I am torn on the review. The in-store experience was AMAZING (5 Stars)!! Super friendly staff and great atmosphere!! We purchased a gorgeous hoco dress on July 29 and asked that it be shipped to our home in Atlanta. My issue...I have not received the dress. I am still waiting on a tracking number. (1 Star). I was told it was shipped to the Weirton location on Aug 23, then shipped to me in Atlanta and that I should receive it by Aug 30. Still no dress as of Sept 5. If you shop here, you will love it...but it is clear you need to take the dress off the rack. For me, paying $$$ for a formal dress...I want a never-been-worn item.UPDATE! I have the dress!! Changing my rating to 3-Star. The shipping nightmare really out weighed the overall experience. I am not sure that the dress would have gotten to me had I not kept constantly inquiring about it.

I went to the Wheeling store to rent tuxes for my wedding and it was true pleasure working with Marlo and Ashlyn. They did everything I asked for. They are a true asset to the J.Jones team!

I hope you guys open soon. id like to buy a nice dress. For a beautiful woman . And im sure theres other weddings coming up also.

Their dresses are gorgeous and the staff is wonderful!!
