The unit in my home is a Trane unit that is 21 years old and was installed by Trinity. It has been an excellent system but is aged and not efficient compared to more current systems. I recently contacted Trinity to get an estimate on a complete replacement unit. They informed me that they are very busy and that it would take some time. I waited a week and had not heard from anyone to schedule a time to make sure I would even be in town. So three days ago I made a second call to see if they could at least have someone reach out to me to go over either schedules for an ESTIMATE or a firm time they could come. The young lady that answered the phone was pleasant, apologized that no one had contacted me and assured me a personal call back that day. This morning I spent hours reading about comparable systems as no matter how dependable a system is the most important aspect is the installation and service provided.

Damien is the Pinaccle of Customer Service. In the middle of an ice storm, the heater at my house went out. He responded to my emergency without hesitation, and had our unit backed online in the shortest amount of time. To me, it was a miracle. To him, it was all in a days work!!! He is 5 Star - Top Shelf!!! Trinity in my opinion, is the Standard of Quality!!!

The two guys that came to fix my ac unit were amazing. If anybody reads these messages thoes guys deserve a promotion and a raise!! They were here within 30 mins of my call, they were very respectful, clean, knowledgeable and down right hilarious. They are both delightful men and hope to be personal friends with someday. They fought wasps and won and unlike most repairmen they were not weird or creepy in any way. Come back for dinner guys!!!

Anyone if the technicians they send are amazing to work with and veey knowlegabke if the different equipment we have. Damien is amazing with our chillers. Which are quite a bit different then our other units. Also Lynn and Craig are absolutely amazing on getting things done fir me in a timely manner to keep our offices up and running I will only use Trinity.

Trinity really takes care of my A/C issues in an impressive time frame with good quality of work being done. I keep calling on them each time i have problems!

I live in South Clay County. Called them up (in August when it was 103•) and they came same day. Both guys (Jesse and his helper) were professional, well mannered, fixed my problem and didnt try to sell me anything. Highly recommend.

Called yesterday, took my information said the girls in the office would give me a call this morning to let me know when they would be out. I called at 830am to follow-up. They had trouble finding my information, but they took my information and let me know theyd have someone out today to take a look. Nothing until I called at 4pm today to find out the status, only to be informed they had taken my information down wrong and needed to reschedule for Monday. No, there is no reschedule, you failed three times to take care of a potential customer and LEAVE me in the lurch to try and find a solution at 430 on a Friday.

This is one of the few honest air conditioning experts in existence. Completely trustworthy and honest.
