I couldn’t hear out of my iPhone speaker. I called before I went to make an appt. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and told me I could bring my phone in without an appt, but might have to wait. I took it in that same day and Ian helped me. He was very friendly and cleaned out my phone speaker. I can hear amazing now! Thank you Ian and Mactech Solutions!

I live in Florida & my iPhone screen stopped working while I was in town for a funeral. The screen was completely black so I had to make a claim through the Apple company and Apple sent me to Mac Tech Solutions to have my phone looked at and repaired if possible.Took my phone to Mac Tech and in just a couple of hours, I had my phone back in my hands working great again. My older iMac kept crashing. Brought it to Jack, who replaced the hard drive. Works like new! Jack was professional, efficient, charged me what he quoted and was ready when he said he would be. I emailed him my questions and got answers quickly. I’ll go back for any future tech needs.

Love coming to pc pros they work fast and fix it with no complication! I had a problem with my PC less than 15 minutes they knew what was wrong with it and fix it less then 20min!!!

I had my first personal experience with the company today, and in particular with a young highly-skilled technician. I created a self-inflicted (me) “major” problem with my Apple I Pad. Me and my wife had a catastrophic failure of her logic board on her MacBook Air, we took it in and within 24 hours they had it fixed. I felt as though MAC Tech Solutions cares about their customers as I was promptly greeted and Adam was more than willing to answer any questions I had.I gave them my email address and Mac Tech sent me updates throughout the process of fixing my wife’s laptop which was very assuring knowing that they were very transparent with the process.I will definitely be doing business with these professionals again!5 stars for service!5 stars for quickness in resolving the problem!5 stars for customer service!

Took my MacBook Pro in for diagnostics after a failed update, the staff was extremely helpful and reassuring. 1 day turn around an $75 later it was 100% fixed and had the latest High Sierra loaded onto it. My advise would be save yourself a lot of headache and DONT TOUCH your own computer if you are having problems. These guys were great!
