No matter what Ace Hardware branch you go to, the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. The carry a decent selection of products for the size of their store. They didnt have everything I needed but they had the majority

The most pathetic store there is. The so called men didnt even know what a toggle switch was. I were told they dont carry them. Bull. I found all sorts of toggle switches. Hardware, just a simple machine threaded screw. 1/4 inch. Still no help. Until an elderly lady whos a employee actually took me to the correct isle. All plates that tell you the size of screw you need were so worn no one could guess the size of a simple screw. The manager needs to find another job. He would rather chat with others than give customers any help. Pretty poor store. South Seneca.....I will always tell those I know to never waste time shopping there.

Ace is one of the best places to go for hardware paint and just about any thing you need for fixing things . They are helpful and the attire is clean and easy to find what you need.

They have quite a bit of stuff at reasonable prices. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Quite a large decent variety of things for home improvement. I personally am a fan of Lowes. It is a larger store with a wider variety of things in general. Ace Hardware, is a good place for the smaller in and out things and closer to home for a semi quick in and out.Downfall would be their selection of nails. If you want nuts and bolts it is a great place to go. Nails on the other hand, they have a slightly larger selection than Walmart.

They had what I wanted but their prices are to high. I dont like shopping there because of that

Was a great experience found what I was looking for.

I frequently visit this store but not just for the convenience/ close to home. I can always get help from their staff. Either just helping me find something specific within the store, or offering solutions and alternatives for anything Im working on. In the rare occurrence this store doesnt have what Im looking for they will recommend certain other Aces or even a store in the area. Overall I would recommend shopping here to anyone wanting great service and that Mom & Pop store feel.

Customer service was definitely not great. The guy did ask me if I needed help finding anything but that was it. Definitely no people skills AT ALL. I was looking for something to alter my bed rails and I explained to him that I was looking for wood inserts but I didnt know exactly what they were called....so he tells me wood inserts and I say yes....you know what I mean just making small talk and he never said a word after that. Maybe its me but I felt like I was a bother by being the talker that I am. Poor people skills on top of their overly priced products will deter me from going back.

Friendly, helpful, had what I needed.

I have in the past been a Lowes shopper, but as I recently moved to the area I decided to try Ace. The people are helpful knowledgeable and friendly. A couple of things they didnt have ( i doubt Lowes would gave either) and they directed me to a store in the area to try. Im doing a lot of repair and fix up and plan to get as much as possible here.

Needed a couple of keys made and the lady was very helpful. And the machine scans the key to be made and tells you what blank it takes to make the key. No more guessing. 👍

We needed more lightbulbs and I did not want those daylight color as they are very hard on my eyes. As soon as we walked in an employee greeted me and I told him what I wanted. Instead of just pointing to the aisle he took me there and helped me find EXACTLY what I wanted/needed. I forgot his name but this type of customer service is why we go to Ace first.My husband found exactly the bolts and nuts and screws he needed without having to buy an entire box just to get 2 screws.Wonderful customer service. That is why we choose Ace.

I only use westlake in a pinch situation, the cost is more than I want to pay on everything thing I buy and they are limited on what they have. Home Depot is my go to for everything. But its to far to drive in a pinch.

Horrible customer service. Wasted 20 minutes of my time. I was trying to make a return and they literally shoved me to the side and made me wait. I will take my money else where.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience. The manager there accepted my coupon no problem and they sold 5 gallons of 1K kerosene! :) friendly employees, very clean and well organized over all a great hardware store to shop at!! I will return the next time I need supplies.

I love these neighborhood hardware stores. Staff greeted me at the door and immidiately escorted me to similar items as to the ones I requested. Several fellas were on hand to assist customers. Overall store is clean and well stocked with various supplies, staff is polite and helpful. Prices are not the lowest compared to the big box stores however for a quick polite visit its worth a few cents.

Honestly, not great. Its like their staff have been trained to discourage you from purchasing things.

So I went here to pick up a screen from their customer service area. No one was in area so I stood there for a few minutes until I seen an employee heading that direction pushing a cart.She walked right by me into the service area without saying a word. She had to know I was there to pickup something but I had to wait until she was done doing what she was doing before she helped me.This is pretty normal for the associates at these stores when it comes to service for minorities.This is why i dont normally shop here. Only because my customers account.I would not recommend

Coiuld not get anyone to wait on me needed a plumbing part. Then cashier was ruud after they took 4 people in line ahead of me. Another.customer and myself were waiting and she asked me if we were going to get waited on or not

ACE has a surprising selection of items. I also appreciate that there is always someone available to help and to answer your questions. In the summertime, they also have a nice variety of plants.

Ive walked out 98% of the time with something I was looking for. If youre not sure where something is or cant find it, ask for help from ANY employee. Immediate help is right there... Result - Walk out satisfied.

ACE hardware stores are almost always great. And people actually ask.if you need help, unlike the big box chains, where you practically need a flare gun to get help.

Today I am giving this store #056 a bad ratingI went in there to get just a few things and did not realize that they were closing up at 6 p.m.When I first walked in, you get the greetings Welcome to Ace hardware, while shopping a employee asked me if he can help, I said -No, I already found it then later there were people getting chairs out and setting up in open area.Me minding my own business, the same employee before poked his head around the corner and said to me - Sir, we are closed.I said - Oh, I am sorry I did not know that, all I needed to get was just a couple of more things, then he said - No sir, we are closed and need to leave.I felt like I was not welcome and not politely treated courteously.To me and of my experience with most stores is that whenever a store is closing soon they usually announce that they will be closing.This store did not do this, they were rude in their behavior and need to learn how to treat customers at closing time.
