They are great people the manager is always working hard. Nice and clean stocked even when they are sort handed.

The blonde lady that is there all the time was helpful as usual. Im sorry I dont know their names. But there was an older African American woman there who was rude. I asked for a price check and repeated myself because it seemed she thought I was ready to leave. I decided I didnt want the item and she said something to the effect of dont you want to give me the rest of your stuff to ring up? I said Im not ready thats why I asked for a price check. She rolled her eyes and made a grunt that sounded irritated. I almost left. I spend about $50 a week in this store and felt that was pretty rude to be treated like that. In fact it doesnt matter if I didnt spend a dime, there was no call to be irritated when I simply asked for assistance.

Cleanest family dollar i have been in in the city

I live right by this family dollar and spend at minimum of a couple hundred dollars a month. Most all the employees know me. I went in today and was told I can not bring my purse in. Wow I am not leaving my purse in the car not to mention they were not nice about it at all. Let’s work on treating our customers with respect and kindness like we treat you.I will be reaching out to the district manager and letting them know how customers are being treated as criminals

I went here all the time during the summer, they have everything u need from snacks to cleaning supplies. One thing I shall say is their cashiers are straight up rude.

I moved to wichita 2 years ago and would go to this store because it was convenient. I went there yesterday and was told I would not be allowed in the store again because I have a purse and purses are not allowed. First of all I am a senior citizen and there is not A DAM thing I need to steal from a dollar store.i was very offended and I will NEVER set a foot in that store again. I will take my money somewhere else, there are options. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE.

My tire got a blowout pulling in to the parking lot. Someone had hit the post 7 months afo they said. It is blocked from view by a bush. When I pulled in my tire hit the post so wstch out if you go there!!

Great selection at affordable prices, most items beat walmart and dillions pricing. Really impressed by the number of blue tooth headphones available and at very affordable costs. The cashier was friendly and helpful as well as product informative.

I frequent family dollar and have gone to multiple locations, this location seems to be bigger with 2x the selection (especially in clothing). There was a lot of items on clearance, definitely would prefer this store if you go for it all (grocery, home, and clothing) .

The employees are dirty, there is one white female that always smells bad. This store is always dirty and they barley wanna help you get to something you need. Id spend my money elswhere.

The cashier working, a heavy set African American female wearing a ragged stocking as a dorag looking dirty as could be, refused to except an online coupon even though every other cashier and manager does. Only have this problem when she is working. She is rude and terrible with customers, before and after myself in line. Even if she does not know how to accept the coupons correctly, or cannot, there is a proper way to handle the situation in a professional manor without being instantly snarky and extremely rude towards customers. Quite frankly, with this happening multiple times now, she needs to be replaced and let go from the family dollar family. I will no longer go to the store if she is working. Considering I shop there at least 3 times per week, and I am not the only customer with this opinion of this cashier, and two other cashiers evidently, this should be a strong consideration.
