Amazing! Doctor Menchaca is the absolute best!

Dr Menchaca provides excellent care. She is a considerate listener and demonstrated a personal interest in my hearing. Dr Menchaca explained each step of my hearing analysis. She then helped me understand my short term and long term treatment options. In addition, her conversation with me also touched on personal actions that I can take to help prevent or slow down further reduction of hearing acuity.The hearing aids that we selected have been effective and got me back in touch with friends, grandchildren, my wife and other family members.

Dr. Menchace went above and beyond for my son. We were needing a service that is not available anywhere in the local Wichita Falls, TX area and she found a specialist on her own time. We are not even an established patient of hers and she still spent her valuable time researching and finding a specialist for my son. As a special needs mom this means the world to me. I am the one who is always trying to research and find these specialist on my own while working a full time job and taking care of my family. I am grateful for her time and knowledge. Thank you!
