I went here for a job interview the lady told me to be there between 11:00 and 4:00 p.m. anytime before 4:00 would be fine I get there and because Im a Mexican she didnt want anything to do with me theres no Mexican to work there if youre Mexican I highly suggest you dont go there.
We absolutely love our new Flex HR seats! Rob was a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson that made a possibly stressful purchase a joy. Seamless delivery on schedule and helpful customer service folks topped it off! I highly recommend them
Spent 5k with them and service was good at the start but have been calling them for 4 weeks and emails and no answer back. I have 2 chairs that just glow with no motion. It sad I have a great media room with broken chairs. I would buy from someone who will support their warranty and equipment. They last one year and downhill from there.
The absolute worst customer service ever. I have been given the run around by both Brittany and Sarah.I ordered chairs on Oct. 2nd and I was told to expect them 8-10 weeks. It is now the first week of Feb.. Still no chairs. Was told by Brittany that on Dec. 24th my chairs were at their port ready to ship. Total lie. I have now been told 3 times that my order is in the port ready to be delivered. Total lies. They will not return phone calls even after promising we will definitely get back to you in 48 hours. They are absolute terrible. I have tried several attempts to find a way to leave this review on theaterseatstore.com, but there is no link to do so. Dont believe the reviews on that website. Trust me do not buy anything from Theaterseatstore.com, or do not go into Octane seating. This is not a covid issue. It says specifically on their website that all orders during Covid are running on time, no interruption in service. So if they reply to this and say it is due to covid, that is an excuse. Do Not buy from Theaterseatstore.com or Octane seating. Horrible. Wish I could leave a zero rating.
Very unhappy with this product. Bonded cheep leather that peels after 1 year! No return call from store.Don’t buy !
The worst experience I have had for $3000. I paid in July 2020 and was quoted 8 weeks. I also paid for white glove Delivery. I had my chairs left in the rain 19 weeks later. I had to move them and install them myself. The shipment arrived damaged. I have no resolution for the them at all. I am filing with the BBB and in Delaware court.
Went in and they refused to help me because he couldn’t be bothered helping the guy who drove 40 minutes versus people on chatI even called in advance before coming in
Really more of a phone sales office. Thought was a warehouse outlet but more place to try out furniture. Product seemed solid but think warranty was a little shaky. Finally, product online advertised as leather was only leather on the touch surfaces. Very disappointed from what I read online.
