They couldnt give me a price to change out the manual shift cables. I was quite disappointed. I found someone else who could. Some places dont have customer service. Some do. Have faith and call around.

Hannah, the service advisor was pleasant. There is hot and cold running television (thanks for not tuning to Fox News), wifi and even arcade games.Oh, and the car was suitably serviced and washed. I think thats why I went there.

I can only speak to my experiences, but in my dealings with them so far, I have found their team and service level to be uneven. The Service Manager, Glen Mahan, does seem to care about feedback and making an effort to treat customers fairly. I cant go as far as to say that they have earned my business in the future, but my wife and I really appreciate Glens efforts to make amends.

Recall work on our mazda. Professional polite and quick at what they do. Looked around while car was in repair. Good vehicle choices and priced well.

I really enjoy going to Davis-Moore Mazda, where I purchased my car, everyone there makes me feel right at home, they have Outstanding Customer Service, theyre really nice and friendly with a lot of knowledge, they laugh with me and joke around with me all the time, I really like that, the Service Department does a great job fixing my car, and the Salesman really do a great job on helping you purchase a car, I highly recommend Davis-Moore they are all Great People, Thank You ALL very much!
