I’m from out of state and left a CPAP part at home resulting in me not being able to use my machine. Lori (Respiratory Therapist) quickly resolved my issue professionally and courteously. If I could give negative to stars I would. I have called many times so no one would answer. Get automated message to call later. I would get 3 to 5 invoices a month. Daily calls and try to answer, but they hang up.Doctor discharged oxygen machine 12/2020 and I still get billed with wait to pick up. They claim never got. Out of estimated 30-40 calls I have reached them twice.I set up to pay monthly what I could afford and just saw where adapthealth there billing portal took $77. Out of account. Does not allow manual pay apparently. Reporting to BBB.

Since the company has been bought out to say my experience with them was bad would be doing them justice.They send PAID bills to collectionsDONT give them a credit card number bc they keep it on file and charge unauthorized charges for bills you havent even received yet.E VERYONE you call tells you something different, and NOT. a single person. Can give you a straight answer.They tell you what you want to hear, but dont fix the problems.

I changed insurance and forgot to update them. They didnt contact me for over a year after that. I wasnt that upset because they almost never return calls. Last Spring I got a random call and decided to restart service for some reason. I cant shutoff my autopay via website because it makes you call in to do it. That should be fun.

This place is the slowest Ive been promised my oxygen for over 3 weeks and still nothing.... What kind of medical supplier is this if a patient needs something and Dr orders it what gives them the right to make us suffer when we dont have it... Absolutely no excuse for the long wait especially when it comes to your health this is what they do jeopardize your health I will not tolerate their behavior

I went in for my setup of my apap machine. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mona C. She was very informative and made me aware of what the expect the first night using it. With her help, I was able to have a great successful night of using the machine. Thanks for being well informed and providing the information I needed to be successful in my therapy.

Have used in the past was told by employee that I could order my supplies in Dec and pick up when I was back in town after Jan 1st and it would still count since I had met my 2019 deductible. Received bill after picking up and Healthline declined to do anything and stated the employee had been let go. Poor customer service took no responsibility for employee giving out incorrect information to customer and never followed up with resolution.If you need CPAP supplies look on Amazon I have found same supplies much cheaper directly from Phillips

Worst customer service ever. Nobody knows nothing when you go into pick,up supplies and they sure dont put their extension number ourt there so you can call them back. Instead you stay on hold for an eternity. Awful

My husband has been using healthline for about 5 years now and they never disappoint! Gabe and Diego are so awesome to come out when something goes wrong whether it be for oxygen machine or his bed. I know most people would say it’s their job, but they are always pleasant and do a fantastic job! This does make a difference! I came into the store yesterday needing answers to my concerns about my grandmas equipment, supplies, and insurance.Wanda came immediately to help. She was very polite and put my questions and concerns at ease. I needed additional supplies that my grandma was not able to Express during the equipment check. My husband was referred by his sleeping doctor to get breathing device.After they said they talked with our insurance company, they charged us $2,000 (According to them, it’s sticker price was $10,000 but insurance covers 80%).So we paid.A month later, we received EOB, and found out that the sticker price was only $1,000ish which means our responsibility was $200.That was fine. Mistake happens. So we requested for refund. They said it would take 2 weeks.Guess what. No nothing for 6 weeks. We went to check the status over and over, going back and forth. Every time, manager said the same thing.“I will mail the check this a Friday”“It should be on its way”Still nothing. Finally we went in shared our experience with office staff. Then finally we got our money back.It is ridiculous that we had to go through that. We will never use this business again.

If I could rate it ZERO I would. They continually bill you and your insurance company for items that were returned even though Healthline and their billing company CareCentrix has been contacted several times. They refuse to help or correct it. I am turning them in to Texas Department of Insurance for fraud. Maybe then they will correct incorrect billings.
