Had my company truck washed and always go there. They do a pretty good job. They have other great things to shop for in there store. They do mechanical work as well. Other things.

Was broke down with an air tank dragging on the highway. Roadside literally came in 5 minutes, took the tank off, went to repair it then came back and put it on all within an hour and half. And for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend to anyone needing truck repair in the area

We pulled our 1 ton dually and a 40ft 5th wheel into the wash bay. 3 guys got right on it. They did an awesome job. The camper had not been washed in a long time. It was pearly white when they were done. The pickup was equally clean.With a final RainEx spray, total cost for both rigs was $108.00. Was so nice not to have to do it ourselves.Guys were very friendly!

I have been here 3 times to get my new 2021 mack washed. The first and last times they didnt do a very good job. The 2nd time they did great. Hit and miss. Lack of employees in the wash bay this time. Everyone is really nice. Just need more people working and to open up the 2nd wash bay.

Take my one ton in for oil change they were supposed to grease everything and topped all the fluids off they didnt the only grease the lower control arms oil all over the bottom of truck when I got home it was oil all on my driveway charged me one and a half hours of labour when they pulled my truck in and started working on at 2:12 p.m. and I was standing there whenever they pulled my truck out at 3:09 p.m. and steel charged me an hour and a 1/2 of labour Wont be using them again their dishonest in crooks

They did an ok job washing my truck, 8” stacks were still way dirty, didn’t rinse the truck very good at all. Tip’d the guys $20 before they started hoping to get an excellent job. 1 Mudflap was washed others not, so all counter weights were still dirty and not even shiny.Truck was pretty dirty before so they earned $20 just for that but hope for better if I ever stop back in.

Excellent customer experience. Our first visit here we where greeted by a very friendly front desk lady. All we where doing was looking for tires on one of our trucks. The staff was super helpful and didn’t try to force us into more than what we needed. The level of customer service was what made us return for a multiple visits. The sales rep helped us get exactly what we needed with no sales pitch for unnecessary items. I also wanted to customize the truck and they where extremely helpful with tons of options. Great shop and even better staff! Sean is awesome!!!! At first i was expecting a heater core issue with my LX450 and heard a lot of great things from friends about Falls Truck Center. I brought him over for a once over to be certain this was in fact the problem. This was my second visit to FTC and I came across some of the amazing projects they had in progress at their shop while I waited. The mechanic looked over my project and assembled an estimate for the heater core replacement (major project) not to mention several other minor fixes that needed to be addressed. I scheduled an appointment and brought my ride in to be brought back to perfection. FTC did an awesome job on. They fixed the heater core issue, as well as, addressed some interior lights and repaired my odometer. My budget didnt allow for a lot of extravagance but somehow this place did everything I needed them to and more! Could not be happier. Thanks Sean!

Get your truck washed theyre excellent

Takes full advantage of a unfortunate break down out on the road..needed a radiator they charged double normal price for radiator .twisted off several bolts and did not fix them .broke air conditioner lines did not fix them.poked 2 holes in the new radiator and tried to charge me a extra 200 bucks to fix there screw up very unprofessional and sloppy .will not darken there door again would pay big bucks to have trucked towed to another shop before using this place again. Charged me 600 in labor for a 3 hour job..

I spent 52 dollars on a truck wash yesterday only to find they missed a bunch of stuff...missed half of the back of the skeeper missed the part of the 4 drive wherls then bottom of the fuel tanks the list just goes on.i wont be going back to get my truck washed at this place ever again..shoot blue beacon does does a better job that this and charge half the price

BEST TRUCK WASH weve ever had in 15 years. They did a complete thorough job. They took their time (about an hour-but well worth it) and they do not rush through like other chain truck washes. Our truck & trailer was very dirty with about a months worth of road salt and caked mud. We came out sparkly clean. We will definitely be back and will recommend to other drivers.

These guys are what every repair shop and retailer should be! Every time I go in their shop the staff is more than willing to help out. They recently helped me re-torque the hardware on a trailer hitch. They listened to what I needed and then went above and beyond to make sure the team met those needs. Truck wash is slow. Youll wait for hours until you finally get your truck washed. They only use one bay when theres two bays!!! Only reason I give it two stars is because they do a decent job cleaning your truck and the prices are fair. But you will wait forever to get your truck washed. Update: Gave it one star because of the owner’s negative response instead of fixing the issue. Also wish the area had a Blue Beacon, because they are much better and faster.

Trailer wash out shouldnt take over an hour. Need traffic control, every time Im here some jack ads comes in the wrong way. Then they expect me to maneuver my 53 trailer around. They one tells me to pull in and then another tells me to back out.

Great place! I read a couple of bad reviews so researched to find those people leave bad reviews 90% of time. If a business is busy they must offer something good! I will wait in line to get my stuff done correctly! I wish every business in this day was dedicated to doing a good job rather than rushing them out to get that dollar.

I got a flat on one of my RV tires after I go set-up at a small RV park in Seymour, Tx. I called Good Sam Roadside Assistance and they dispatched Falls Truck Center to come down to me. Mike Mitchell was fantastic. He took care of my RV in no time. He he was kind and courteous and patient while waiting on hold with Good Sam to get him paid. All this went on while it was 104 degrees outside. I would recommend this company and technician to anyone. I am very appreciative, thank you!

This review is ONLY about the truck wash.It took longer than expected, & it seemed as though the crew was inexperienced. However I went in with a truck that had been running in snow, snowpack, sand, & calcium chloride, and came out with an incredibly clean vehicle with nothing having been missed. The guys in the truck wash did such an amazing jobs. My company had issued me a truck that was nasty so I wanted to get it washed. Falls truck wash is so convienent being right next door to flying J so I was able to drop my trailer and take my nasty truck to them. They didnt just spray water on the truck, they did an actual hand wash. They did such an amazing job, I cant believe this is the same truck I took to them, it looks great. For those that complained about how long it took, what did you think was gonna happen when you went to a place that does hand washed. I will definitely be back.
