I have known Carlos for a long time but had not been in contact with him for quite a few years. When I needed carpet I only went to him because I knew exactly what to expect. I was not disappointed. Carlos was great. When he came out to give us an estimate, he was on time and had a lot of information. We also had a few other flooring contractors come out, but they did not have the same knowledge as Carlos and thinking outside of the box a little was needed in this project. We are a small doggie daycare and boarding facility, so our floors get beat up. Carlos did the research needed to make this flooring fantastic. It started with a waterproof skim coat and a different glue to hold down the flooring, as water and sometime urine can be a happen here. the result was an awesome looking flooring and a project completed quickly.I included a before and after pics and we will be using them again
