I dont think a move like this could go more smoothly! Paul D, the salesman took his time and explained everything I needed to know in detail. The movers were efficient and professional. I dont think they took a break the whole time. Nothing was scratched or broken, and they were good enough to put everything in the room I had marked on the box. Quite pleased with the whole service. The movers were professional and efficient. The problem I had was the estimate, the final cost was 50% greater than the estimate. The move day was hot and the movers were very good. I would use them again.

By far the worst movers Ive ever experienced.They broke several boxes and pieces of furniture during the move, and only offered their standard $0.06 / pound compensation rate. Luckily, most of the stuff they damaged was already pretty old, but you should not trust them to handle your things carefully.Before they started loading the truck, the crew chief promised they would put mats down on the floor. About an hour later, I noticed that they didnt, and that they had been leaving muddy boot prints all over the floor. When I asked him about it, he shrugged and said that theyre movers, not cleaners. I had to mop the entire house after they left.Finally, one of the movers took a dump in our toilet and somehow left it unflushed, overflowing, and leaking… AND he tried to sneak off without even letting us know. I had already packed my tools up so I didnt have a chance to fix the leak before the buyers had their final walk-through, and the leaky toilet caused a big incident that almost ended up killing the deal to sell the house.And after all that, the estimate they gave us ended up being about half of what it eventually cost. I get that sometimes estimates are wrong, but thats very wrong. They actually do give you a form designed to explain overages, but the one they sent us was completely blank and they were never able to explain it. Called Paul back three times and got excuses every time but no answers.

We had a great experience with this team. Eddie was fantastic — great leader, professional, friendly and accommodating. We moved my mom into an assisted living facility and they were careful with her few (but special) items. It was a great and efficient experience all around — even through we had to reschedule the move several times. Thanks to TMAT for working with us!

Damaged a piece of my furniture, nobody returns my messages, have a paper saying they damaged it, way to expensive for a 6 block move, 3 hrs late, messed up my day, never again

Amazing service. Affordable price. Bolden, Pisano and Panozzo were friendly and professional the entire time. They called me right at the beginning of the service window. Showed up right on time, got everything wrapped up very nicely and disassembled and into the truck. They guys even helped me move some heaving items out to my dumpster which was very much appreciated.Unloading was quick and easy. They rolled out a protective carpet to keep my flooring nice and were super fast at their job. Very happy with the work these guys did. Will recommend them to anyone needing a move.5 star work for sure.(On a side note: the one-star reviews on here are patently absurd. Most of them are just mad about how the truck blocked their spots, has NOTHING to do with the service and everything to do with some people are lazy and the idea of having to walk an extra 5 steps to their apartment sends them into a tizzy)

Careful with great team

My opinion is they are to much money, two hour charge for leaving there shop and returning, average charge is half hour to an hour for the same service. Your already two into them for two hours of time . It adds up quick.

Would give no stars if possible. Rude, inconsiderate, condescending drivers. Blocked me in a handicapped spot, as well as 4 other regular spots, and blocked me out of the spot when I returned home. Even though I told them i would be gone an hour and need the spot upon my return. The two men that came with the truck purposely avoided my attempts to get their attention to move the truck, have a preschooler in the car with me and the severe arthritis in my knees make walking up the second floor walk up impossibly painful.The men just laughed at me, made me wait an hour for them to quit loading and another 10mins until the tenant moving out pulled out. All the while laughing at me with my handicapped plaque hanging from my mirror, after i spoke to them, before they moved.Use Brea. Found on Angies list and they are consummate professionals and are considerate to your neighbors when moving out and unloading. Trust me, youll be happy with them.Edit: yeah nice try. It was a smaller box truck. And a disability is not an inconvenience Brea had a truck TWICE the size of yours, but they parked and didnt block. Of course it meant walking a few feet further, but again, that is what their professionalism teaches them to do. Nice condescending answer though. Way to try to make my severe disability be painted as an inconvenience to you. Also you mentioned nothing about the rude and laughing drivers. But i guess addressing that is also an inconvenience to you.

They helped move a Senior friend. Short move from Lisle to Naperville. Excellent service, very professional.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointing experience. Go with a reliable mover such as Mayflower.

Weve used 2 men several time for local moves and have been very pleased each time.
