I have been buying different types of batteries from them for years. Always friendly and knowledgeable, the store always looks neat as does the parking lot. I see people come in that are wanting car batteries and the employees are helping them put it in. I can’t think of anything negative. Because I’ve never had a situation where I was unhappy when I left.Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but that’s to be expected with a place that gives that service.

I had an old battery that was still in replacement warranty time, but I bought a battery since I had trouble with previous one being dead after only sitting 2-3 days ( I didnt want to take the chance of it just dying while driving so I installed the new one). Upon installing the new battery is when I discovered that the battery was still under warranty I promptly called them and let them know and they told me to come in and we would get it sorted out. I went in and they tested the battery which tested good even though it has died multiple times. It was originally a Florida vehicle and didnt like the temp fluctuations of Kansas . So i tried to just the return the battery I had just bought and used for approx 20 mins and was told I cant return it. Wish there was some better communication on the phone. Im a little bit frustrated I spent 180+ bucksI think miscommunication was the biggest issue. They ended up giving me 50 Bucks for my old battery which I suppose is better than nothing.

Dont buy these batteries for warranty. It is very misleading. My battery only 6 months old dies and I took in for replacement and they told me it would be three or four days to charge then may replace. Travelling cross country this would be a catastrophe. Walmart Will replace on spot day you need it.

Best place to buy batteries for your watches, key globe. They can put batteries in your watch if you want to pay twice as much. Just saying.

Ive been in here several times and they always seem to be busy but still pleasant and helpful even though they are hustling folks right along, I get it, theyre busy, so am I so no big deal to me. Ive had some requests that I thought were longshots but they not only knew exactly what I was talking about (even a couple of really obscure electronics batteries) they actually had them right there onsite. I was pleasantly surprised.

This company took such great care of me today. I ran into the owner at the gas station where my car had died. I was getting ready to call a tow company after a failed attempt at jump starting it. Without me even asking, he turned around to go take a look at it. He rushed back to the store to get jumper cables and came back to get my car started. After my car was started he sent me to the store for a new battery. His staff was ready for me when I came in and took care of me in less than 15 minutes, despite being busy.Owned and operated by kind, knowledgeable people. I highly recommend them.

I came here for a replacement iPhone battery because the price was good. However, whoever worked on my phone broke the connection to my volume buttons, so I had to come back in, and it took them days to order the parts and fix this problem. Nathan was not very nice at all, especially when I called and asked about the status of my phone. The battery they put in was also bad (it didnt show the correct charge and my phone restarted on its own many times), but they claimed it was a software problem!! I ended up getting a good replacement battery elsewhere and giving Interstate their battery back for a full refund. Its been a few weeks now, I am in Lawrence, and I decided to use my headphones... turns out the jack is broken too. I went to a local fix it place and they noticed damage at the jack that must have occurred when replacing the battery. Luckily they put some adhesive on for a quick fix but a full fix would cost another $60. Maybe Interstate Battery a good place to go for some things, but I would definitely not recommend getting your iPhone battery replaced there.

Wonderful service! Technician replaced my car battery in about 15 minutes even though winter storm winds were howling around my car. The car battery type I got was more expensive than at Costco, but this one has a longer warranty (it has thicker lead plates) and Costco wont install it for you.

I left my headlights on....which killed my battery! ....luckily was just down the road from them....tow truck wanted $ 75 plus. ..just for a jump. ...they brought out a mini jump pack. ..like console size....and started my car right away...AT NO CHARGE!....Im 3hrs from home and found a blessing in disguise. ....thank you interstate! !

I have gone here for car batteries and they did great, but... I had a dive computer(watch) and I went to every dive shop in town and nobody could help me, not even the place I bought the dive computer. I was DESPERATE when I walked in. This place probably has a battery for any thing. Watch batteries, computer batteries, car and truck, even for our Prius hybrid. Installation is free. Cant go wrong here. My first choice.

I went there after finding out just how hard it can be to have a location to get replacement cellphone batteries. (Especially) the almost obsolete models (a.k.a.) Samsung slider models and lot of flip-phone types. Please note: those older model asessries tend to climb in price.

Not sure about the service but as far as websites go, this one is at the bottom of the list. Not easy to get around when trying to browse products plus theres not any pricing. It ask for your location and will even tell you which is closer but cant give you any prices. It says to please contact the store.... No thank you, thats what the websites for.
