Absolutely 100% would suggest Altitude Industries to anyone I know. Lee (owner) is a great guy to work with.I am a disabled veteran with some special needs as far as gear goes. Lee spent over an hour speaking with me individually about all the products he offers and how they could be of use. He also spoke with me about alterations that can be made to help ease the use of gear with my condition.I ended up getting one of the toppers they offer with the intention to go back and have them do all my overland/off-road additions as the time comes.Business done, how business should be.

Everything about the experience was great. Scheduled an install online/through email and they were super quick to respond and answer all my questions. They met my appointment time and walked me through the install and tips and tricks on the tent. My roof rack had some issues with mounting but they came up with a solution on the spot and got it taken care of. Definitely recommend 👌

Just stopped in to see if they had some mounting hardware that would work as a replacement for my rooftop tent and they were more than accommodating. One of the employees cut a piece for me from scratch, and didnt even want to accept money for it. Super friendly and helpful staff, and an amazing product line to boot. Living out of state, Matt and Lee worked with me via internet to put together a suitable platform and iKamper combination. They really went out of their way, sending multiple images of completed rigs to illustrate how things would look. And they made quick work of the installation when I arrived. I was very impressed with their commitment to detail and recommend them highly!

Lee and crew are absolutely top notch. A tricky and challenging install of a Baroud tent on a Front Runner rack. Thought Id lose my ability to store the integral table, but Lee studied the situation and fabricated a custom mounting system that works great. I dont write a lot of reviews, and customer service is often lacking these days. Bottom line, these guys care about their customers and they truly went out of their way to not only get it done, but make sure it was done right. Highly recommended.

I had a few issues with my order being shipped straight from the manufacturer (it happens, it’s the response that matters in my opinion) and Lee and team saw that it was remedied and remedied fast. As a former small business owner I know how stressful these can be, when the packing of the shipment was out of your control but it’s your reputation on the line. Wow!! It is rare to find a place that is so dedicated to honesty, perfection, service, and a fair price! I had a number of needs for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler build out that were part of theur expertise; but some critical things new to Altitude as well. They made it all work with a tremendous amount of creativity, skill, and innovation. It all came together for thousands of dollars less than the estimates I received from other reputable 4x4 shops.They also do a great deal of research into what is the best products in the myriad of the 4x4 vast world of goods. If something is not in their reptoire; and they are not confident they can deliver, theyhave referred me out to excellent back up. I am just totally impressed with the integrity and personalabilty of this team!I will be using them in all my future 4x4 needs

Had a great experience! When we purchased our ikamper skycamp, Altitude Industries was only one of two dealers in the nation. He helped us install the roof top tent and gave us great tips about using and storing it. He’s an extremely knowledgeable guy about what he sells!

Cool showroom with some great products. Owner operated small business, so it is best to call ahead before showing up. That way you can make sure the owner isn’t in the middle of an installation. Lee (the owner) is really knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Just spent five nights sleeping in the iKamper Skycamp and loved it.

Had a great experience working with Lee at Altitude Industries! I knew I wanted a Skycamp for my truck, but was unsure of the rack setup. I bounced a few setup ideas off Lee, and he was able to let me know the pros and cons of each. He also gave insightful recommendations on rack systems. After a few weeks of back and forth, due to my indecisiveness on a setup, we came to a perfect overlanding setup. I ended up purchasing the Skycamp, a Yakima rack system, and a Retrax system through him. They were able to install the entire setup on the truck in less than half the time we were expecting, and it all works together beautifully! I will be coming back to Altitude Industries as my overlanding wish list continues to grow. Highly recommend for all your vehicle rack/camping/overlanding needs!!!

When I called Lee at Altitude industries I had a lot of questions and was frankly a little all over the place with what I wanted. Lee speant a countless amount of time on the phone with me and corresponding with me through emails to help guide me into my final decision for my exact needs. We finished our first year camping with the iKamper and couldn’t be more pleased. The Rhyno rack and the white iKamper look great on our 2017 Volvo XC60. We’re constantly approached about its design, no one has seen anything like it. Next will be to add the iKamper eat out. We worked with Lee to coordinate the exact model of iKamper and accessories from Chicago and finally drove to Colorado and his shop on our first vacation day to get it installed.
