This is a great place to catch a nap and buy a bed. I test napped 3 different beds before I found the right one. Lance was really helpful getting me squared away once I decided which mattress I wanted. Id highly recommend giving the adjustable base a test nap too. Good place to go if you need a sleep slab.

Dealt with Tom a bit and he was very kind and informative but the majority of our interactions were with Patrick. He was professional and patient. I have a lot of back issues and he worked diligently with us to find us the right bed. He ended up having to stay late just to make sure I was picking the best bed for my issues. I came in with my partner to buy a mattress and box spring. We told the salesman our budget and he promptly tried to talk us into options two or three times that. He had gotten us to agree to one option on the premise of payments but when we applied for the financing we were denied. So we called a family member with good credit to see if they could possibly sign and we could make the payments ourselves. The salesman was very rude about this, rolling his eyes while I was on the phone. When the family member questioned the price the salesman suddenly had an option in our price range that we had given him at first, which he had a trainee show us as he had lost interest. Terrible experience. We were almost taken advantage of. Do not go here.

We really needed a new mattress so we decided just go check out a few places, mattress firm being one of them. As soon as we walked in, Tom made us feel right at home. We tried just about every mattress in the store while Tom talked about the differences of all of them(good & bad). He never pressured us into anything, he was just honest about the differences and what works and what doesn’t. It made our mattress buying experience the best because we didn’t have to feel pressure on one setup versus the other because he made it easy. If your in the market to get a new mattress, I highly suggest you go see Tom for at-least an experts opinion on what your options are.

My husband and I recently purchased a hybrid Tempur-Pedic mattress and ergo adjustable base from Mattress Firm. We went into the store having no clue about what we were looking for, just knew that our current mattress was causing lower back pain and we needed a switch. Patrick was so excellent with listening to our needs and concerns and recommended a great mattress for us to try. Because I like to know all of the information I can before making a decision, he was very patient and knowledgeable with my many questions about quality, price and needs vs. wants. We ended up trying quite of a few of the in-store models, but ultimately selected the first model that Patrick recommended for our situation (short wife, tall husband, one prefers soft, one prefers firm) and it’s the perfect middle ground for us. Patrick and Tom both did a fantastic job explaining payment options to help us determine what was the best path for us, and they also helped explain the pros and cons of add-ons, like delivery, warranties and bundle options like pillows, sheets, etc. I greatly appreciate their knowledge, care and patience as we were working through this decision for a big purchase. I also want to emphasize that they weren’t just trying to constantly “up-sell” us. They did a great job of communicating quality vs. price to help match our needs and our budget. I couldn’t recommend a better “sleep expert” thank Patrick, and Patrick and Tom made a great team.

I came in looking for a bed. I had three picked out online, the girl there showed me the best one and ordered it. Even honored the online price, saving me $400!!! She and I were both confused when she said it would be delivered by the company today. I got in my car and saw the delivery date was actually in JUNE. I went back in and told her we need to cancel this and find something else. She took my paper, said she cancel it, and I could leave now. Didn’t offer to look at any other beds or anything.

Items are not available for shipment for months. Prices more in store than online. Jimmy was very friendly but the 2 girls training for selling mattresses never left their post and did not participate in the sales experience. Not planning to go back since the the people training were not interested in selling items.. seems silly the guy that came to train people drives from 2 hours away and double their age..And yet he was more personable and friendly.
