Deli Fried Chicken is delicious. A little pricey, but very good.The Bakery doughnuts are amazing too!

Expensive. Has great bakery and deli but many many things in this store are overpriced including the deli. They have three days sales but why shop where you have to wait for sales for it to be affordable? If you like a lot of fresh cheap produce this is not the place to go. They do have actual cashiers and people to help you to your car which is great. They charge for On the Go deliveries. It has a nice old fashioned homey feel but the prices are just too high.

I called ahead. The employee gave me excellent information About the Availability of items I wanted and where they were located. It made shopping easy And safer

Prices are still above most local markets. Deli was out of several lunchmeat products.Help generally friendly but dont go to the grocery store to make friends go to buy at fair prices and expect product availability .

Have great selection of food but it could be better. The prices are kind of high compared to other grocery stores.Great staff working the registers but the people that work in customer service well not so great there is one person there that does not like to do her job and is very rude. This is the Elm Grove location.

First time there,very nice people,very clean, fresh deli, bakery,real clean,I will be back.

They got very good be donuts, fresh baked goods, and delicious fruit dip. But some of their prices can be very expensive, like cotton candy flavored grapes at over $7 a pound. Or a Gatorade at $2.39 each for warm ones on the shelf. Where they are a $1 at the other grocery stores. But some people like to go there to feel catered to. Because they will cart your shopping bags out to your car and load them in your auto for a tip.

It is not a very big store but it is large in their fresh selection of vegetables and friut. Very fresh and fair prices. Worth the trip to check out.

Our Church uses Riesbecks deli for all our dinner orders, especially their fried chicken.Cakes from the bakery are delicious!Prices on most everything is responsible.

Rude customer service employees. Seems irritated that she had to do some work or deal with customers. Not just myself, but the two other customers that were infront of me. Didnt get her name, she wasnt wearing an i.d badge.

Recently I purchased a package of pork chops. One of their bright associates put fabric softener in with my chops .The manager told me he was sorry he wouldnt let it happen again. So I guess I was supposed to let it go.I asked him if he could do anything he said hed issue me a 10 gift card...I should have excepted it . Now Im out 26.00 and I only receive 18 in debt food . I used cash . I told him I just wont shop there no more he said ok...lol smh

I truly enjoy going to Riesbecks in Elm Grove. WV. The staff there is like family to me. They speak to you, ask how you are, always greeting you. Willie, Patty,Debbie,Theresa, LouAnn,Aaron Chris,Rick an all others. ( Im sorry, I forgot names.) Justin, has always helped me if I had an issue. This staff works very hard. An I just hope they get treated an paid very well for what they do. I would expect no less from Reisbecks!!!

Nice selection. Prices are bit higher than competitors for some items but they also carry vegan/vegetarian items that can be harder to find.

Always receive friendly, professional service here. Prices arent too bad. They almost always have someone to take your groceries out to the car for you which is nice, especially if your children are with you! Great place to shop.

Staff is rude actually...I went once asked for a Birthday Cake for a man...Lady told me Thats what we have...I asked her since she was icing a cake could she change the colors or add to it since it was pastels her reply was simply NO...I asked the manager and she said all thats her didnt offer to change it either.....So I tried again today lady on cash register said nothing when I approached counter then asked if I had a rewards card when I said Id never been offered one her reply was all.....Then I got out my bank card to pay she says put in your food stamp card number ummmm I said this isnt food stamps...She says well why dont you have a chip and have you used the card before ....I will continue to go to Krogers I simply stopped because I was in the area but never again 2 strikes ....( besides prices being outrageous)

Good produce, bakery, meat department, and beer selection. Deli is acceptable. Not too much in the way of trendy or specialty foods, but they have gotten better over the years. Baggers will take your groceries to your car if you need help. Nice cashiers. If you need a birthday cake personalized in a hurry, call here.

Have great organic and non-organic produce section. One of the best bakeries around. Their donuts are superb and are highly recommend. Also have good selection of local produce.

You got sales on Thursday I went down at 10.00 oclock am and no bacon was told more would be put out later so I came down at 6 pm no bacon and said it was sold out Im from Pennsylvania and wanted some of that bacon then I ask if you would give me a raincheck nope dont do that ......!!!!!! Nice store. Easy in and out, but very overpriced. As an example, $5.99 for a 6-pack of Pepsi bottles at Reisbecks. The same 6-pack is $2.99 at Walmart and $3.49 at Dollar General. That is just one if many examples.

We went to purchase food for a wake after a funeral...my wife basically asked for all of the fried chicken, Ross the chicken boy said all of it we said yes we need food for about 40 people....I guess he was upset that he just cooked it and now had to cook more....the manager didnt see anything wrong with our complaint....excuse me, but arent you in the business of selling food....what the hell its your job, go make more then...prices have risen after the numerous annoying commercials appeared on the evening news.....I guess we have to pay for that too. Gone Kroger-ing for the forsee able future.
