First off the salesman was very nice to my wife and i. Reason for the 1 star is because they wouldnt honor their own ad. The ad clearly states the terms for the grand cherokee l lease deals. One of the managers said that the ad is for people who are currently leasing a jeep vehicle. No where in the ad states that. They didnt even want to honor their own ad for me and basically was shocked when i showed them the ad.False advertising and very disappointing. Really wanted to do business with them but now i wont. No blame on the salesmans but definitely on his managers.

Recently completed a purchase at this dealership, working with Walter Parker. By far the easiest, most straightforward, and professionally respectful auto purchase I’ve experienced. We worked together very honestly and practically to complete a trade-in and new vehicle purchase. I wish I’d gone there first, as I had shopped a dozen dealerships from the Hudson valley to the Bronx and out to Connecticut before I stoped by this easy dealership. With very little inventory at so many dealerships due to pandemic supply interruptions, particularly the model I was searching for, many sales representatives at other dealerships either had very little time for me or pushed vehicles for which I had no interest. Walter worked directly toward my goals, was realistic about wait times, trade-in value, and my budget options. My vehicle came in earlier than I expected, and when a factory accessory was left out, Walter made sure it was mailed out the day I notified him. Happy with my purchase, financing, and trade-in value I received. I will definitely go here first next time!

This review is long over due. This was one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealership in my life. I drove up from Long Island to take a family member to get his COVID vaccine, my car broke down and no one, no one would help us. We finally found the number of White Plains Chrysler and called them. We told them our story and they said come right in. We went in, left the car, walked 2 miles to the vaccination site and 2 miles back. When we got back we were greeted immediately, they brought us inside, the car was already fixed and ready for us to take. They saved us that day!! I will never forget them especially James. I would highly recommend them!!! Dont hesitate!!

Brought my car in for an inspection and oil change today. I waited almost three hours for this to be done. After the oil change was done, I got a call saying that my car failed inspection because I brought my car in with the engine light on. My engine light was not on prior, or else I would have never brought it in for an inspection in the first place! They would not believe me when I told them several times this was not an issue prior to getting my oil changed here, but they kept telling me I was wrong and that I did not know what I was talking about; that I must have just overlooked the engine light. I would not have done this. Safe to say this was a very patronizing experience. I truly believe they were trying to scam me into having to come back into fix a problem that was never there in the first place to get more money. Scam, scam, scam. Very disappointing.

Walked in to this Chrysler Jeep store and started off poorly with the secretary not helping me and was very rood, as I waited watched 3 to 4 salesperson sitting down not acknowledging me but James Jackson came up from the way back and turned my experience around with incredible knowledge about the Jeep’s… like many other dealerships not having the vehicle I want James was able to explain to me how he may be able to locate one… thank you James hope to come back and get the vehicle I want!

I decided to financed my expired leased Jeep. I was offered a warranty, only covering transmission & engine for $1,700, the usual registration and finance charges. I was late to a closing on a re-fi so I decided to return the following day. I decided not to take the warranty but right after, a clown with a suit or like I call him Robinsuit, came and told me and my son that we now need to pay a fee of over $600. I was very upset, since they never mentioned the above fee. I will do business with this dealer again.

They will sell you on repairs you don’t actually need.I brought my car in for some clicks and rattling, they quoted repairs over $4k and would take over two weeks. Decided to get a second opinion from a trusted mechanic out of the area, well worth it. Saved me over $3000 and car was done in 2 days.Dealership service centers gain your trust then take advantage of the consumer. Always get a second opinion, don’t trust dealerships.

I was just charged $330 for a differential gear oil change..... I called Valvoline, Jiffy Lube, and a Mechanic I know, they all estimated it to be around $140 to $170 including labor and taxes. Serious scamming going on and they got me today.

I have brought my truck there for the last 4 oil changes and I have to say Chris and the service team is amazing, constantly in touch, friendly, and always going above and beyond. This is the true definition of customer service! Thank you!

My 91 year old father brought his 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee into White Plains Chrysler Jeep Dodge because his engine light came on. When he picked up his jeep, they gave him an invoice for $929.64. AFTER APPLYING a 10% discount, total cost for his TUNE UP came to $906.76. FOR A TUNE UP! $592 for the diagnostic - WHICH RETURNED CODE P0308. $202.08 for 16 spark plugs. $45 for a Filter. $90.56 for a PCV Valve. AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS WHITE PLAINS CHRYSELER JEEP DODGE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A VERY OLD 91 YEAR OLD MAN?????The dealership wrote back (you can see their reply below). Seems its normal to charge $900+ for a tune up. If I could give them a negative 5 stars, I would. File this under #Rippedoff. If all Jeeps cost nearly a grand for a tune up, Id avoid ever buying one. This is the reason to avoid all dealerships expect for two reasons, to buy a car and to return for recalls. The technician Chris in the service department was absolutely phenomenal tonight 7/30/20 I pulled up in a panic not sure of what to do in regards to leaving my car over night to have my tire replaced in the morning. The technician Chris was inside just about to leave and stopped and asked if I was okay, I said I’m not sure of what to do here and explained my situation. He stayed and offered to see if he could find me a solution so I could come back in the morning to replace the tire. He was so professional, friendly, and really went above and beyond on his own time to help me. Thank you SO much Chris, I can now make it to work tomorrow and I no longer have a crazy amount of anxiety! Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge is lucky to have him as an employee! He really cares about your customers.

We purchased our 4th Jeep Grand Cherokee from WPCJD in March 2017, having been introduced to Oliver, he listened to what we wanted and got exactly the spec and the deal we wanted. It was a pleasure to deal with him, he was very accommodating as I was traveling at the time, so it delayed the collection slightly. He kept me informed every step of the way, the only downside is we have to wait another couple of years before we can change into another Grand Cherokee! I have no hesitation in recommending him as my go to Jeep guy.

Their “professionals” aren’t professionals at all. Don’t know what they are doing and talking about. When talking to the customers, customers who knows what they are talking about, the staff talk down to you in a nasty tone and treat you like you don’t know anything and have to go by what they say!No professional would say, paint bubbles and uneven paint job is acceptable and that every car have that same problem. When asked to be showed another car with the same defaults, they couldn’t show. Never buying another car from any Chrysler Dodge dealership. Customer services are horrible.

Worst dealership ever! I purchased 2 vehicles prior, my last Jeep I went to Ramsey. Purchased from another state due to horrible customer service. Sales associates are reluctant to help you. Spanish guy in passing asked if someone was helping me, never gave me his name, advised I wanted to test drive two different engines, he replied, no! Not sure why I even walked in door!Update, post response, thank you for taking the time to get back. I can’t imagine how busy you are ushering customers out the door. This review was written after leaving your dealership on Friday, 1/24/20. While in your parking lot. Thank you, for the response and thank you for allowing me parking to write the review. I will be exploring other options, dealerships that pride themselves on customer service not on awards.

I called on a Saturday, having seen a listing on Cargurus for a 2018 Grand Cherokee with 12,000 miles. Unfortunately by the time I called that car had been sold. The salesperson I spoke with told me that another one had just come in and had not yet been listed. It was also a 2018 Grand Cherokee with 9000 miles. They quoted me an out the door cash price of $33,997. I told them I would buy it if everything checked out. I came in that next morning, and in literally 20 minutes had filled out the paperwork and put down a deposit.On Tuesday evening after work, I came by with a cashiers check and 15 minutes later was driving away. In my absence they had taken care of all paperwork (out of state registration, sales tax, insurance and plates). Amazing !!!I worked with Oliver McIntyre, who was absolutely perfect. Totally straight facts and completely pleasant to myself and my wife.By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Id give them 10 stars if I could.

So it turns out that I was waiting for a technician that morning. Although I did have an appointment, there was just miscommunication, I originally thought they said the check engine light couldn’t be diagnosed since the light turned off, so it was more than an oil change I was waiting for, I jumped the gun on the ratings....a service manager called me to explain everything and it was just a miscommunication. The fact that they followed up was big with me. I will be returning for sure.

I recently leased a 2018 wrangler & I couldn’t have had a better experience here. The salesmen I worked with, Oliver, was amazing in every way.
