I want to say they were very friendly and helpful and I had a great experience shopping for hair dye they told me about sale items and i spent over$85.

Rudest place iv ever been in! The lady with the box braids n glasses must really hate her life! I will never come back to this location. Very sad that I drove 2hrs for that kinda hospitality. Wow.

Good customer service. Store was organized and clean. I shop there frequently because i use pink in my hair and it fades quickly.

Pam sent me out the door today with everything I needed to attack this bronze yellow mess I have made of my hair (the DIY in me took over at the wrong time). She was extremely helpful with many tips and tricks to get to the color I want and suggested everything, even gloves. I am so happy she was here to help today. I will be back just to show her my results! Thank you Pam!

Very easy access fron Kemp. Clean store and the workers there were extremely nice and helpful.

I would rate it lower based on the employees... but I didnt because I only dealt with 1 employee. Based on that encounter it reflects poorly on the management. She was not knowledgeable about the current sale and she was not willing to let me speak with the store manager instead directing me to the corporate customer service number. She stated that it is what Pam the manager would do. I thanked her for the info and will take my concerns up with them.UPDATE.. just read other reviews here where that person has repeatedly given bad customer service. Glad Im not the only one 🤷‍♀️

Emma was so nice, she took a lot of her own time to help me out and was super sweet, and then when I needed help getting a product she even helped me get the best one price and branding wise. Loved my experience at this Sallys!

I went to Sally’s recently and was very disappointed in this Sally’s in Wichita Falls Texas. I have been here many times and have been happy until July the 4th on my last visit. There were 3 ladies when I went in and none of them bothered to help me they were just standing up front talking I finally went and asked for help for something I couldn’t find and one lady came and showed me then she got off. The other 2 ladies didn’t come back to help until once again I went to the front and asked about the developer I needed for Demi permanent color and I just really got corrected for the way I was saying Demi, which I think I was right but anyway I asked did they have the 6V developer and was told there wasn’t one for the Demi but there is because I went to Sally’s website when I got home and found it. So I ended up just getting a permanent color I like Demi the best because it’s better for your hair. But because I couldn’t get the help I needed and had been in there 30 minutes I just picked a permanent color which really was not what I wanted. News flash for the women working if someone is on the isle for over 15 minutes see if you can help us. I asked for help twice and felt like I was bugging, I was the customer I shouldn’t feel that way when shopping. I guess from here on out if I need something from Sally’s I’ll just go on line because if I had to figure it out on my own I will do it next time in the privacy of my own home.

I had a question about some hair color that I hadnt used in a long time and the staff were very helpful and knew exactly what they where talking about!

Friendly staff, knowable about products, low costs.

They dont have any Dr. Miracles products besides perms.

Decent prices
