My experience at notebookmechanix was excellent! Shannon is the best, professional and knowledgeable. Didnt come across at all as too busy to answer questions, and I had a few. He diagnosed my Mac book pro problem and then gave me advice about what to do instead of just thinking Id go along with anything and pay money for a fix that my old Mac might not work well with anyway . Highly recommend Shannon and Notebookmechanix.

From the second I called and asked my questions to the day I dropped it off for repair that were fas friendly professional and knowledgeable. The were able to fix my computer with no issues or realted problems. The repair costs were very reasonable. I would ajmne have recommended this business to my family and friends.

Most unprofessional service ever. They will keep your laptop for ever unless you threaten to sue them and when i got mine, the laptop had screws missing. I would pay few extra bucks on a more reliable service.

I had made a call thinking I had called a company I have do business before. Shannon answered and was even will to get me the number to this company, so I asked what it would be in the same situation. I took it to Shannon and he called with in a day to tell me what was the issue. He also gave me a price including parts that never went up in price or labor. They are 1/4 of the cost of other companys I wont name... not that they are not good at what they do. All told Shannon Rollings and the whole staff are a true 5 star company. I believe Wichitas best hidden secret when it come to honesty and a staff that knows what customer satisfaction is all about!

Shhhh....this is where many of the local computer fixit guys take their problems. Skip the middlemen and sneak in here. It doesnt look like much, because it wasnt designed to be impressive to retail customers. Computer geeks from all over the world ship their issues here. You can trust the people here. Totally rude obnoxious and lazy... i guess its obvious why these guys operate out of a run down back water trash building. Dont know anything about customer service. A guy named Alex supposedly the owner but i cant see him doing anything but temp work cutting my lawn. ..which i doubt he can figure out how to start the mower. Definitely dont go here and expect anything resembling customer service. They strike me as lazy tokers just wanting a place to do nothing. If they cant even answer simple questions like who is the owner? How can they even begin to repair a computer? They cant even give a straight answer on what their own phone number is... seriously?
