Had a fuel pump replaced, smelt gas fumes after the repair when I was outside the car, took it back and he said that the fuel lines needed to be replaced. I am an auto tech graduate without the proper tools at my disposal for the job that I needed done. He insulted me and my knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance when I picked up my vehicle. He also took a week before he even looked at it. I would not recommend this shop for any repair of any kind due to the unprofessionalism and the fact that he charged me for unnecessary repairs.9 months since I wrote this review, I ended up with a dangerous fuel leak and went to another mechanic only to find out that there was some backyard redneck repairs done by this guy, he used fittings that did not fit and used bailing wire to connect said fittings. I could not believe he used such butchery on my car, he made my car a ticking time bomb. I have had friends and family in said vehicle not knowing that I was putting them in danger. All it would have taken was one spark and the vehicle and it’s occupants would have gone up in flames, literally.Legal action has been considered.
I DO NOT Recommend this place!! I took my 2008 Suburban because the check engine light was on. They told me that it was the catalyst converters needed to be replaced, they replaced them and charged $475. After checking out it was worst then when it was at first. When I confronted them they told me they could check it within a week. I decided to take it to the agency instead and there they discovered, 1- that the converters they had put on, werent converters. 2- the O2 sensors that go upstream the converter, were put in the wrong place; downstream. 3- Hanging cables burned as they touched the converter because they didnt put them where theyre supposed to go. With the agencys report and pictures they had taken there, I went again and confronted them and the guy was bothered and told me he would fix it in 2-3 days. After he fixed it I took it to Millers Muffler Shop for them to inspection the work they had done and was told once again that the converters they had put on, werent converters! I asked them(Millers) to change them. After they did, they showed the converters to me and they were hollow! They were just metal pipes, nothing inside! Its been 11 months without problems. I even drove it to and back from Pennsylvania.
They did an awesome job on my brakes at a good price.
Best muffler shop in town!!! Stopped by the other day to get an exhaust put on my 06 Corvette. Not only did they know exactly what I wanted but they offered to do it that day for no extra charge. Even though it was already 430pm and they close at 530pm they worked on it through the afternoon and into the night. At nearly 9pm I get a call saying my car is ready, i was half expecting for them to tell me i wasnt going to be able to pick it up till the next day, but it was done. They worked 3 1/2 hrs past closing to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Even after my exhaust was completed they offered that if I wanted anything moved or touched up they would do it for Free!!! Definitely will recommend to my friends and co-workers.
Wow, this guy is amazing! I called in (rather frantically) on a Friday afternoon at 4:50, hoping they could do something for my almost fallen off muffler. He was willing to look at it and actually fixed it in only an hour, staying late on a Friday night to help me out. This shop was a huge blessing to me, very fast, had good prices, kind and personable, and had extremely prompt service! They definitely put customers first. I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you need muffler or brake assistance.
Took my 2004 ford f150 to get a new bracket installed on my exhaust, also they welded some brackets to help support my running boards better. I had a noise coming from the rear driver side, a vibration of some sort and they fix that as well. Very reasonable pricing, very honest, very friendly. I from Michigan and its hard to find a honest and reliable mechanic, Highly recommend.
. They lack in customer service and workmanship quality on the work they do. If you have to take it there dont pay them till you inspect work done. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Im. Not. Sure. About. Them.
Great work on m mercedes, great people, will definetly go back to them.
They used to be real good about everything and working with people. Then they just kinda went down hill. Sorry but thats the truth.
Took my mustang in for an exhaust job. I looked at the job the owner did on the exhaust and needless to say, I am extremely happy. You wouldnt believe this but he used mandrel bent tubing. You need serious equipment to do that. Its extremely professional and I have no clue how he did that. Ive had other shops to do the crimp style bends and they hinder performance. The welds are very nice too. Youd have to custom order an exhaust for it to look like mine. And for 80 bucks hot damn. Ive never seen this work from a small shop. Outstanding job
GOOD HONEST HIGH QUAILTY PEOPLE & REASONABLE PRICES!!
They did great work. Had a tough job but got it done and did more work than expected for the same price. Great work done here!
He’s been working on my cars for almost 2 years. One of the best mechanics to work with. First he’s honest and no change in labor charge once halfway job done.Tbh I have been searching mechanics for awhile and couldn’t find anyone this cheap or this genuine.
Amazing! I was treated very fairly and the price was MUCH lower than I anticipated. They were very friendly and did the job right, the first time. It took a while, but they were doing a lot to fix up my car, and you cant rush art. I highly recommend them!
Brought my 2000 chevy blazer to them to change a driver side lower ball joint and do an alignment they said they woood take care of it. No problem . i get it back that night and find out all they did was straighten the wheels up a little and had same bad ball joint they charged me 130 so i call them and the owner said bring it back the next day and they will change the ball joint so i left it up there the whole next day it was driving a little better and had some weld on the ball joint so i thought they fixed it .then i was driving down the street and the same ball joint had no carter key pin in it and the nut came off and i wrecked so i get it home and find out that the shop never changed the old ball joint it was falling out and had a gap and they just weld it to hold it .I made sure that the old ball joint had a pin before it went to the shop . y they would take it out or not put one in is beyond me my breaks were loose brake bracket bolts were loose. But now i fixed it right so i just wanted to let everyone know this shop is a joke a bunch of dope heads and they almost got me and my kids killed i hope yall do better in the future .
My experience was a good one
I dont usually write bad reviews, this actually might be my first, idk. But ultimately Mr. Wyatts IGNORANCE AND NEGLIGENCE COST ME 2K and its my responsibility to make sure the same thing doesnt happen to you. If you are in the military or going to be moving soon I suggest you steer clear from Wyatts. So the story...I went to Mr. Wyatt to finally get the check engine light to turn off. I told him It had been on the whole year that i had owned the truck but that I was moving to Cali soon and wanted to make sure there werent any issues. He suggested replacing the Catalytic converter. about $400 or $500 for parts and labor and I had a new catalytic converter. That is where Mr. Wyatts IGNORANCE SCREWED ME.When in cali I went to get my registration, I needed some paperwork and a Smog test. So I paid $60 to get a smog test and it FAILED. IT FAILED BECAUSE MR WYATT TOOK OUT THE ORIGINAL CATALYTIC CONVERTER THAT ABIDED BY REGULATIONS AND HAD THE NUMBERS ON IT. A NEW CAT THAT ABIDES BY CALI REGS + LABOR COST ME AROUND $1500. I had to get another smog test, so another $60 and I passed. A COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE $2000 + LOTS OF TIME AND STRESS LATER AND I COULD FINALLY GET MY TAGS & REGISTRATION. I called back mr wyatt he wont even reimburse me for his labor... Im might try taking him to court idk..... I hope Mr. Wyatt can be true to the reputation hes made for himself and make this right. Untill then if you are MILITARY OR PLAN ON MOVING TO ANOTHER STATE SOON I SUGGEST YOU STEER CLEAR FROM WYATTS as he is IGNORANT AND NEGLIGENT WHEN IT COMES TO CURRENT REGULATIONS ANYWHERE OTHER THEN TEXAS AND WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS MISTAKE WHEN ITS HIS RESPONSIBILITY AS AN EXPERT TO KNOW CURRENT REGULATIONS.
Horrible experience, will never go back, doesnt even deserve the one star
Ive always sent people to you guys for mufflers and Friday I sent someone to yall and did not do a good job pretty much rushed the job sorry welds not only that he asked for a deep loud sound only thing yall did was make it sound the same wont be sending anyone anymore
