I scheduled an appt online for factory recall service and oil change. I called the day before to make sure it was okay to bring my vehicle in early. I was transferred to the service advisor who advised they dont perform factory recall service on Saturdays. Then why did they let me schedule a service they dont perform? Thats extremely disappointing but fine. I still need my oil changed. Called back and asked the girl that answers the phone, Do you have the shuttle on Saturdays? She answered yes. I arrived Saturday to drop off my vehicle to be told they dont offer the shuttle on Saturday. The customer service here is horrible.

Other than the salesman... not worth the aggravation of dealing with the service department, misleading of the finance department, and just general miscommunication amongst their own [all] departments... one employee will inform you of one way and another employee another...

Did a great job. My only complaint is the wait was 1.5 hours long for an oil change and a tire rotation. I even scheduled the appointment, I was not a walk in.

Went in looking at cars and Aaron S. Was a very polite young man. He ask questions about what we were looking for and pointed out everything they had. After a test drive decided that vehicle wasn’t what we really wanted. He showed us others that meet our wants and needs. The one we wanted to go with sold before we made it back by there and he called back the next day with another one just like it. He never was high pressure and just wanted to help us out. Great guy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.

Thank-You!!I was in Wichita Falls & my Truck broke down. I went to another dealership in Wichita Falls & they fixed the problem, only to have it break down again 35 miles north of Wichita Falls. I ended up at Pattersons Auto Group on 07.05.17 @ 8 a.m., with no appointment. I called & spoke to Keith. He told us to come right in. Keith was Very professional and Very friendly. He got us on the road by 10a confident that we would arrive home in Kansas safely. I am Very, Very thankful for the professional service we received and the quickness of the work in, considering we had no appointment. Thank You again, for all that you did to help 2 women get on the road and back to Kansas. We made it home safely without any problems.

I enjoy taking my car to Pattersons. I never have to wait too long. They have water, Gatorade, chips, trail mix, coffee and etc. So even if you have to wait you can eat and drink. Its all complimentary.

I was passing through town when my alternator gave out. They fixed it and charged me $668, of which $373 was labor. Insane.So, I get home to Colorado and find that one of my electric radiator fans is not working because it is rubbing on the cowling and caused the fuse to blow. Took it to my local mechanic, who has decades of experience and builds his own race cars from the ground up, and he found out that those morons at Patterson had beaten on my radiator and other nearby bracketry to clear space to get the old alternator out and the new one in. This is why my fan was rubbing on the cowling.We (my mechanic and I) both know there was no reason in hell to do that. They just had no clue WTH they were doing. I had personally replaced that alternator myself 9 years ago, and I am no mechanic, and I had no problem back then. My mechanic says its an hours worth of labor. (For which they charged $373.) The guy at Patterson will, when he reads this, probably say Oh, but theres an aftermarket turbo on the car, so its complicated. Well, thats BS because the turbo was already on there when I replaced the alternator in 2010.They knew I was from out of town and took advantage of that.

First off Keri the service manager was great to work with and made things very convenient for me, so the star goes to her. The actual mechanics who diagnose & repair need their bolts tightened. They quoted me nearly $1800 to fix the steering gear because it had a internal failure. I took it to BILLYS AUTO REPAIR and after a few hours they had rediagnosed the issue, and actually showed me it. Surprise, it wasnt the steering gear. The tie rods were previously incorrectly installed (L on R & R on L...they were cleared marked for their location). They also showed me the steering gear was properly functioning. For less than $200, Billy and his crew fixed the issue and my car drives right now.

If you are a Airman, BEWARE, research before you buy, they will try to sell you a vehicle without telling you full specs of car and what wrong with it. Also they will try to take a cheap route and getting you to get an extended warranty instead of a dealership warranty(my case which cost about and extra grand and a half and I could have done without) and there are hidden fees not discussed! Its been about 2 months also and I still have not received a call about my plates(which I paid $75 in my contract for) that I will need in less than a month. DO NOT go through SNACC either because if you try to refinance there is about a 3k fee you have to pay just to switch finance companies! This place is a Airmans worst nightmare avoid going to this place alone, take a friend with you! Wish I could rate lower but I cant!

Lairs, do not trust. Had an oil change back in July it was the worst 3 hour experience. Was told by the manager that i would be credited with a free oil change on my next visit for the trouble (if i took down my 1 star google review and i did). Went in today for a schedule oil change and when i asked about the complimentary oil change they new nothing about it. Asked to check again, and the unhelpful little man did nothing to rectify the problem. All he had to do was walk down the hall and ask the manager (im sure he remembers me). Worst customer service, i wonder how long this oil change is going to take...bet the lying service manager (Chris P.) will call and try to get me to take down this review too.

I recently purchased an E350 vehicle from The Patterson Auto Group, from Houston Texas. They had an excellent and the best price, in a 500 mile radius. The purchase was further complicated with a trade in. We were able to come to an agreement on my trade in, with no problem, and the car was delivered right to my door, over 3000 miles away, from Patterson Auto Group Impeccably detailed and just as described. I was fortunate to have Chris Lunsford (the finance manager) help me with every detail of the purchase. Chris is knowledgable, curious and prompt. I was concerned about the number of things that could have gone wrong, long distance, but everything went right! I am more than satisfied with this dealership, and especially with Chris Lungsford.

Pattersons sells vehicles of all makes and Models but what comes with every vehicle regardless if you purchased the vehicle from them or not is the best customer service you have ever seen. I should know because I have been buying my vehicles from them since 1981 when I moved here with the Air Force

I wish I could give them Neg Stars But I ordered parts online from them and they never called me back after 2 messages and 2 emails AND 8 CALLS WHERE I WAS TRANSFERRED TO A VOICEMAIL. I ended up Canceling my order AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN. WORST SERVICE!!!
