Great experience overall!We started down the path of wanting some artificial grass on our rooftop deck in early Spring. We got a few quotes on costs for grass installed from a few companies around Denver. One company came over and gave us a quote and we were happy with it and proceeded down that path, gave a deposit, had an idea on installation etc. We were excited only to have them text us a week later stating our project was out of their scope and they couldnt do the job. Needless to say we were disappointed (theyll get their own review on many channels) and needed to find another way.We started doing some research on how to intall the grass ourselves and started looking for where to purchase the grass. We came across Purchase Green and things changed for us. From a project we were going to scrape to we can do this ourselves. From the minute walking through the door Monica was great. Described what we were doing, how much sun was going to be on the grass, windows that were near the grass and a few other factors to pick the right grass for the rooftop. Having the information and costs from her we measured out what we needed. More questions came up as we researched rooftop grass installation and she was very helpful in answering questions we had or pointing us in the right direction. We did a small patio first and then took on the bigger project.Delivery of the materials was quick, a couple of us were able to cut the pieces to size, lay them out on the roof, and start the gluing process. It took a few days for us but in the end we have a great space.Compared to others their prices are good, customer service was great, and we are glad we found them.

What a great experience. I was a DIYer and Monica helped me through the process from start to finish. Im very satisfied with the product, as it looks very natural. While it is quite a lot of work to install, and difficult to do, it is achievable and well worth it. The best way Ive seen so far to reduce water consumption and simplify lawn care.

Amazing customer service. I just moved to Colorado and my new apartment has a large patio. I have 2 dogs and need artificial grass to ensure my dogs enjoy laying outside on their new patio. Courtney (owner) was helpful and rather than avoid my 1,000 questions she seemed to enjoy the pop quiz on artificial grass. If you have any doubts about buying artificial grass, please call this business and she will change your mind.

They have great customer service, low prices, and great articles on how to DIY. I recently installed turf in our backyard and it looks amazing. We live down south in Colorado springs and they did a great job with delivery and were very helpful. The turf looks amazing and we are so thankful we chose them!

Would not recommend this company for any project. They cut our roll 13 feet short and took about 3 hours to bring the rest of the material. They said they would bring us more seem tape and glue, the glue was half dried and we had to go to the store to get the roll of tape our selfs to patch the rolls together. We had to wait for 3 weeks for them to order our material and get it ready for it to be wrong. Now we are days behind because we didnt have all the material we paid for.

We decided we would install the turf ourselves, when we got in over our heads with a DIY project, they sent their install partner (ForeverScapes) to save us from ourselves. It looks better than we could have imagined. We are so glad Purchase Green was there to help us!! Thank you!

Used this company for a turf job, they cut our rolls both 13 feet short after waiting 3 weeks for our material to be delivered by them. We waisted a whole day of work waiting for them to bring us the rest of the material, the turf glue bottles were half hard. Now they are giving us hell about trying to get a refund for loss of work hours and having material wrong. Wont even give us a worthwhile comp now our deadline got pushed back because of their mess up. Horrible customer service we will never use this company again

I wish i could put 0 stars. im a contractor and we will never use this company again. they messed up my order of 2 identical rolls. i had one roll cut 14 for short. this is after they made me wait 4 weeks for my order to come in and they dont deliver. ok ready for this, they brought a 12 foot roll 1 roll of seam tape and 3 bottles of glue to us after waiting for 2 hours, the glue they brought was half solid. so im still missing 15x2 fit of material i paid for. then they offer a 250 credit to my account, i laughed at this btw. then for the next 2 days i argued with someone there and the most they were will to refund was 387 dollars and made it seam like i got a bunch of free stuff by them bringing me the seam tape and glue and i should be happy they are offering anything at all. what a joke. those were to Make up for the mistakes they made, not mine. now they wont even answer the phone to me. i do not recommend this company. they are thiefs and cheats. avoid at all cost!!

DIYers beware! This has been a very frustrating experience and my expenses keep going up! If you are planning on installing this artificial turf near windows or any other reflective surface, it WILL melt! And despite this being a very common problem with artificial grass, which I had to learn the hard way, Purchase Green does not mention it or warn you about it in their 28-page installation guide or in any of their installation videos.Also, when your grass does melt because of a reflection, the warranty will not cover it! I was told that I should have learned about the danger of reflections IN the warranty (really?! Not in the installation guide? Not in the “Everything You Need to Know” section of the website? I need to learn about what will ruin the product by reading the warranty?!), so read the entire warranty before you buy this artificial grass to know what you are getting yourself into.Now for the part that completely shocked me.. Supposedly a type of window film will stop the reflection from melting the grass. You would think that Purchase Green would make a few suggestions about what you can buy so that you can protect your investment, right? Wrong! Purchase Green will not provide any recommendations on what product to buy! How can a company not be interested in helping their customers protect their investment?! So good luck finding one. I have already wasted money on one film that didn’t work and still haven’t found a solution. So have a professional install everything, or go elsewhere.UPDATE! In response to Courtney’s (the owner) lies below, let me set the record straight.There is no way customer service is their number one priority if she is willing to so blatantly lie about what happened in my situation. These are the truths:- Customer failed to register warrantyThis is false. I did register my warranty. There is nowhere on their website or receipt that gives a timeline about how fast you need to register. And if the warranty doesn’t even cover burned grass, why is she bringing this up?- Customer was advised Low-E window burns are a common risk for cars, toys, swimming pool inflatables, even woodThis is a half truth, but really a lie. She told me this AFTER my grass had already been burned. She didn’t include the timing in her statement.- As a testimony to exceptional customer care, Purchase Green provided:FREE REPLACEMENT GRASSFREE DELIVERYThis is false. She provided replacement grass and materials at essentially HALF price. It absolutely was not free. Delivery was free, but I did offer to go pick it up myself.- Customer accepted FREE replacement product and FREE delivery but also requested Purchase Green resolve issues with window defectThis is also false. Once again, definitely NOT free and I did not request Purchase Green to resolve the issue, I simply asked for a recommendation of a product that would prevent future burning. At no point did I ever ask her to pay for it!- Purchase Green recommended tinting or screen as a solution recommended by professional installers and window manufacturers nationwide, however, Purchase Green cannot intervene with window manufacturers on behalf of customers.Yes, she told me that window films of screen should work. I wasted money on a window film that didn’t work. That was my whole point. They WILL NOT recommend a product that will actually help you. It is not intervening with window manufacturers, it is called customer service! You should want to help your customers protect their investment!I definitely do not recommend dealing with a company that so blatantly lies about a bad customer experience. If you do, good luck! Know that she only cares about her bottom line!

Called into call center for assistance in selecting residential artificial grass for my Peyton, CO hom. Josh Turcotte was my rep and delivered WHITE GLOVE exceptional service. He was consultative and for someone knowing NOTHING about purchasing artificial grass he was able to break things down so I can understand what I was looking for. He worked with me until we found something that fit my taste and budget-cant wait for the Wheatridge location to open up! Excellent customer service and excellent easy to navigate website. I hire sales and customer service professionals and I would hire Josh in a heartbeat! Best of success PGAG in your new location in Wheatridge!

They cut our turf short and wasted a full days work and manpower. And to comp us they gave us free seam glue which was half dried all through the container. All and all not a great customer service experience, and material was subpar, and trying to get comped for anything has been a huge hassle.
