Brooke is an absolute DOLL! Customer service at its finest. Im from out of state, and back home, very few people are as friendly as she was. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of!

I went in on a Sunday, with 5 minutes or less till closing time, and I was a shopper in need of guidance, so it wasnt an in and out stop. But the young lady behind the counter was cheerful, knowledgeable, she was not in any rush to just hurry me up and either make a purchase or get gone! I didnt purchase the product I had inquired about, I needed to do some more research after the information she had given me. Yet she was still just as friendly and courteous as when I first walked in! Any business that employs that type of person, I will continue to patronize that establishment even if it is out of my way! You dont find employees like that too often anymore!

Hole-in-the-wall with decent prices, but rare, awesome service.The staff was really genuine- help me sort through a small, but quality selection, and gave me honest feedback when I asked about specific features of different pieces (carb size, intake placement). Helped me get the absolute perfect little pipe, and I was out inside of fifteen minutes. Definitely worth a visit, especially if youve had your fill of the pretentious, bearded service at nearly every other head shop.

Always has the best customer service. Never trys to shove product down my throat and is always very knowledgeable about what I need. Plus has very great glass.

This place is under new ownership and management, the new owner was in there when I went in. He had readjusted the pricing to match competitors prices (way overpriced before), he spent time looking for what I wanted, understood what I was referring to, and was friendly throughout the entire transaction. I will be giving this place business from now

First off - glass quality is awful. Crooked pieces. Mark downs. Basically the tj maxx of pipe shops.Secondly - waited 15 minutes and not even a hey guys be right with you. Not a good business practice.

Cheap China glass breaks before you get home. Spend the extra $ anywhere else.

This is bullshit. Its Monday, they say they open at 10. Its now past 11. No one is inside. The worst service ever. If they open at 12 that need to put that in there door.
