I was without any IT support, so I called and spoke with Kelly, who was so knowledgeable and helpful. My laptop RAM was corrupted and their team was able to replace and restore my data and got me going within a matter of days (even during these times of short-staffing). Went to have my hard drive reset. Got home not done. They misplaced my power cord and tried to give me generic cord. Had to get upset. I have an HP not looked for until then. Now my hard drive is still not reset. And it is heavy to carry back and forth. Paid for service not given to me!

They were nice enough but when I took my computer up there, it still worked other then the cooling fan being loose. When I got it back it wouldnt even power on. When I called to ask what happened the tech swore up and down that it was like that when he got it. I will never use their services again and I refuse to recommend them for anyone else. If you choose to use them, be careful.
