Service was excellent and we were a large party that was easily accommodated. Menu was filled with plenty of options. Price was expected for a diner in Westchester.There are no gluten free substitutions which I was surprised about. Most resturwnts have an option for GF bread or pasta. That was disappointing.Overall, the food was disappointing. Lacked flavor. Was not hot and fairly greasy. I have eaten the omelette I ordered in many locations around the country and this was the worst preparation of it.I am sure there are many people who enjoy this place and I can see why, but it did not do it for me or my family today.
Basic diner food nothing special, depending on the time of the morning there may or may not be someone to seat you for a few minutes (grab a table and let them come to you). The bar is nice I must say. Food is hot and timely, thats about it. Go with the French toast, bacon, and OJ for breakfast that will never disappoint .
Big portions, pleasant staff. The customers around us thought they were at a baseball game with them being a little too lively.

A couple of days ago we ordered through Uber eats dinner for my family. The chicken mozzarella wrap with roasted red peppers and a side of fruit came instead with chicken, tomatoes, bacon, onions with french fries. The Cobb salad had no egg, the Philly chicken was missing cheese and the $20 Roasted Young Tome Turkey came with a couple of slices of turkey, gravy and fries. There was no cranberries, vegetable, salad or bread. The only thing that was correct was the number of items delivered. What a disappointment!! Will never order from here again.
The restaurant is cozy and located across from the Westchester mall. I had a wonderful tuna sandwich with the best mushroom cream soup. The prices are perfect and service was quick.
Ive been here before and received great service. Im not sure what happened this time around. Others who came in afterwards were served their food first. The other waitress had to discretely remind our waitress of our table. Food was ready for a while. It came out cold.
Stopped in for a light meal, appetizers and soup. Service was prompt. The seafood bisque was hearty but a bit salty. The calamari was good but would have benefited from a little more time to crisp up the breading.
How does this place only have a 3.7 rating? Its 5 stars all the way around. The turkey sausage is a must have. Its very unique, like a smoked sausage. Its so freaking good! Cant wait to come back!
I had a TERRIBLE experience at this diner. I came after a night out with friends. We were sat quickly and given our apps in a timely manner but then our waiter disappeared with no warning. We watched as the wait staff catered to other customers that came in after us and didn’t try to tend to us in any way. Our waiter was then switched with no warning and we still weren’t tended too, and just kept getting told to hold on. I don’t know how this business is ran but I will never be back and I will never recommend this place to my friends and family. Highly disappointed with the service. This diner needs a new staff and they need to be trained better regarding the customer service.

This is a dinner and the menu has a lots of different options to choose from to eat. The place was nice and clean, but there was no professionalism. People speak Spanish and the service is less attentive to the Spanish speaking person. I came in the guy did not ask me to follow him he put the two menu on the table and walked away. I did ask for a BLT, my other person asked for a grilled Chicken sandwich and it came with fries, but he did not ask about the fries or any other options or substitutions . I did not have bacon on mine, and it was a plain rectangle bread, did not asked me the kind of bread, he just got me a bread with lettuce, tomatoes no bacon had no flavor, did not come with any seasoning else not even fries. It was a poor service. The server was not trained to be attentive. Not even once came and ask me how was the food and if I wanted something else or dessert. When was time to pay my son has to go and ask him for a box and instead he gave him a bag, then my son had to go back and say, I do need a bag to take the leftovers. He never gave me the receipt. So I stood at the counter to pay, and the other man, said his name and asked where was the bill. I could have giving him a extra tip, but the place was not busy at all, so he should have been more attentive and more serviceable to the client.White Plains is nice, but is lacking professionalism. People dont have manners and dont try to be nice to those who come in the store. Is like they are doing you a favor. Not sure if I will be back to this place. I give 2 thumbs up because it was clean and has parking available, but it needs improvement in the communication skills even in their own native language to treat clients better as I was ignored for most of the time I was at my table.
Good food. Had eggs over medium w/corned beef hash well done, home fries, whole wheat toast, butter on the side, small apple juice and regular coffee. All done to perfection. Highly recommend.

I ordered the triple trio salad which consisted of a scoop of chicken salad, one of tunafish, and one of egg salad on acrisp bed of lettuce. Cucumbers, and tomatoes. Everything was fresh and the proportions allocated enabled me to take home a doggy bag.

I wouldnt say the staff was friendly but I didnt feel ignored either. My problem came from the food. I had breakfast here and the bacon and sausage tasted old and the ham had charred bits in it. I told the waitress and all she said was they cooked the food everyday. I understand this isnt a five star restaurant but I do expect to enjoy my food where I go. Will not come back.
The food was absolutely amazing, the waiters and waitresses are very friendly, would definitely recommend if youre ever looking for a spot to eat at late at night. Also side note try the Elvis Milkshake.
Manuel is the man! He is a great waiter. When we walk in and he is there we know that my wife can order her Cappuccino and he knows what to do. The food is always great! And service is awesome from everyone even though not everyone has a handle on the cappuccino! Great place!

Broke our religious impact!!Our server didnt get the order right: they brought out French fries instead of mashed potatoes that we ordered. We pointed out we didnt order french fries, also the roast beef didnt come out with mashed potatoes which total of 2 mashed potatoes were missing. Oscar, the server checked his note, and a few minutes later he brought out missing side orders.The worst part is that, we do NOT drink alcohol for religious reason. We asked 2 strawberry virgin Margaritas. They brought 2 lemon Margaritas (not strawberry), we took them anyways since they already made them. We are very reasonable, patient people: if the server is good, we tip them good, we also we like to tip the busboys.This is the first time we are not going to tip the server!The first time we sipped the margaritas, it tasted different, sour almost spicy, we are not sure how to describe. We both realized that we tasted alcohol after first swallow. We called one of the servers, asked if the drink contained alcohol, he confirmed it was!! With a guilty feeling, extreme disappointment, the shock, head started spinning... We sat there for a few minutes to get out of panicked feelings. The manager (we asked if he was the owner, he said he was the manger) who said his name was Jimmy (the man at the bar) came out and said So what?! We didnt charge you for it! The apology didnt come out of his mouth first. We explained that we asked for non-alcohol drink, instead they brought alcohol drink along with the other messed up orders, the first one being the most serious! His response was This is the only way to make margaritas! Sorry! And kept defending his servers, even though he wasnt listening to us.They brought the check that showed the bill for meals they didnt completely serve, as they advertised on the menu. The server didnt bring out the complete meals as advertised on their menu! Again!! Didnt even offer the desserts that went with the meals.After tasting alcohol with the error of non-attentive waiter and super defensive angry manager that make us feel only worse, we didnt want to eat dinner. We negotiated with the manager, he agreed to take one dinner off the bill. Neither of us ate dinner they brought out. We could have, if they were very apologetic that could have made us feel better as it was really genuine mistake. We paid the bill and left.No wonder why no one wants to work there with hiring sign that look like almost for entire team.
This has been THE to go place after a night out . Usually after 2am, when you craving a nice juicy burger and fries.

Coach has just gone thru a much needed renovation recently and is the closest Diner to in the local area. They have a huge Menu to choose from, the food is just ok. Breakfast or lunch is recommend as a preference. When busy, there is a wait for food so expect it. Parking is in a small lot, and again, when busy, we sat and waited for someone to leave. 3 Stars as there are better Diners about 15 minutes away, but for a just outside of a downtown, the Diner is decent.Just took another chance to go and do a take-out. 25 minutes for Scrambled Eggs, Soggy Turkey Bacon, Fries hardly done.Overpriced on top of it all. Last visit.

While food was good, our experience was marred by inattentive service during a slow period with plenty of staff.
Today we went to have a family diner and we were amazed on how bad the service was the waiter was clueless on how to provide services.We ordered a glass of wine and was told they didn’t have wine yet later was told someone went to buy some. We order spaghetti with chicken parm it was served in a small plate where everything was spilling over and it was coldThen the mofongo sauce tasted like tomatoes soupThe steak was supposed of been medium rare and it was well cookedIt’s a shame because we as a family really enjoyed going there but after this I will not return
Service is great, servers were courteous, and food was decently priced for the portion size you get. IHOP and other diners in the area were packed, this gem of a place had almost no wait at all. Very cozy atmosphere.

I have been eating at this diner for 20 years. I only ever go there for breakfast. The coffee is great, eggs any style, you can’t go wrong. Highly recommended!
If I could give a zero I would. This whole experience ruined my night. From their attitudes, average food that’s higher than most other diners, and ended with a 10 minute argument with manager over the wrong change. He couldn’t calculate because computer didn’t work. His actions were inexcusable! A rude, sleazy restaurant, and the manager also operating the cashier DID NOT WEAR A MASK! Avoid this place!

Just left there me and my husband were refused service and was told the kitchen was closed even though the sign says 24 hrs and there were other people inside eating both waiters were disgustingly rude and the male waiter came outside to try and fight my husband after he stated he knows and was going to speak with the manager

Food was easily mediocre. The blue cheese had mold and almost made me want to throw up. Chicken was very dry and overall pricey. Pancakes were dry as well, the breakfast and milk shakes are the only decent thing about this place. I tried it TWO times and both were not a great experience. Only go here if you have literally no other option because it’s open 24/7.
I like to seek out diners when I travel, and this one was close to where I was staying so I tried it out.I had fried chicken, french fries, cole slaw, and matzo ball soup, and they threw in mashed potatoes too.Good 60s music in the background, fast service, tasty food and pretty okay coffee.This place gets high marks. Employee was not wearing a mask!Before the pandemic my fiancé and I would get breakfast here pretty regularly. Now that they reopened we decided to go for it. The first thing you are greeted to is the man which I think is the manager, greeting everybody, touching all the menus, showing you to your seats, going in the kitchen, handling all the transactions, not wearing a mask! It makes me question how serious everyone else that works there is about it. If the man in charge doesnt wear one, does the kitchen staff? He clearly went back into the kitchen without one so how do we know hes enforcing it, or what he may have done back there??? This isnt a new thing, we are 7 months into a pandemic and the person who interacts with literally everyone inside the place isnt wearing a mask. Its disturbing and if you care about your health right now I would avoid this place until they show they are taking it serious.
Went here today for the first time since the pandemic started. My fiancé and I used to go here often but we will not be coming back for a while because of the severe disregard for safety. The guy who seated us and also helps with payment at the counter was not wearing a mask. It was crazy because you can see he is in contact with the most people in the entire establishment, customers and employees, also walking into the kitchen, again with no mask. I can’t imagine how little I’m sure a lot of the employees care when it’s not busy if the guy who I think is the manager is not taking this global pandemic seriously either. I am a nurse who worked with COVID patients, this is no joke, but apparently to this establishment it must be, based off of a few other reviews touching on this subject.It’s unfortunate, the food is pretty good and it’s down the street from our apartment, but I was nervous the entire time because of this. If you’re worried about stuff like this, stay away until the virus is gone.

Ordered on a food delivery app. Order time was fine, delivery person good.‘Deluxe chicken sandwich’ was plain and dull. Dry bun, chicken breast, lettuce and tomato underneath.Fried chicken and French fries were great. Waffle fries also great.So a real mixed bag.

Nice menu and I never had an issue the few times I visited this diner for a sit-down meal, however, delivery has been a constant issue. The order is NEVER correct. The containers are NEVER properly closed, so the food often falls out into the bag. The salad tonight looked like it was wilted and contained items that were not on the menu (and that Im allergic to, so I cant eat it) and basically was a tray of shredded lettuce with barely anything else and that was over $12. Also, they didnt bother sending the dressing I requested (or call to say they didnt have it and if I had a second choice). The turkey sandwich just didnt taste right and they did not put on the mayo I requested. The marina sauce that came with the mozzarella sticks was of questionable consistency and taste. This is the last chance were going to give them. Its too much money to waste on subpar food and a replacement meal from another restaurant.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it was GREEN!!!!!. The workers had terrible attitudes. They forgot the side of BLUE BERRIES!!! With our food. And how did 5 smoothies and a $3 bagel come up to $62!!?!?!. The French toast was uncooked there was no cinnamon on it and the plates were dirty, so we’re the tables. DO NOT COME HERE!!PS. They botched the order of only five items, frist the hamburger was luke warm, the fries tasted as if they were microwaved and of the two drinks ordered only one drink was delivered and it was missing the alcohol that was requested. Upon calling to confirm that there is indeed a missing item, we were rudely taken care of. This is a sad moment as I truly enjoyed their food but this has soured my thoughts of them.
