Awesome place love the people whom work there very personable

Have used Kennedys for over fifty years. Usually have what I need or can order it.

Got the mower blades that I needed.

Had to Get a Copy of my Camper Key made, Went to Lowes, All they had where their Self Service Machines, which was a total waste of time. The Lowes guy recommended Kennedys and not only did they hook me up with what I needed but that place is definitely several tiers above Lowes, If you are a serious Do it yourselfer or contractor, thats the place to go, Lots of Professional tools.

Seems like theres some great people that work here at that place. I really dont think that theyll steer you wrong at if youre looking for a sword of equipment. Go check them out I dont think youll regret it.

Had the parts I needed quick and friendly service

Well for 1. I bought a Cub Cadet tractor and ask the salesman I wanted to add parts to it that was the beginning of Summer salesman has still not called me back, 2. Went in today to get oil filters for the tractor they dont even stalk them yet because its a new tractor, you would think if you sell the machine you have oil filters in stock and air filters in stock.. not real happy with Kennedy Hardware

I purchased a new Snapper push mower around 3 years ago from Kennedys and it had problems from the beginning. It was taken in 3 times for service to fix a problem with stalling. Each time mowing, it would run great once then stall out at the next mowings. It was serviced numerous times by their mechanics as well as my personal mechanic.Today, 3 years later. as per Lances request (see response below) I finally decided to take it in to once and for all determine its fate. Lances kindness, patience and eagerness to make things right restored my faith in the ability of business operators to put customer service above all else. Im looking forward to seeing what happens with the mower. Im very grateful to Lance and the staff at Kennedys for their personal attention to my mower issue.

Kennedy Hardware is a old hardware store, that carries many hard to find items. Owned by a very hard working family man, who does his very best to take care of his customers. Stop in and talk to Tommy or Jim, they are both good guys.

These guys really know their products.Very helpful and great guys.

Was in store on at least 3 seperate occasions. And parts staff purposefully kept me waiting while pretending to look up on computer what I was there to acquire. On one occasion had the mower, had damaged part, but because I did not have model # they did the pretending thing. I will never buy there again

This is the best place for anything tractor / lawn mower related. Everything they sell, they service. Tim is a great guy, and always a pleasure to deal with.

Completely Useless Salesman!Wont call you back.Wont follow through with their Commitments!Went to wheeling store and had Piss Poor Service from a Salesman who didnt know the Product. Went to Barnsville and the Salesman there cant return a phone call.Completely Unprofessional!

Called Kennedy today to see if my 2010 cub cadet has a warranty, was bought new there used. they could not answer any of my questions with out seeing it, and when I asked when they could look at it he laughted and said December. I recently bought a 2012 Kubota and had to travel to Washington, for the same reason, I would highly recommend shopping else where.
