Cleaner, more organized than others in the area. Courteous staff. Keep Improving.
Great first time experience, friendly, knowledgeable and affordably priced.
Wonderful South Asian Market with a massive selection of fresh, frozen and dry products. The owner is really friendly and helpful. Very well priced. Strongly recommend you check them out.
They have unique items
All Indian required groceries and other food items/condiments are available at this store.! Good and Halal meat is available.
I absolutely love going to this market. The owner and all the employees are super helpful. They have the freshest chicken and meat available. The owner told me they buy their meat from a local farm.THEY ARE OPEN LATE TOO - UNTIL 11:00PM!!!and they don’t rush you out the door like some stores do...I’m saddened to see so many people giving my favorite place poor ratings just because the name is misleading to them...I have to admit, I was thrown off a bit myself until I looked at my globe. Who knew —— India is in Asia? Go figure...One time when I was there, the owner’s wife spent over 20 minutes giving me detailed step-by-step directions on how to make achari chicken. She even gave me her home number and said to call anytime I had a question or needed help. I didn’t realize the time and called her at 11:15pm and she answered the phone as happy as could be and walked me through the recipe (again)....So sweet and friendly...
Great place for south asian shopping. Almost all things are available there. Specially the fishes and fresh vegetables. Got nice behaviour from the owner and staffs. Would highly recommend this place.
Very well laid out store with exceptional customer service
Great little market. Everything was organized and easy to find. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to stopping in again.
This is a very organized groceries shop than many others in Wichita, its good to see number of different products in a small place kept in an organized way I go to this place every Monday to get fresh vegetables.
You can get fresh veggies on every Monday. You can find all the Indian items in the store in case if you dont find it just tell the store owner they are very friendly.
This has become my to-go shop for pretty much all my south-East Asian grocery needs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You’re greeted as you enter the stars and I’ve been asked many times if there’s anything they could help me find. In my opinion, Engaging in friendly conversations with the customer could be very vital to build up a regular customer base. Their produce section is usually fresher. Only negative thing is parking as they’re located in a small strip mall and sharing parking slots with other shops.
They have everything you can need or want! Very fresh foods and spices. I even tried a selection of frozen foods that were good as restaurant style. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Great service.
The best store in town to get a taste of Indian food. They restock regularly and get products based on consumer demand. The price is fair too.
Just meet my expectations
This is one of my favourite places to shop at cause they have Arabic food.
I have not shopped here in a while, but can tell you that the owner, Mansur, and his family are courteous and very helpful. Also, I am ashamed as an American from many of the reviews that the name of this store is misleading. Geography lesson, Bangladesh is a country in the subcontinent, which is In South Asia, hence an appropriate name for this business. Please do some research people before posting a review which makes you look ignorant.
Great place
No one seems to care. Just there to get your money. We saw the owner picking his nose and started cashing out a customer right after without even washing his hands. We left and never returned. They call this place halal... I wonder why ?
Friendly staff who are willing to help and really good Asian products which are hard to find elsewhere!
Just the best....
Almost everything is expired, and they don’t even remove the expired products after you inform them.
Very nice clean place. Great customer service!
Love this place! Theyre friendly, helpful, and have item you cant find easily in town. I shop here frequently and recommend it.
A decent shop to get middle eastern, indian and other subcontinent products. There selection is good and has a very competitive pricing. The spices are way cheaper than supermarkets like Dillons and walmart.Serves halal beef, lamb, goat and fresh chicken. Definitely the place to be if youre trying out a new indian or middle eastern recipe or looking for fresh meat.
I did not enjoy my experience at this store. There was merchandise on the ground, such as rice bags. Even though they are contained within bags, I still would not feel comfortable buying those items. They also sell expired product. Is that ethical? I doubt it. As I was about to check out at the register, A cockroach popped on top of the register, and the lady immediately killed it. It was a disgusting experience. What type of an owner is okay with this? There were also a bunch of dead crickets/cockroaches near the back of the store by the so-called fresh vegetables. That is very unsanitary. I question the cleanliness of this store. They sell raw meat and I dont think people would be okay with buying fresh meat that may be carrying diseases. Someone could get seriously sick. I question the Health Department as to why they have not shut this store down! I definitely doubt I will be going back for another visit, at least not until the owner decides to straighten up and do something about his bug infestation and merchandise on his unsanitary floors and his expired product. This store should be reported and someone should do something about it. The stores hygiene needs to improve.
Very nice and clean store. Mostly Indian food though, but prices well, and again CLEAN, dont know how many other Asian groceries stores my wife and I have been they were nasty, Asian Groceries is a happy execption.
Found spicy noodles here when I did the challenge. Lol.
Has a small restraunt, with great authentic food. A hidden gem
If you are looking for Zabiha meat or desi spices, naan or basmati rice, look no farther. They carry any and all Indian, Bangladeshi or Pakistani groceries. The owners are very friendly and look for suggestions to carry any item they currently do not have. It’s our weekly stop on grocery trips.
Its not Asian is more India food was very disappointed and not labled so if you dont know exactly what you need or what youre looking for its like trying to find a needle in a haystack lol
I really wish they offered basic cooking classes. I need a Chef!!!
I always buy something from them even when they dont have what Im looking for 😉
Great
East taste of food ...try it now
Great place to get middle eastern foods
Great service and even though they dont carry everything that may be African related, other than the Kenyan tea I love, I highly recommend the store for excellent customer service esp. from the store assistance Nida...she is the absolute best ♥ :)
They have solid desi items !!! Fresh and healthy ! Good place for asian foods !
They rang up my cookies $1 more after I asked how much it was. I found out after I left the store. Then they charged me $3.49 on bread that was $1.99. Also the price on hair m color was $3.49 they charged me $3.99 and gave me a refund for .50c. Will not go there ever again!
Somewhat misleading name. Only sells food and ingredients of Indian origin. Selection of items was ok.
Nice and calm place, very kind service by management
They have expired stuffThe meat always frozen
Good collection of indian food
It was nice, only took four and a half hours when if it was just me it would have to a whole day, but expensive and the place is small and all there kids where there.overall it was ok
Fresh halal meats!
Not bad for anywhere in the country.
Bone-in lamb meat has 70% bones and 30% meat.
Helpful staff, quiet and peaceful place
Cheap place to get halal meat, but its wiser to buy 10lb chicken because its only $1.49/lb rather than the other type that cost at least $2 and above/lb
They’ve got most the stuff that we need for Indian cooking .Disclaimer always check the expiry date before buying anything.
Great prices and very good inventory.
Ezekiel prices and service
Only the prices are not fixed for all the stuff. It fluctuates alot
Halal meat available. Pakistani and Indian brands are available.
They have some good products but over priced
Found expired stuff. Not clean enough to buy groceries from. The two stars for the friendly staff.
Its a necessity for asian students but its expensive.
Be advised this is a Middle Eastern grocery market. Overall the selections were limited and prices marked up.
The name of this store is very misleading. Its called Asian Groceries, and yet it only pertains to one country specifically. You will not find any Chinese, Japanese, or Korean goods, or any type of that matter in this store. Just FYI for those who may come to this location in search of those things.
Nice clean place
I like this place where i can get asian stuff but make sure you need to check the expiry on the product - i had this problem for couple of time so i revisited them and that was painful
Great price
😃
It has exactly what I needed
Good food and people
All you want... Name it and get it here...
Should be called middle eastern grocery.
Good
Decent place
