I have never used this dealership previously. I shopped like mad all over twin cities, Wisconsin and south Dakota. Friendly staff, helped me test drive a handful of gladiators before I found the one I settled on. Didn’t push too hard when I wanted to use my credit union to finance. Trade in appraisal was flawless.Only con was they set up an appointment for me to test drive a particular jeep and confirmed multiple times that I was going to make the appointment, then they sold it an hour before the appointment.Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a jeep.

I came in asking for over $500 worth of fluid changes. Instead of taking my money and running, the service advisor explained to me that my car was perfectly fine. The intervals I thought were for repalce were merely inspect. I left spending a mere $20 on touch up paint. I will be back when services are actually due.

Even looked up at me only to look back down. Too bad because my grand Cherokee overland is the best and would consider getting a newer one. But not from this location. Again. Parts dept has always been and continues to be helpful.

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I called to schedule an appointment to view a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Drove and hour and a half round trip to the dealership only to walk in and be told they sold the vehicle and didn’t care enough to call and let me know. Older woman, Jolene, was rude and tried to justify her actions to another person in front of me. My wife called and spoke to Brian Barnett and he told her that Jolene wasn’t rude (even though he wasn’t there) and basically called me a liar for literally no reason. Barely an apology and not even an attempt to acknowledge the breakdown in communication internally. In today’s day and age, it doesn’t take anything to format software that could prevent situations like this from arising. Will not do business with this dealership in the future and definitely will not recommend to others.

I have purchase my last 3 vehicles from Barnett, I have worked with both Dan and James who were both amazing and so is the rest of the staff. They helped us find the perfect vehicle each time without feeling pressured and feeling like they cared about getting us into to the vehicle that is best for us! This time the owner even took his time to come and say “hi”. We will be customers for life!!

Service center doesnt know what service means. I sat in the waiting area for almost three hours and then had to ask what the status was. When I made the appointment, I was told it would take an hour for the diagnostics. Three hours later, the diagnostics were done but no work was started. Was told at least 2.5 hours before the work would be done.I was NOT told no one would look at my vehicle until 9. Why would I chose to sit in your waiting room for that long? When I called to schedule the appointment, I was very clear what needed to be done. I was told later that the tech that does this type of work doesnt start until 9. Why would you schedule an appointment when you know the person doing the work wont be there?

Nobody enjoys the car buying experience but I appreciated Dan at Barnett and his no pressure approach to helping me find the truck that was the best fit. Transparent and no hidden agenda. Just an easy purchase.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A decent amount of inventory and the lowest price we could find. They offer the million mile warranty with appropriate documentation and we couldnt find another dealer that offered this. Justin Henigin in sales helped us specifically and I would highly recommend him. His no pressure sales approach was refreshing and he was down to earth and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and waited patiently while we made our decision. I would definitely recommend this dealer and their staff. Good experience.

Disappointed, looking at a vehicle and was going to purchase the vehicle. Sales representative stated that the car went through there multiple point inspection and I should not worry about the vehicle running order. I opted to send the vehicle to a off site inspection, inspection found a leaking timing chain gasket. Cost is about $1300. Came back to the dealer to ask if they could fix it or maybe cut some of the price off?…. They said no, and the price is firm. Feel bad for the next person going to buy that vehicle. Before you buy inspect the car, was worth the $70 bucks!!

I bought my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Barnett in October, just 4 months ago. Already it has left me stranded, not running properly and flashing the Throttle Control Systems light. I brought it in today to have an oil change and inquire about this issue. They want to charge a diagnostic fee of $170 to look into this. I declined on this for now. Then they came back and said I had a cracked radiator and would need to pay $1338 for a new radiator. Again, I have only had the vehicle for 4 months and it already has expensive issues and they are unwilling to be of any help. The warranty covered none of these issues. Why was I sold a vehicle with so many issues? These should be thoroughly inspected for problems beforehand and this should be covered under some type of warranty with Jeep or the dealership considering its only a 2017 with 50k miles. Im very disappointed and regret using this dealership to purchase a vehicle and I am stuck with a service package for oil changes for 10 oil changes and this was only my first that I received all this news. I would like someone to get back to me regarding this issue as I didnt want to put it all on the tech.Edit to reply:Thanks for the response. Yes I declined an extended warranty. I guess I figured on a 2017 vehicle it should have many more miles before Id have to worry about replacing parts already. I did get the service package with oil changes, dent repairs, tire warranty and theft protection which to me seemed like a more useful addition to my monthly payments as I didnt expect Id have parts going bad after just a few months of ownership on a newer vehicle.. The service manager was very kind and agreed 50k miles is too soon to be replacing radiators in a vehicle. He gave me a number to discuss it directly with Jeep and said they may be able to help. Ive owned a Jeep before and it was a 1996 with original radiator until about 2013. Parts should not be breaking down already on a 2017 Jeep. I will take this up with Jeep directly but as a dealership I had hoped you would stand behind your vehicles a little better and protect your customers. The car I had traded in was a year older and never needed more than the regular maintenance in the 4 years I owned it. This experience is highly disheartening.

Initial test drive was nice. Went downhill after that. Dealer was willing to give out very limited info regarding inspections that used cars go through which ultimately prevented me from buying the car. I was told it would likely have issues if I went and had it mechanically inspected by a private party (which would be at my own cost). Not necessarily reassuring that the dealer had no confidence in their own vehicle.

I went here for a used car after going to a place that didn’t care that the cars on their lot had repairs needed into the thousands. They were extremely nice and accomidating, took the car to an unaffiliated repair shop and they found nothing but a little rust on a brake caliper and one or two tiny dings. They were even surprised they didn’t find anything wrong with it! They take very good care of the used cars that they sell. All of their staff are very personable and helpful.

Had a fantastic experience. We went to check out a vehicle, didnt think we were going to be making a purchase that day, but found a really great deal. Indeed, they were open, honest, and had very competitive deals. Furthermore, the customer service and experience was top notch. Their employee, James, was knowledgeable and engaging. He helped us out with a test drive and comparing a couple of vehicles. They really made us feel welcome. We had our 2 young kids along. James and the other employees did a great job accommodating us and ensuring our whole family had a great experience---even while they were a little short staffed! We never felt pressured or like we were inconveniencing them. James even tossed in a Hotwheels car for my 6 year old son as we were heading home with our purchase. I highly recommend this Barnett dealership!

I came back the next day with my down-payment and had everything ready to sign. Amazing customer service and staff. Honestly I have been car shopping a few times in my life and I have always hated it. Long process, bait and switch from the dealership or just not great customer service with being helpful in putting you in the RIGHT vehicle. The staff was uptight. The vibe just didnt feel like somewhere that made me feel comfortable to spend my money there. Sure, I wasnt dressed in a ballgown or a business suit, but Im a full time nanny so I was dressed casually, but that shouldnt have been reason for me to get overlooked and not taken seriously when I was trying to buy a new vehicle. It was like the workers didnt want to assist me or answer my questions because i was dressed in sweats, and the other people there were a married couple dressed snazzier than I was. It was an unpleasant first and only time visited. I went in to have a power train warranty repair done. I had to take time off work to drop off my vehicle off and was promised it would be completed that dayIt was not.I had to wait a week to go back on a Saturday to get it done.Staff was ok but didnt seem to communicate across staff very well.

I leased a 2020 Kia Sportage recently and got a flat tire over the weekend. Knowing how expensive these tires can be i was pretty worried. Monday morning I called the service department and got Mark who was very friendly and saud No problem, bring it in and well take a look. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and right away Mark said he would take care of it. They were able to fix the tire without costing me a new one and didnt even charge me. I received the some top tier customer service from the entire staff at this location, but one salesman, James W., went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that fit all my needs as well as my budget. He was so helpful, and so transparent with me that it made shopping for a new car an extremely enjoyable experience whereas it felt like I was getting teeth pulled with other dealers/sales men.

Purchased my car about 3 years ago, and I absolutely love my car it’s beautiful and runs great but I went in about a week ago to have it checked since my check engine light was on. I also thought I would be able to trust the place I got my car from, and unfortunately I was wrong. — I was there for two hours and had them tell me my car was basically shot from the tests they ran on my car and that I needed a whole new transmission which they told me would be $5,100. I later went to get a second opinion on my car and they told me I literally have nothing wrong with it and that I could easily get a transmission for much less than that if I did need one. I don’t know what the intentions were with doing this but it is completely wrong to lie to your customers in the service department when we are trusting you to help fix our cars. I have no intention on coming back to Barnett Chrysler Jeep in the future.

Looking for a great dealership to buy a new or used car, I recommend Barnett of White Bear Lake. We were greeted by salesman Nick Diaz upon entering Barnett White Bear Dealership. He was friendly and was very informative about the vehicles we had questions about. Test drove the two vehicles we were interested in 2021 Cherokee Compass, 2021 Jeep Renegade, with no pressure to buy from Nick. My familys experience at this dealership was a very pleasant experience. I mean it was great.. dave and everyone else we had contact with were very easy to work with. I was at 3 deferent dealerships Barnetts was the best out of all of them.

James was great! He came in on his day off, stayed past closing for us to go over everything. I never felt pressured to buy the car and overall it was great experience. James is one of the best salesmen I have had the pleasure working with.

Vehicle purchased apparently didnt come with front floor mats? What kind of vehicle doesnt have floor mats included in the purchase? Im talking about OEM floor mats, not aftermarket. When asked if the dealer could order some as we just spent over $30k on a car, they were unwilling to do so.Did not go out of their way to make us feel like a valued customer. On top of that, one of the dealer employees left some glasses in the car and asked when I would bring them back to the dealer. Come on!

He helped us find the perfect car of my dreams Leon the finance manager was very instrumental in securing the loan. The staff was great and customer service was excellent. I recently purchased a 2019 RAM 1500 Laramie edition truck from Barnett Auto and when I say I couldnt be more pleased, I mean it. I mean absolutely everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Dave Marcotte was my salesman and he was the best person Ive ever dealt with. I knew going in there being as young as I am, I would probably be met with some skepticism but for Dave, This was not the case at all. He made me feel welcomed the entire time I was there.
