READ THIS FIRST!I found Fries after my car died at a coffee house, 6AM. As I sat in my car and looked for a local tow service, Im always keen to check GOOGLE reviews. Fries had solid reviews so I gave them a call. Greg the manager answered, set up a tow (came in 15 min) and my car was off to the shop. I already knew I had a bad starter so I braced myself for the news. Greg did the following: called all the shops for a suitable part, tried THREE DIFFERENT PARTS Before he was satisfied, and charged me only labor for the install once; full well knowing the shop changed it out three times already. Oh and plugged a tire that had a nail in it Free of charge.Google reviews work when customers can share their experiences earnestly. I do hope someone also experiences the honest and downright amazing service. Top notch gentlemen at Fries. Found them in an emergency and theyve gained my business for the future. Highly recommend!!

Extremely professional and took the time to explain the openers features. I will be returning to get a new garage door based and the experience. Definitely glad I went with a professional.

On Sunday Oct 28th I called at 4:58am in needed of towing service. The gentleman that answered my call gave me an estimate of an hour for his arrival. I question the fact that I had to wait an hour and the gentleman was giving me attitude and hung up on me. It was totally UNPROFESSIONAL from his part. I called another towing service and they arrived in 15 minutes. Let’s not forget I was in wheeling too.
