I was told to call this store by the Walgreens at Central and hillside to see if they had a medicine that Is vital for my health. The lady I talked to was so rude and kept asking me why the other store told me to call them and didn’t offer me any help. Never been treated like that by a Walgreens staff member before.

The worst pharmacy on the planet. Ive given them multiple chances to get it right. I get a text saying my prescription is filled. I show up and wait in line for 30 mins. I finally get to the window they take another 15 mins just to tell me they have to fill the prescription after it was supposed to be filled already. Then they tell me to drive back around and wait in line again. Only this time instead of one car is 3 cars ahead of me. I can promise anyone reading these reviews. If you come to this pharmacy. Be ready to wait an hour or more. Save yourself the trouble and get it filled somewhere else.

I had to come back to the pharmacy three times because they hadn’t filled my script yet. And then they left me waiting at the window for 15 minutes while no one talked to me or told me what was going on.

Try to avoid this place. This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to in my entire life. I have lived in multiple cities. This is the worst one. The pharmacy is not reliable in the slightest.

The photo center at this Walgreens didn’t impress me enough for a 4-5 stars. They should be a little more enthusiastic about their job, and need to improve the communication skills. Pharmacy, however, is very customer friendly and they’re fast. I like the hassle free service and skilled staff that’s working there.

I waited in line for 15 minutes after I had already had an appointment to be vaccinated. When I finally get to the front they say they’ve been out of vaccines all day???? What the heck? Then just now I went to the drive thru to pick up my prescription and NO ONE CAME TO THE WINDOW. I waited for 10 minutes. I even pressed the call button. Left without what I needed. This Walgreens is going down hill. Very upset I couldn’t get my prescription because I kept getting ignored by staff.

This is regarding the pharmacy and no other part of this store. Very rude lady in the pharmacy. I came in a little before 2 and she told me “they’ll be back at 2” ok… so I sat and waited. Then three minutes later she opened the pharmacy window and says “how can I help you?” I wanted the COVID vaccine. She rudely said “if you don’t have an appt we don’t have enough today.” Ok. Take down the walk in clinic signs then. Also you could have just asked me in the first place why I was there and turned me Away instead of wasting 5 min of my life with you.

The pharmacy is horrible. It seems that they are always short on staff that is why they can not really take care of the customers.Over all the store is very depressing due to the lighting and the decoration etc....I will take my business somewhere else...

Heres another one for the photo department. I ordered a photo cube for fathers day, I received the text that my cube was done, get to this store to pick up on fathers day and they cant find it. Call the guy who worked the night before and he told the manager he couldnt get the printer working so he just didnt make the cube. What??? The manager just says sorry about that, itll just take a little while. No this is NOT acceptable, how is it ok that someone just leaves the job and doesnt do HIS job and leaves people hanging on fathers day! I will never use this photo department again!

This place is a joke. For the pharmacy department, i was left waiting at the counter for 10 min,, the pharmacist and the tech saw me yet they said nothing. I will never fill my medication there again.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to EVERY single time I pick up here and the workers are less than polite.Photo department lost my photos and said Oh, they probably got mixed in with someone elses, we will re print them, it will only take 15 min First of all, I dont want a random person having my photos. Second of all, I dont have 15 min to wait. They expected me to wait anyway, I told them again that I couldnt wait and would have to come back for the photos. Checked out my other items, came back later, picked up my photos, got home, my 4x6 photos are missing.... so now i get to go back a third time for my photos.I use this Walgreens because it is close to my work but I will just have to switch to Walmart or Dillons.

The store staff is fine, however the pharmacy staff is rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I think dealing with sick people or the parents of sick children requires warmth. These people have none. I waited an hour for my childs prescription only for them to tell me my insurance was longer covered at Walgreens. My child suffered through the night since we had do have it transferred to another pharmacy. The next day the Drs office told me that the pharmacists could have had it transfered last night. They neglected to tell me that. Humanity....

The disclaimer on this review is that this has been boiling for the last few weeks. Drive through service is slow even with express pay, if you go inside it’s even slower I don’t think they have enough staff. Set aside 20 extra minutes(not including the time it takes to fill it) to just pick up your prescription if you need to get a prescription filled. I refilled a prescription and I happened to find a coupon for it on good RX. Mind you that good RX also showed several of their competitors SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than what Walgreens fills the same medication for. But I still chose to fill through Walgreens and use the good RX coupon except when I went to pay THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT. Which is ridiculous. So I tell them to put it back and have since gotten it filled through Dillion’s for about 40 bucks less. During the same time I am there, I verbally request them to fill another medication I am low on. They said they would fill it. A few days pass and I don’t hear anything so I go up there. They have nothing filled for me they said the computers were acting up. So I wait another day or two and try to refill online. It won’t let me refill online. So I call and spoke with the pharmacist and verbally requested AGAIN to have the medication filled because now at this point I am completely out. I stop by today after work to pick it up and after waiting in the drive thru 15 minutes to be acknowledged they tell me they have nothing for me. Needless to say, I am DONE with Walgreens.

Their new policy is anyone that buys cigarettes they want to scan your drivers license. I told them I was 60 years old and you dont need my drivers license. if thats the case I will not be coming back to this place. They already marked by that rewards program that they have and you and your phone number. Just another way to stick your nose in other peoples business so I wont do business with them.

I picked up a prescription the other day and didnt realize till i got home and opened it that the pills were pink...I have a red dye allergy and its in their system! Im told its not the doctors fault because the meds are colored differently depending on the manufacturer. Sooo thanks walgreens for not checking your system and giving me something that has a dye in it Im DEATHLY allergic too!!! Seriously? Good thing Im not blind

They put their Asian customers first at the pharmacy. Very fustrated all i wanted was my prescription back. And now I keep getting pushed to the side. Now I just witnessed someone who doesnt work here. In the pharmacy where the meds are to be dispensed.
