After visiting several Verizon stores with little to no help for my situation, I came to this store and worked with Alexander. He took the time to help me, was kind, and trust worthy. He answered my questions and I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Alexander!

This week I lost my phone so I back tracked to my job went inside looked everywhere I had been could not find it. When I left there I saw the Verizon Store went in and asked the young man named Angelo if he could help me find my phone?He said yes I can and he not only found my phone for me but let me talk to the person who had it on his phone. One of my coworkers mistakenly put it in her purse and took it home with her.Just a shout out for Angelo what a nice, respectful and helpful young man!Thanks Angelo😌

I went in to the store with my technology hesitant grandmother after her 10 year old phone stopped working and Alexander did an absolutely amazing job working with us to explain all of her options and how to use the device, if I could give 10/5 stars I absolutely would!

Yuri was a tremendous help on the phone with new account details and Verizon Plan options. My schedule forced me to sign up for a new account and phone when he wasnt present. I met Stephanie in the store who helped me with the new phone purchase and account setup. I have never met a more helpful, kind, knowledgeable, pleasant and humble wireless Agent in over 20 years of wireless phone service. Her Customer Service is impeccable and she makes you feel as a valuable Person and Customer.I looked at Verizon locations in my general area and their reviews were disappointing. This location, however, had 4+ rating and I can testify my experience here was enlightening. Both Yuri and Stephanie are excellent Representatives of Verizon and I would strongly recommend this location as one of the best Nation Wide.

She was very knowledgable and patient while going over the many options I was looking into, and made sure that I was happy throughout the process. Ordered a phone on verizons website for same day pickup 5 hours prior to the store closing. 3 hours into waiting for confirmation that the order was ready for pickup, I decided to call and get a status update. On hold for 15 minutes with no answer. Disappointed I waited some more. Email stating the order was ready for pickup didnt come until 15 minutes after close. Clear they didnt look at online orders until after the shuttered the store doors. The next morning drove up and waited in curbside pickup for 30 minutes before cancelling the order through verizon and choosing to spend my dollar at another branch. Disappointing.

I’ve been sitting here for almost two hours. One employee working. Very busy store. Why is there only one employee? I need a new phone so I don’t have much of a choice because I don’t want to order online. In-person sales and service when making high dollar decisions is the only way I feel comfortable doing business. This is ridiculous. Thanks 2020

Went into the store due to having issues with upgrading online and I felt like such a nuisance to the employees. They seemed so inconvenienced for coming into the store and we’re on their phones the whole time. The worker helping me even had an AirPod in his ear. I was so unimpressed with the lack of professionalism. Do not recommend going into this store, just call Verizon customer service if you want anything done or any questions answered.

I had a great experience at this verizon andthe employee Andrew C. He was amazingly helpful. He was caring, listened to your problem, and gave you optains on what to do. He even looked for deals he could use regarding my problem. I cant say enough about how much help Andrew was. If you ever stop in this location, seriously ask for Andrew.

Had a great experience at this store - after being at a different one the day before and couldn’t get service because they were too busy with only 2 people working. So I went to the 38th and Wadsworth location and I’m so glad I did! It’s a large, clean and new store and the staff was awesome. Specifically, Stephanie helped me pick out a new phone and trade in my old one. She was knowledgeable and super nice. Highly recommend and it will be the only one I go to from now on!

The manager Alex is horrible he told me that I get credit for my old phone towards my new phone never got it came back an he just brushed it off like I wasn’t even there or he even cared an I’m still dealing with the problem of not getting credit for my account I would not ever recommend his help cause he does not help people with there account at all especially when he is the one that sold the device

Updating my previous review. These nice folks get 5 stars AGAIN!! Andrew and Stephanie stuck with me for over an hour while we waited on hold with Verizon Customer Service. Im 65 and some of the cell phone lingo gets past me. I didnt know that information was migrated from one phone to another! Well, I wont be going to any other Verizon store in the future. These folks are friendly, caring and patient. They know the ins and the outs of the business and they were there to support me while I got my phone updated and my previous number migrated to my new phone. Now, I LOVE MY NEW PHONE!! Thanks, Stephanie and Andrew!!You took my difficult issues and got them all resolved!!

This store, more importantly Eric, the manager, is a complete joke. My wife and I were treated very poorly and we received a great deal of attitude from him. We waited for their computer system to be fixed as we were basically held hostage because the phones we wanted to be purchased, were applied to our names, but we didnt want them. We ended up leaving after Eric kept his face down in his computer and didnt communicate with us.Buyer beware - this store likes to use scare tactics for you to purchase their services. We didnt need screen protectors or cases, which angered Eric. We also didnt want insurance, even after Eric lied to us about Verizon having a policy of customers needing 1 month of insurance on a new phone. I called him out on his BS and he became irritated and sheepish. We also didnt want to pay him to transfer our data. As difficult as a process he said this was, it took me 5 minutes at home.We ended up leaving this store and purchasing our phones on line with no hassle. This store is pathetic.

I didnt know that this was an authorized retailer before going in. They got almost everything about our request wrong, and I felt completely bamboozled afterward. Nowhere does this place even suggest that they are not a real Verizon location until you get the bill for service at the end from GoWireless. I wanted to set up a family plan with 1 new number and 1 number ported from an existing Verizon account. I thought going into a brick and mortar store would be easier since they should be able to handle the number porting on site. They cannot. Because they are not actually Verizon. They took us through the signup process quickly and did their best to gloss over the fact that they wouldnt actually be porting the old number and instead giving us a temporary number. Since we didnt get our old SIM cards back, we ended up losing the original number, plus paying $70 more for a setup fee. Which is odd, because we did most of the setup anyway. We had to call the actual Verizon from this store to finalize billing. Additionally, they didnt even sign us up for the plans that we requested, so we had to go online and correct it ourselves. If we had just signed up online from the beginning, none of this would have been an issue, and we wouldnt have had to have paid for the setup. Even the employees knew this was ridiculous, remarking off-handed that everything is easier to do self service from the Verizon website or app. Save yourself the headache and deal with Verizon directly through their website or call center.

Eric is phenomenal! Hes incredibly knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful. I had a fairly complicated situations, and he was willing to spend as much time with me as needed to work everything out, along with helping every other customer that came through the door. Even though he was the only one in the store, everyone was greeted upon walking in and helped in a timely manner. Eric is the BEST and I will be coming back here!

Eric was great and he saved us a ton of money. We got tons of chargers and things for really cheap and money back for a totally cracked phone. It was fast and easy with tons of help. Verizon is awesome.

I upgrade to a I-Pad at the store on 3753 Wadsworth in Wheatridge Colorado. Andrew Castro was absolutely GREAT, WONDERFUL he took his time with me and made sure I knew and understood what I was signing. Great customer service. He is definitely a keeper. His staff was also very pleasant and helpful.

The employee there was very helpful and patient, and I knew he was giving me a fair sale - no pressure to needlessly upgrade or upcharge for my new phone. Verizon Store reviewI lost my iPhone 6 and went to a Verizon store near my house to get a new phone. What a terrible experience I had. But I did get a new iPhone 8 and went home totally dissatisfied with the sales person at that store. Luckily I found a new store that had opened at 38th and Wadsworth in wheat Ridge and went there and came home so excited because my new phone now worked. At that new store I found a manager, Andrew, who assured me that he could retrieve all of the records on my last phone and placed them to new phone, and indeed could install the new phone to the Bluetooth in my car.Both of those tricks were totally denied to me by the first store jerk I got my phone from. A big big thanks to Andrew and his current assistant, Stephanie, for the great job they did with immediate and pleasant assistance. I will always return to that store instead of the one to the south On Wadsworth Boulevard in Lakewood. Signed a very happy customer of one Verizon store. Sandy G

I was transferring lines from Sprint to Verizon with a phone I hadnt realized was carrier locked. Eric was extremely helpful in explaining the situation and found a solution to the problem in an extremely satisfying and quick manner. I have had nothing but positive experiences working with Verizon and I sincerely recommend their service over Sprint.

Update 1/22/21:I just got off the phone with an extremely rude and confrontational woman who refused to check my account and to confirm whether or not there was a screen protector for my phone in stock. She coninutally spoke over me and when I asked to speak to her manager, she hung up.My previous experiences with this company were mixed and now I will no longer deal with nor can I recommend this fly-by-night company!I suggest that you shop a Verizon owned store and not these affiliated companies.Previous review:When I found out that Verizon GoWireless opened a new store in Wheat Ridge, I visited it yesterday.I had purchased a gold plan warranty when I resided in New Mexico and had been going to the Evergreen store when I moved back to Colorado. Since I had purchased another phone recently, the warranty was no longer valid. Eric, the store manager, sold me another plan and installed a new screen protector.I had a horrible experience at another Verizon retailer (Victra) located in Colorado Mills, not the case here. Eric provided excellent customer service, convincing me that this should be my new Verizon go-to store.

Came to this location after being treated very badly at the corporate verizon location on alameda and wadsworth. I needed to make a warranty claim on a phone that the manager at the prior location insisted was impossible. I went to this location seeking a second opinion. Yuriy helped me file the claim right away! He was very knowledgeable and did a better job than a manager at a CORPORATE location. Definitely will be going back with yuriy at this location again.

I paid for my new cell phone here in cash, thinking it was a regular Verizon store very near us. A few weeks later I went back because I still had a balance for the phone. They insisted that it was to be paid on my daughters phone instead and that now both phones were paid for. I didn’t think this was right but got a receipt and went my way. But because of the misinfo her payment plan was disbanded. Needless to say it has been a big mess. I will never trade with them again.....!
