I have had nothing be great service from both the instrumental and the guitar repair shops, and I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff.

I would give 10 stars if possible! We just moved in the area and were looking for a general music store! Most places here are guitar only. I am so grateful we found Sam Gibbs! They are so knowledgeable, kind and professional! HUGE SHOUT OUT to Jared in the repair department! He literally went above and beyond for me! He is very professional and knew his craft! Sam Gibbs Music is very blessed to have such an amazing team member on their staff! Pricing is very reasonable too! We will definitely be coming back and we would 100% recommend this place!

Friendly staff. Terrible Prices. This business continues to prey on the unknowing parents of this city. Upcharges of prices upwards of 80-100% for instruments you can find anywhere else.In a response to the owner who has addressed my review; I am a musician of 15+ years, and I am very aware and familiar of general quality and pricings of your wares. I price checked several of your items because I was completely caught off guard with your posted prices. I was never quoted anything like you suggested, regarding an optional maintenance fee. No one in your store spoke to me about pricing at all for that matter. So I will assume this is just a cut/paste response of anyone who questions your ridiculous pricing.

This place has been around for so long and for great reason. Friendly faces, beautiful clean store. Rented my trumpet and violin here when I was younger, so great for those band kids. Also great selection in every other department. Much better than dealing with those big music stores!

Employees are well diversified in practically every music instrument. How to clean, play, and proper handling. A big selection of instruments to choose from.

Mr. Harris is a great guitar teacher! My son has shown excellent results as a result of Mr. Harris directions and is a mentor. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Look forward to many years of doing business with them.

This place has been around for quite a while! The staff is always open for conversation and friendly and can generally point you in the right direction if you have any questions. The selection isnt huge and the prices are somewhat high, but the services and convenience make it seem reasonable. Good store. Good people.

Only place in town where I could get a capo quick. They had a large selection and my daughter had a lot of fun sampling the instruments. A little pricey. But I did get to get the exact color I wanted.

Excellent service. Not pushy and in your face but attentive when youre ready to ask questions. Knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions with patience. Definitely coming back!

Obsurd pricing for mediocre insturments. I understand nice equipment is cheap but wow.. will drive to dfw area instead. Sad because we prefer local businesses however an 800 dollar difference for identical insturments is outrageous

Had to take my sons trumpet in for repair again (hes kinda rough on his instrument). staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Craftsmanship appears of good quality and work is completed on or before promised.

I felt completely ignored as a potential customer here. I feel I would have received more attention from the brick wall outside. Unfortunate that I had to eventually purchase online as I wanted to keep my money local.

Repairs took longer than expected and communication wasnt the best but they more than made up for it with their friendly service and helpful attitude.
