These people are amazing. No pushy salesmen, great newer model cars with low mileage, and family owned and operated. I would and have highly recommend these guys to anybody looking for a newer car but dont want to pay an arm and a leg for a clunker. I love my car!

I will never recommend this dealership to anyone I know although they seem like nice people. Since my daughter got a vehicle from them it has been a mess. First she had issues with her heat and they took FOREVER to fix that issue, on top of that SHE had to pay to get the vehicle inspected before she could get her plates. What type of place does that!!?? And NOW she is having more problems with her vehicle. Like come on!!! Horrible place to purchase a vehicle if you ask me. NEVER AGAIN

Went yesterday to check out a mini Cooper. The owner helped us personally and we had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming and the owner went above and beyond. This dealer doesnt have the tense, high pressure atmosphere that most other places do. Highly recommend you check them out if youre looking for a great used vehicle!

Test drove two vehicles. Both had issues. Went to turn in the key and the owner came to me and asked how I liked the last car I drove. I told him the issues and how it wasn’t save to drive and he got furious and stormed out of the building and slammed the door. Would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a car that is reliable.

Our company had bought a trailer from this company. We never had gotten the title and tried to make it work by having them write a bill of sale. They never contacted me after our discussion about the bill of sale and we ended up having to get a bonded title. It has been two years and we finally got a title this last week with no help from Advantage.

Leather interior, sunroof, rear back up camara, dash map with bluetooth capability, keyless entry, 6 cd changer, amazing sound system, & it is a beautifully maintained silver color! All the folks there are smart, helpful, courteous & they treat you like family. Not just another customer. They are all wonderful & I would not hesitate to recommend Advantage Auto to any friends, acquaintances, & even strangers who asked where I got this beautiful vehicle! In fact, I told a gentleman just 3 days ago, whom I had just met & he inquired about it. He was very impressed!

I totaled my vehicle and desperately needed a new car. I called them as I was interested in a Silver V.W. Convertible which was advertised on their FB page. I had over $2,200 which increased to 2500.00 as a down payment.We were in negotiations regarding their in house financing. They expected me to pay $240.00 per month to pay it off which was far more than I could afford.Instead of working with me on purchasing this vehicle, I was told it was sold by an associate. Therefore, I moved forward with my search.I was called by the owner of this car lot at the exact time I was purchasing a vehicle at another dealers, whose salesman actually heard our conversation. He told me there was a blue VW available which his daughter had been driving.I told him that was absolutely not what I wanted and asked again about the original. He stated again it was not available. I finally hung up the phone on him as he was absolutely not listening to me and offering me a car I did not want.Lo and behold, the car I originally wished to purchase has showed up on their FB page again. Upon commenting on why it was listed as I was told it was sold, I was met with excuses i.e. someone may have purchased it, and the sale fell through, etc...After expressing my discontent regarding their business practices, including linking a post from my FB page on the date I was in negotiation with the dealer, as evidence, I was blocked from posting, commenting, or liking on their page and all of my comments were deleted.I had already said my peace, so that was no issue of mine. I just hope others who may be interested in their vehicles are far, far more prepared for an experience which I will never forget.

I still have not got the title yet .i have been getting the run around for two months now this is getting old every time i call westlake financial they tell me to call state farm . then i call state farm they say call westlake financial because they never got the title from advantage auto sales wichita falls texas but when i do a 3 way call with westlake financial and state farm .westlake financial tells us the title got lost .its just like advantage auto sales passes to buck to westlake financial i cant count how mine times ive been getting the run around on my title . i wright to advantage auto sales on facebook because they supposedly did the title work but any ways they blocked me just to hide there comments posted. dont buy from advantage auto sales my interest rate was over 25.43 percent. they show you the rate till after you sign papers .

Did not disclose, that vehicle had a salvage title. Owner agreed to pay to get A/c fixed, so I got it fixed and payed the $500+ out of my pocket he sent me a check in the mail and then stopped payment on the check. Owner is crooked and pushy. Stay far far away.
