They are usually pretty great but the last few times I have been there they were out of their feature donut and they werent even halfway through the day. Today I went for the cinnamon bun one 5hours before close and they are out because it was their last day they said. I have been disappointed in their ability to provide the feature donuts. The last few months.

Krispy Kreme stay on Krisp. I always enjoy going to Krispy Kreme and I have to say out of all the ones Ive been to, the Wichita location is the cleanest and friendliest one Ive been to. The staff are on point and I can honestly say that people from Wichita are way more friendly than they are where Im from. I highly recommend their Reeses creme filled pastry and they have a large selection to choose from for any type of pallet. Definately satifies my tummys G-spot. Any other donut from anywhere else is just an impostor or wannabe.Definately worth the trip if your coming from out of town or from up the street, make Krispy Kreme your favorite treats.Bet your mustache.

Great place to get fresh donuts all day. People are always friendly, and the store is spotless. Drop by and get them when other donut places are closed.

My last visit to Krispy Creme got nothing. Gas prices rising. Will quit wasting it going to poor service from workers that appear lazy and underpaid.

Need to train staff with food handling. The drive thru cashier was taking money with gloves on. then picking donuts out and placing them in the box without washing hands or changing gloves out. I threw my donuts away.

Fast service and delicious product! My grandkids and I did a taste test. We had fun going around to several Wichita donuut shops. I served the boys a piece of the various donuts without them knowing where they came from. Crispy Kreme beat all comparable donuts hands down! YUM!

Amazing donuts and lattes. Sometimes you can get the donuts fresh, and windows allow you to see the equipment while donuts are being made. Super fun.That being said, this location has a bad habit of advertising deals, specials, etc. That they do not intend to honor. Dont expect any coupons to be honored, even if they have this locations exact address on them and are not expired. Do not expect their chocolate glazed donuts any Friday either. They keep changing the date of the selected friday.

The donuts were fresh but the selection was very limited. Only cake donut was blueberry. Glazed were either original or chocolate. Otherwise it was filled only. Disappointing. If I didnt have gift cards to use, I would have gone to Dunkin instead.

The staff was awesome! Quick to meet our needs and inform us of the differences in menu options (there were a LOT of donut varieties, and our visit was late at night) and deals, etc. The kind attendant helping us was smiley and welcoming. Was a great experience. A clean place, cool to see the process of making our delicious treats behind the counter. we picked a smorgasbord of donut options and were quite pleased with each one!

This location Ive had mixed doses of quality/staleness in the donut department, the drive thru is usually very slow, and for me the drinks are just not good. Wont be able to stay away even so. Love me some original glazed, tho. 😊

Hot light was on so we stopped. It used to be you got a dozen for $6.99 when the hot light was on. We asked at the counter if this was still the case. The guy had no idea, said he thought maybe there was but wasnt sure. There were 10 other people just standing around and no one offered to help the guy answer our questions nor did he turn around and ask anyone to help him. KK is my favorite donut but this is happening often when we visit and now I think Im done. Oh, and there was no discount and theyre not giving samples because of COVID even though the guy turned around and collected our dozen no differently than the would have a sample.

We rarely get donuts but when we do it must be Krispy Kreme!!!!! Chocolate cream filled w/chocolate glaze...yum!!!!!

A week ago today we stopped at Krispy Kream to get donuts. There were only other two other customers in the store and they were at a table eating about 20 feet from the entrance. And only a couple of staff working behind the counter a good twelve feet away. As we walked towards the counter to place our order we were asked to wear masks or use the drive through.We dont wear masks and it is a HIPPA violation to even ask why we dont because it is a protected right to privacy.So thank you Krispy Kream for helping us live a healthier lifestyle by never eating your donuts again. Tell your staff not to worry as our shadows will never cross one of your stores thresholds again.

Okay this donut shop is the best they are fresh homemade donuts and they cook them in front of you! Like how cool is that! And they also have frozen lattes iced lattes and chocolate milk if your not a donut fan or if you want drinks too but I 100% recommend
