Went into Superior Signs in August to inquire whether or not they would do single tshirts. The answer was yes, but it would be 2 weeks before they could get to it. After the first month I had to call weekly to check if they had even started and it was always the same answer, that they were going to try and get to it in the next week or so. Finally, 2 months in they said they were going to get started on it....and it’s November, still have heard nothing.

The quality of the finished product is impeccable. Very professional looking signs. However, if you wish to get your signs custom made in a timely (and organized) manner, you’re better off going somewhere else. If you’re patient and willing to call the company numerous times about the progress of your order, then I strongly recommend Superior Signs.

Fantastic solution for all your printing needs. They are always on time with the deadlines of the printing projects. Great group of people to work with and I would not use anyone else. They would get 10 stars if I could give that many.

August 5th I took on five sets of plaques that needed names engraved on existing name plates. I asked for a quote for new plaques and name plates to match my existing ones, and a quote for a new set of plaques. I was told they would be ready for the first day of school. Two weeks later I checked in because they never called. Was told they hadnt started because they didnt know if I wanted the quoted items, that they had never contacted me about. Despite my frustration I told them I wanted the entire order. I was told it would be a week. Fast forward to October 9th. They still havent called so I stopped by. They again havent started any part of the order. I wish I could give zero stars

Great place awesome service I needed a lighter inscriped for a special event Friday night I came in Wednesday the double script done was perfect the inscription was perfect which the event perfect. Thanks for waiting for me I was 2 minutes late after closing and they waited for me. I recommend them to everyone.

They did a wonderful job on my sons urn.it was a hard time but they accommodated me and knew how important it was.and when i saw the work done it was so beautiful more then i was expecting.i mean beautiful.great work i would definitely be going back..you all really know what it means to put pride in your work.thank you

Prices sound great, but we ordered a set of vinyl letting for our businesses door and a small single color banner that was said to be ready July 26th. Still no products. Called today and they said tomorrow it should be done.

They are totally awesome!!! Had a last minute idea for a 40th Birthday and they pulled it off for me. I would highly recommend them

I can not begin to explain how unprofessional this place was! Not only did they keep trying to change our designs, they took 3 weeks and still no proof of the end product. When asked if a proof would be sent soon, the manager was very rude. We went to go pick up our items and every single one was broken or dinged as if she wanted to make sure we couldnt go anywhere else to get our cups engraved. I wish this could be no stars because even 1 they dont deserve.

Please ignore the false review given by Sayuri Anarion. This is a complete fabrication as she has never been a customer of Superior Signs. She is in fact a total fraud that posted this as a favor for a friend of hers who was so rude to Adam & Sonja they had to ask her to leave. These people are total drama queens intent on spreading lies about a very good business.
