of what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. Would recommend them to anyone!

A+ !!! We ordered a custom cut piece of glass for our table and we couldnt be happier. It honestly made the table look 10x better and now we dont have to worry about water rings or scratches. The edges were beveled nicely are the corners dubbed just right. We were pleasantly greeted and several employees helped load the pieces into the truck. Great experience!

Locally owned high quality glass business. They are well known for their custom shower doors. Not cheap, but done with a high degree of craftsmanship. The only drawback is that since they are in demand, theres a bit of a wait.

I was in a bind and needed a custom piece of wire reinforced glass cut as soon as possible. Bell Mirror & Glass was the second phone call I made in my search for a glass company. Kim answered the phone and I explained my situation. She quoted me a price and lead time of 1-2 days, then exceeded my expectations. I asked if there was anyway we could get it later that day and I had the glass within 3 hours of our original phone conversation.
