The renovations to the store makes it look much better! Liked how the self checkout lanes are now.

They have everything at this store except for just the slightest amount of self awareness or customer service skills among the staff.

The store gives me the unexpected in the guarantee of all types of products at savings, I love my stores. They know the customer need, as employees that care deeply, and maintain the stock of products are dependent, and unexpected with new products, that make life much more improved. Definitely recommend!

All employees I have dealt with have been extremely helpful and well mannered.It is difficult at times to find what you want as the aisles are not marked with the items in them.Lots of empty aisles all over the store.

Never thought Id ever say this about a Walmart. Very clean and well organized. Better quality products. Very efficient and friendly staff.

I called the store and asked for a specific item, Deans 1% small curd cottage cheese. The woman who answered the phone said, yes we have it.. I said great, is it in stock? Yes. I went there and they did not carry it. I talked to two different managers. Someone answered the phone that should not be answering it. Dont tell a customer you have something, when you dont. I would think twice before calling Walmart for information.

This Walmarts decent. Staff are mostly helpful. Not everything you may need is there, but what they do have is very well priced. Great selection and prices on mens Cubs and Bears t-shirts.

I can see I can see!! This vision center is very friendly, informative and truly care for all your optical need. Greatest experience ever to get service-with-a-smile. I was so excited I could see great again that I didnt realize I had my R contacts backwards 😅, but he checked my contacts while in and confirmed that. Im a goof😅. Thank you soooooooo much Dr.!! Really appreciate your expertise. This is definitely my Vision store since it has served my whole family exceptionally. Absolutely recommend this store and Doctor.

Went here about 945p end of June 28 21. Closes @ 11p. Nice looking store. Found almost everything, didnt find baby powder with aloe and vitamin E. Few employees just walking around chatting, One employee ( pharmacy section Asian woman) throwing products into carts..... Be careful customers are purchasing those..... also I dont want to be that kind of person, but if you dont like the job.... Maybe just leave. Dont take it out on customers or products that WE are buying. We make employees checks possible.... Sorry.

Have been coming here for my whole life, and it keeps getting better. My only gripe is the lack of cashiers, or the some of the cashiers not being coherent enough for the job

Fairly average Walmart. Wide variety of products and good prices but the availability of products is not the best. Often youll be looking for something and itll be out of stock. Changes are being made to the store. Hopefully it will look nicer.

Absolute terrible experience. The manager on duty Matt was very rude. Terrible customer service. The order pick-up online does not match the stores availability. Waited for 45 minutes for my order only to end up getting further aggressive managers. I would rate them a zero if I could.

Everybody makes mistakes and the measure of quality of customer service is not weather they did it right is how they handle issues when they come up. This particular store adds insult to the injury.Ive placed an online order for pick up. They tried to give me the wrong thing, claimed what Ive ordered was out of stock and they just gave me a replacement. My item was a $40 fishing rod they tried to give me a $9 one. interesting idea of an equivalent!? Website was still showing my rod in stock. Walmarts associate refused to cancel the order - he said it will automatically cancel in 4 days.2 days later Ive noticed that available stock has increased so Ive made another attempt and called them. Customer service associate said I need to talk to pick up people and didnt even transfer me to them !? Ive called the pick up people and they told me to reorder my item. Never mind that my original order is still open and all they have to do is pick up the correct item which they obviously have. This is the worst customer service Ive ever seen.

Curbside pickup via the Walmart app is the best but-for a $35 minimum purchase requirement. In any event, curbside pickup’s customer service is excellent.

Disgusting! people are treated poorly and rudely . Staff treat very costumer as if they are getting in their way! Organized in a very messy way! And if you decide to come through the self checkout line just know that the employees will stare at you as if you are shop lifting. Don’t come here!

Decent store. There were NO cashiers, only a bunch of self check out lanes. Store was clean and the workers were nice. About mid tier for a walmart.

I Love Mikes pizza. There has only been very few times I am left disappointed 😃 Must be a substitute cook on those few times. Most of the times, it is AWESOME! However, it is NOT a dine in. Have to take your Pizza to go or delivered. I am ALL GOOD with that.

At the moment this Walmart is remodeling, so everything is everywhere.. but other than that service is still good.

Got my Covid Vaccination here yesterday. I was a little skeptical about the wait when I got there but the process was super smooth. In and out in about 1 hr including waiting about 15 minutes post getting the vaccine - recommended by the CDC. The staff managing the process were super patient.

Every time I go to this place, the service is worse. They no longer carry large bags to accommodate half their products, check to make sure customers arent stealing if things dont fit in their minuscule bags. Half the employees dont care and management seems to care even less. Today, labor day, I saw 5 or 6 employees filling up carts for their pick up service great only one register was open and the poor woman was totally overwhelmed and backed up. Whoever is in charge of operations should be ashamed of themselves.

The store was a mess ;both poorly laid out and the products were all over the aisles. I asked 3 different associates for help and they were all wrong. I didnt find what I went there for but I did find something else I had been scouting for so it wasnt a total loss. I hope the service and products will both be in better order next visit 🤞

Just your Basic Hotel. The Room was Clean. TV kept going out due to bad weather. Limited WiFi. NO Coffee in Lobby and Main Lobby still closed due to Covid Looks like a lot of People Live at this Hotel. This is tje Hotel Priceline picked for me

I dont know what is going on, but the store was a mess. Inventory also was low/or nothing for alot of items.

Very organized. Best part is using the Walmart App in store, which tells you isle number for the item you are looking for when in search.

One of the best walmart nearby. Have almost everything from food to bathroom. Also there is gifts, some furniture. There are necessary car stuff. Some electronic device. And the good thing is that there is a lot of fruit and vegetables, though tomatoes could be better, still you have 2 or 3 sort for choose.

Went for second COVID shot at Walmart Pharmacy. Despite being busy, staff was courteous and efficient. Was checked in within 5 minutes, waited for 2 minutes until being called to a cubicle where I was given the shot). Waited 15 minutes as required, then walked out. Noticed that the aisles were kept in excellent order, something That’s been missing during most of the pandemic (at least from my point of view).

This location is very busy. I have always been able to find what I came for and the staff is helpful. I love the fact that they carry fresh produce and bakery items unlike some other Walmart locations nearby. My only complaint about the store is that no matter what time of the day you come, the staff is always replenishing the stock which blocks the already narrow aisles. The carts are rusty and stubborn too, something they need to work on!

The greeter had no idea where anything was located. The main entry door was closed at 8 p.m. even though the store was open until 9, making me walk much further to where I had parked.

Lots of products but not lots of products that are worth buying... Didnt look or feel nice

Today after self check out. I stopped before going out the door to put my daughter’s sweater and i turn and i saw the worker (white lady) pointing at us to the worker at the door to check us. He quickly came to me to the check my receipt. Why didn’t he check the people in front of me and when I came in I saw that he was not checking the people going out. I felt discriminated. Really bad experienced.

Costumer service was rude and lieing to my face. They are lazy and dont want to do their job.

Its Walmart, it has to be good, and thus it is here too.

You can almost find everything you are looking for from Walmart Supercenter.Few improvements:1. Some of the shopping carts may be pretty old n quite a few defective/jammed ones2. Price tag of few items may be outdated or inaccurate from the website price - needs price correction3. Few items on shelf may be defective or untidy (eg: workout equipments, toys)

I dont understand why they close one exit after 8pm and wont let you exit if you parked over there. If its 15 degrees out and a couple inches of snow why do i have to walk all the way back around???But they dont yell at me when i sprint with the cart so its ok i guess.

This Walmart is a quick stop for anything you can think of. I have bought kids bike, Snow slide, Car gadgets, Kids shoes, Donuts and what notThey have the good customized cakes for birthdays.Only thing they lack is furniture. Niles Walmart has better collection of Kids/ Adult Desks and Chairs.

Bought myself a little 7 year old boy on a discount (he was black) gotta be honest i am really impressed with how good he picks up the chunks of food from the floor. Gonna shop again

Finding a product is a hassle, bigger hassle is not finding a worker to help you. Without going around half the store. Some dont know where items are. Some will scan and give you info, or tell you i will ask, and you may or maynot get that help. Went to 2 Walmart stores, and item out of stock. Whats left is in ripped up package, had to find a worker by the registers to make sure all parts were in the box. Didnt want to go to a 3rd store. Where are the phones to call for assistance? Theyre really needed.

It was nice a jas mx so why is he here with me in this house ? He does not need to b here if he is x he should go . I am trying to get my life back together I dont want any Xs here or ants I need my family I dont need any men in my life unless they are family . Need my head on straight so I can accomplish going to school and finding a part time job and hopefully I can get a car of some kind and know where I am going to live so please if you are just playing games with me STOPIT QUIT because there will be no change unless you stop messing with my head

This is one of the better Wal-Mart stores. It is usually well stocked and the people there are friendly. If there is an issue it would be that at times they dont have enough help.

Extremely disappointed in the Wheeling location!! I happened to be in the area and decided to stop and pick up several items that I needed. The shopping carts werent being cleaned out or sanitized!! The store is so incredibly disorganized and understocked!! You cant find a sales associate anywhere and when you do, they dont have a clue where anything is in the store where they work!! I asked for assistance in the self check out and I got a look of utter inconvenience and she just basically told me to hit the Look it up box!! I was dumbfounded!! I left without several of the items that I really needed!! I will never shop there again!!

Very dirty today. Lots of stocking to do with a bunch of employees standing around looking at their phones and waiting for other employees to swing by and chat.I was in produce for 5 minutes and saw an employee standing there, surfing the web. Left the section to do more shopping and swung back through 20 minutes later to grab one more thing and the same employee was standing there, showing another employee what he found on his cellphone.Managers need to walk around more to make sure employees are restocking, cleaning, and reorganizing instead of standing around. Employees probably shouldnt have their cellphones while working. I dont want to disturb them while they surf the web.
