Took around 3 hours for loading. But loaded me prior than my appointment time. Big organization nice people.

Checked in about two hours before my appointment, got a door right away and was loaded within an hour. Can’t complain

Employees of the company work very slowly, they load for a very long time, and then after downloading another 30-40 minutes you need to wait for documents.

With out a doubt the worst company to deal with. I broke a part on my grill they way it is made I need that part to use it and no luck everyone say he cant get the Legs I broke .Instead of trying to help I am told only what cant be done. I would say dont ever by any Coleman product the customer service is terrible and if you ask a question they cant answer they hang up. IF you ask for a Supervisor they hang up. And the customer people in another country who knows where.

Absolutely 💯 and Love

Arrived 15 minutes before my appt. time and got right in. Backed into a dock and sat there for 5 hours waiting for them to load half my trailer and I was the only one at the dock. Then waited another 1.5 hours for paperwork. There are no restrooms just port o johns.

Pretty slow. Wait around for a door, and wait around some more for the paperwork.

They take 4 hours to get me loaded i checked in 2:45 and out at 6:45 not good company to pick the load 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Give them one star because cant give them 0000.Check in 8:00 AM, check out 6:00 PM.Slow,slow,slow stay away.

Great place to be at! My pickup appointment was at 1230 but I got here and stayed over night and checked in at 0700 and was put in a door after checking in but they didnt start loading my trailer until about 0930 but they had me loaded by 1100. P.S. Everyone was very friendly!!!

I purchased a replacement propane hose (pol to 1 lb tank connector) from, Amazon. Pol connector broke in a week ...I have contacted Coleman and parent company, Newell, 5 times with no response. I see frequent same complaint on this Coleman product. Just want it fixed or money back. Kansas guy disappointed with modern Coleman. Walter Hill

I worked at Coleman company manufacturing plant and my experience was a little intense. The training is minimal, but the stock is impressive. Incredibly hard work and does not pay what it should given the severity of the physical and mental demand, and shifts are not flexible. That being said, you start to feel pretty at home in the place even after a few days.

Coleman overcharged me by $120 on an order. Customer service acknowledged and they opened an incident but nothing has happened. Customer service is lovely and feels so bad about it, but they cant do anything and will not give me any contact info for someone at the company. I will never order anything online from them again--the product is good, but the service is awful and dishonest

Every Coleman product Ive ever had or used has been superb. I have a coleman coffee up right next to me that I use every day as my regular cup. Their camping gear is Great. Lol outside I have the skeletal remains of an old Coleman pop-up camper that I use for a utility trailer. Its gotta be 50 years old. Tough as nails, goes straight as an arrow, handles rough roads just fine.. Bravo Guys! I hope you treat your workers well, they deserve it!

I absolutely love working at Coleman. They are a great company to work for, even as a temporary employee. I have not had a single problem with anyone there, my leads are helpful, knowledgeable and the company as a whole works as a team to provide the world with Superior products.

Great in and out and will take you early!!! They don’t use pallets so your lumper fees to unload maybe high!!! Paid $450 to unload in Massachusetts.

Plenty of room to get into docks, got in loaded and out in about 45min. All of the people were GREAT!!! Wish all customers were like this.👍

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!!Could not get anyone who spoke English to help me to return a defective product for a refund. This went on for over a week!They had my street address wrong for the orig delivery so that issue went on forever. They had my email address associated with the order wrong & refused to allow me to return a defective product, which actually injured my back when it failed!Do NOT buy from this company - they DO NOT stand behind their products & their products are garbage.

The best employees club I have ever seen. Great fishing day and giveaway! Love the other events they put on throughout the year too.

Looks like a warehouse gor china instead of a factory. I bought dual-fuel Coleman stove model 414, and the generator broke after two tanks of fuel. Coleman is definitely total trash now they should be selling it at Walmart.

Company does not warranty its products. Tell me that the tent poles broke because of wind. There has been no wind. Customer service said we dont warranty poles unless they are broke in the box. This will be the last Coleman product I ever buy. I have never had poles break on the second use. Shame on you Coleman for manufacturing junk.

Compared to other places I been its pretty decent guard very polite and it took them about 2 hrs to get unloaded so not bad!!

Bought a coleman power steel framed pool because coleman is suppose to be amazing quality, needless to stay the power steel frame is not as strong as you would think... It broke the first year i had it( i bought it july 12nd 2017)... I have been trying to buy 3 replacement poles for my COLEMAN pool but ive had to call bestway products not coleman and their employees can only answer questions with an idk.... my poles are still on back order a month later and its summer my kids want their pool.... This is ridiculous...

Worst customer service I have EVER dealt with!! Their policies include, but are not limited to, the poor practice of REFUSING to refund customers the cost of tax and shipping. Complaints are filed away in hopes that the customer/problem goes away, and they are perfectly happy with leaving customers with faulty products and out money. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!

My husband purchased a Coleman 12volt cooler for $97.00. Twice the power plug has gone bad and he has replaced the cooler once, and continues to replace the fuses in the plug. No response from Coleman. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Was told by Celadons dispatch to come here & pick-up a load @ 14:30 going to Cullman, Al.Once I went in to check in, shipper said appointment was for 16:30.From arrival to waiting on paperwork, which is another 15to20 mints leaves me being here 16hrs including a10hr(Break) sleep&waiting.Planners @ Celadon WILL SCREW YOU along w/ stupid DMs.Will jump for joy when it folds.

Pays 12$ hour it is a 8HR job has 3 shifts you work 5 to 6 days a week hot factory has multiple job types form assembly to service driver...

Been trying to get a refund since August on a tent that ripped on first set up. I cant get a reply anymore. Last contact from them was in September. This is the definition of terrible customer service.
