Nice, clean, brand new truck stop. I like the dinosaurs. The outside is spotless. The showers were nice, but I wish that they had more showers available. I had to wait awhile to get one. They only have two. Otherwise, thos is a very nice truck stop.

Bathrooms clean. Payment at the pumps sucks. First I was required to go in, then she turned the machine on, then it required me to pay in advance, and then the credit card wouldnt work at the pump so I had to go into the cashier after all that!!! Flying J is supposed to be a quick stop and it was a p i t a.

ATTN: Flying J Corporate...... Please allow this location to upgrade their pumps. As a Local Business that uses this location daily, We are constantly having issues when we go to pump fuel. The card readers are constantly having to be reset or worked on. Seriously... no sense in having a pay at the pump option. If you can not PAY AT THE PUMP????? We are told by Management that Corporate will not upgrade this location. Please give them the tools necessary to do their jobs. Our average gas bill each month is $2000-$3000. I just went up the street to Your competitors to get fuel. Please address this issue. You have a 5 star location with good employees. Spend some $ to upgrade Your pumps...

Parking lot is very small n on top of that. Most is reserved.Friendly faces at fuel desk.

Someone had the great idea to put truck prime parking in the auto section of the parking lot and the not put up signs marking it. Instead they put up signs saying auto/ RV only and expect you to just know that the paid parking is right in front of the gas pumps.I must mention though that the staff on shift in the morning was extremely courteous, especially Mario. He hustled getting food for the wife and I so that we could get back out on the road and making money.

Nice driver amenities. Best kept shower rooms Ive been in. Older man Cecil I think I heard? works hard and is good at what he does.Had problems getting the dryer to take my coin and he helped and when one of my sneaky canadian quarters found its way into my change he gave up 2 of his to make sure I got my laundry dried.

Good customer service.They literally have a little bit of everything for sale.Plus they have a Wendys inside.

Trukstop is like a trash heap! Disgusting service, shower impossible. Showers are empty but not cleaned.Employees are like sleepy flies.

Got a hot shower. The shower was clean and didnt have to wait and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend using their facility.

They have RV lanes and a Wendy’s inside, they also have a wide array of products for that traveling RV’er. Easy in, easy out.

Pumps don’t work

Easy in and out with three (3) RV Dump Stations and and 2 diesel pumps. Water pressure is very high for flushing tanks throughly. Lots of room for even a long 5th wheeler to turn around.

Its an all in one stop for me. I love Wendys I love lottery ticket machines, and I need gas in my car. Win!

I used to stop there when I worked for Hallcon Wendys inside very convenient!!!

Crenza is incredibly rude to truck drivers! I waited my turn at the front desk then I asked for my scale ticket and fuel receipt and Crenza told me to step aside so she could help the guy behind me first since she said he wasnt going to take as long as me.Ive spent over $30k with this company this year alone and the manager here lets his employees treat us truckers that way so the 4 wheelers can go ahead of us and drop 20 bucks on some gas.Ill be fueling at Loves from now on. Their managers make sure truck drivers are treated with some dignity.

The ppl who work at this store ALWAYS go above and beyond! Outstanding customer service! Dog friendly too! Free WiFi as well! Its always clean here and when you walk through the doors youre greeted by warm, sincere smiles and Hellos!

Update 12-7-20 1430:Please forgive me for mentioning how pretty the girl with the broom is, even with her mask on she looks Amazing.Please dont tell anyone I said so but the coconut pie sold in the convenience store is even better than mom used to make. ;-)

Easy to get in and friendly people. Clean and tidy. Even had UPS drop off and FedEx. Has a Wendys. But overall the cool stuff displayed when you walk in always gets me.. inviting. Thanks!

They have a Wendys here, CAT Scale, laundry room.... The parking lot is average sized.

For me you get the best of both worlds the restaurant is like an old-time feel atmosphere. If you come in to eat come in with a hungry belly you get a lot of food they do have a nun and a smoking side which is nice, The Waitresses are good to you, and just sitting in those old wooden booths just listening to the older folk talk is quite a treat. Now on the other side you have all the gifts if your car breaks down or you need oil you can get that, and of course snacks if youre traveling a long way and its just really nice to look at what they have over there

Just stopped at this rat hole to top off my tank. I change pumps twice and then walk inside to find out they are out of 91 Octane. Least they can do is put out a sign. So I go back out to get the next grade down and same thing, but pumps out enough to charge me .25 cents. Noe my card has been swiped three times, but I can only get a receipt for the last transaction?I still have to get gas somewhere else now. Thanks for the waste of time. The two employees, whom one of which was sitting on the floor behind the counter folding towels could have cared less. There was a much better looking place a few miles before I should have stopped at, a shell station I think.

Will always stay at A Flying J Truck Stop. Each and everyone has been well lit, well staffed, and very comfortable. As a woman traveling alone, I need to feel safe wherever I stop for gas, food, or rest for the night. I have been to several Flying J locations and I have felt safe in each and every one. The employees are polite, courteous, and helpful. The truckers and other travelers that stop here are also very polite, and will watch out for everyone. They will also ask if you need help of any kind.The only surprise I got was seeing snow on the ground. Being from Texas, I dont get to see a lot of snow back home.Keep up the excellent work and please accept my heartfelt KUDOS for everyone from the top Management in your corporate office to the newest hired employee.

Clean restrooms, friendly staff and many choices for snacks and food

Was forced to provide 3 different forms of ID and had the cops called on me after I explained Im a transgender man who now looks slightly different in my photo ID. The cashier then stood looking at me in absolute disgust while the police verified my identity. I do understand I look a bit different now but I do carry my social security card and multiple credit cards with my name on it. I was then told they dont have to serve me at all even though I had done absolutely nothing wrong and had perfectly legal and valid ID I will not be returning to this location as I felt totally discriminated against.

This is a pretty nice & extremely clean truck stop. Theyve got a lot of amenities for truckers or weary travelers I suppose. Theres also a Wendys built right into the truck stop (which I love to frequent late at night). You can never go wrong with a Wendys crispy chicken sandwich!!! All the employees from the truck are very helpful & friendly.

This is small and strangely built Flying J. This is a place where you can easily have a bad day in the parking lot. With that being said, I must also include that the facilities are clean and well kept. Shower has good water pressure and the water is hot. So if youre comfortable with tight parking and limited turning space, I would recommend that you stop here.

Bathrooms are cold.. seriously turn on some heat... parking was easy for us. Dog room. Please feed the stray cats

Hmmmmm---- Not Good!!! I just stopped to use the restroom, but the hot food case already looked Day Old as I pasted by. This restroom has been Much Cleaner in more recent visits, However when you gotta---you gotta!!! I do Hope the day gets better for them!!! Later!

Only 5 fuel islands for commercial trucks and theres always at least one island closed. I go fuel up at least 4 times a week always have to wait in line because they cannot maintain 5 fuel islands. Never seen anything like it. Wendys is the only good thing about this truck stop.

The best truck stop coffee, clean bathrooms and plenty of help when you need it. Staff is caring and understanding to suit your needs. But boundaries of the moral supports is greatly appreciated.🙃

Flying J is always a great travel stop. Clean bathrooms, friendly clerks and they cheerfully fixed the hot chocolate when it was only dispensing hot water.

Very convenient, never have to wait at pump. Granddaughter loves the Wendys. Service has always been good and inside selections seem appropriate. Hasnt disappointed yet!

We come here because it has the BEST Denny’s! The truck stop is very clean and well maintained. Feels safe even late at night. We come here once a week and it’s been consistently well kept!

Its a really nice Pilot, but they advertise having propane on Google, on Pilots website with their specific store number, and on their sign out front. We pulled up to the propane tank with our rig and went to use their convenient phone to call someone out to fill it, but were told they dont have any. Its clearly been something they havent had for awhile upon closer inspection, as theres a small sign listing places nearby that do have it, but those are closed on Sundays, which is when we stopped. Very frustrating.

The clerk was extremely courteous and friendly. To top it off, when I told her that I had been on the road for 5 hrs. but was only halfway to my destination, she bought my coffee. 1,000 thanks to her for making my day beautiful. Will definitely Pay it Forward in her honor. :)

I would not recommend stopping here unless you really have to.. One Way in one way Out entrance.. highly congested..trucks park everywhere so its hard to maneuver around in the truck stop

.always enjoyed stopping at Flying Js truck stops the best place to go after being on the road for a long. Of time to take a shower and get something to eat chill relax and do whats necessary to get yourself back in the mood to be back on the road thank you fly from being there.

Great place. Clean and organized. I was there at 3 in the morning and the only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that it took a little longer than it should have to get the customer service agent to the register so I could check out.

Yet another stop where Face Covering Required signs are ignored and never enforced. Avoid stopping here if COVID is a concern.

Almost no problems with this flying j.. they lack some bathroom maintenance on night shift but other than that its good.. i just came here to see if anyone had also seen or knew anything about the black/brindle pit mix wondering the lot.. seems friendly but a little stand offish. Ive fed him twice in the last two months .. just wonder if hes somebodys in the area or the poor guy was dropped off

Pretty standard truck stop. Only food option is Wendys, unfortunately. My shower (#5) was the best. It was like standing under a hot Niagara Falls. The kittens by the dumpster are adorable.

If you RV or long haul this is the best place to get fuel, food, propane and all requirements for your trip.

Awful customer experience. Employee Donna accused me of stealing a shower, but I reserved it using my application! I offered to show my app and profile history, but she was yelling on me and continue telling that I stole it. I suppose that’s because I’m from another country and she doesn’t like people like me and refuses to help them, typical RACISM! I hope it’s not a police of Flying J to be so rude to another people.

Quick gas stop and usually a clean restroom break. Also good snacks for the road!$

Took a much needed shower and watched two movies while my professional driver trainer colored her hair. Not crowded at all on Friday evening. Uploaded photo of full lot @ 2042 ct. Showers are large and old school tile, but clean and water is hot. Texas hospitality displayed by staff as I hovered around.

Almost 30% is a RESERVED truck parking.

Free WiFi. Wendys. Ok bathrooms and showers u have to pay for.

Clean statoon. Price of gas great. RV dump station $10. Worth every penny.

The Flying J came in handy when I was working out of town and we needed to make a place to stop, rest, and eat. The employees were very friendly and the food was great for the kind of establishment that it was. We used to come there multiple times a day.

Would give 5 stars, but I think their prices aren’t fair.

Stopped to do some laundry not many washers & dryers but staff was kind and very helpful with whatever I needed!

Small parking lot.They want everyone to ware a face mask before entering but i seen a lot of them with out that includes employees and a police officer that was getting something to eat. 😒

So clean and well lit! A huge parking lot that mirrors the light and cleanliness of the inside. They have everything any travler could ever need.

I was minorly inconvenienced when the pizza I ordered wasnt prepared, and the wrong one was brought out instead. This was after I had already been waiting a while. Andrea (cashier) had rectified the situation and made sure I was taken care of. She was sweet, charming, and professional. Thank you Andrea!🙂

It’s a decent place. Kinda on the dirty side. Trash outside and few stray animals hanging out. People are friendly and try at least. If they can get a system to get the place cleaned up this can be a good little truck stop. No restaurant but there is a Wendy’s that’s 24/7

To small and always hard to get parking. I left for a better place. Only fuel then leave this place if you get there after 3pm.

Had to stay over night in the RV, parked between two semi trucks, had no problems, fuel pumps and amenities are perfect ...

Its an OK place. Only 4 fuel Lanes and the store is small. The bathroom could use some tending to. No doors in the woman restroom has locks makes things kinda creepy no locks come on flying j. Staff doesnt seem very motivated.We can tell who doesnt like there jobs. Wendys is offered inside but that about it on the food choices. Would not recommend eating anything off the hot bar. Everything all ways look old an dried out.

Gave me gas when I needed it. No but they have food and showers too. Decent truck stop to say the least.

Most of my visits are overnight between 11pm and 03am, so I dont know about day shifts staff but the creepy people the put behind the counter at night, totally rude and unprofessional. they stare at you from the moment you walk in like if youre an annoyance, they dont greet you at all, not even a thank you after your purchase. Overfilled trash cans in the parking lot and dirty restrooms, the parking area can be hard (depending on type of driver) this late you wont find parking anyways.... Long story short, in this location at this time of night theres always plenty of empty fuel lanes so you can Fuel and keep going to the next truck stop where you can be respected and the coffee may be fresh and hot! if you care about it.PS: flying Js are not always Flying js..... theres no standard. I seen very clean locations with excellent customer service!!!

Day shift employees are very kind and helpful....night shift employees...Mike and Lynn are rude and want to sit around and play on their phones more than work....I was stranded 100s of miles from my home in Alabama and was told by daytime manager that I could stay here safe and warm until getting on Greyhound bus the next morning and at 2:00 in the morning they made me leave an EMPTY truckers lounge and sit outside in freezing temps....they wouldnt even listen when I tried to tell them that mngmt had said I could stay.....if youre going thru here I would do it during the day if you want good service.

This was the worst Flying J I have stopped at. They didnt have much of anything in there deli. The rack for hot dogs looked like they where left over from yesterday. I got a cup of ice and water and it taste like damn coffee. Want have to worry about me stopping there again

I dont normally do truck stops with my tiny car, but I pass this place frequently. The restrooms are always clean, and the Wendys there has never disappointed me.

The people are warm and welcoming. There are always great deals in store and on the App. Most of all, they have delicious breakfast sandwiches.

I visit Flying J ...and Pilot travel centers all over the country all the time I am a truck driver who is on the road constantly and always busy in the truck stopped for all 90 eat paesel fuel food drinks restaurant showers scales to weigh my truck what Im working everything they have is perfectly what I need your customer service is excellent thank you skirt all that you do pilot flying J Im very grateful. Grab yourself a big blue PHIL MOR mug and enjoy ice cold beverages ...and save money on every refill!

The fuel pumps were down to 3 & the one I chose didnt work. Then the woman inside Deida was very rude. She was indignant and condescending. She thought turning her head to address a customer was asking to much. She obviously has never worked in the HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY before and hopefully never will again after she gets fired from here!
