I ordered Nova Lox (Lox and Bagels) served on a toasted green chile bagel with cream cheese, tomato, and capers. I ordered it without sliced onion and the order was done to perfection. Staff was friendly. Store was busy but they were able to complete the order quickly.

Needed a fall back for lunch when where we had planned on going was exact change cash only. Customer service was top notch. My wife is a picky sandwich eater, the order taker made sure he got the order right, when the manager came to make the sandwich the order taker made sure it was right. Although there is no dine in service there are tables outside in the shade to enjoy your meal.

Super inconsistent, sometimes sandwiches are good sometimes terrible, sometimes missing ingredients, coffee is good some days bad on others. They often dont receive mobile orders even though you get charged for them. Overall not great which sucks as I live less than 2 blocks away and would love to be able to enjoy this spot.

Always loved einsteins. It was my first job! Great customer service and love that you can order ahead run in and pick it up. This location can get pretty busy.Really wish there were more customizations thru the app. Very limited selection to order.

Looking for breakfast joints this morning... I saw some horrible post for this location, but thought how bad could it be? Waited to long for a soft avocado bagel that didn’t even have enough smear to cover my whole bagel. It is also disgusting and cold.

Doesnt seem to matter when I come in they never have bagels ready for purchase. No cup lids, and no change. My total was 19.19 and they wanted to just keep my 20

Unfortunately Ive never had such an epic fail at ANY einstein bagel before. I ordered the deli lunch ham & swiss extra onion. For the amount of time it took to get my sandwich, Im beyond shocked at the disaster that was the sandwich... WAY too heavy on mayo, NO CHEESE and the inedible part of the onion, including the peel. Had I not already driven 20 minutes away, I would have gone back... I seriously cannot believe that this was served to me as Food I paid for... I only visited this one because it had the highest reviews of any close by... Im not at all happy. Make sure you check your sandwiches before leaving.

First time visiting this location I came in during the morning rush. The manager was beyond efficient and was helping his staff to get orders out as quickly as possible(during a rush) was making sure orders were correct helping to fill items that were out of stock cream etc.. There was one other customer who had a large order who had to wait awhile the manager made sure to address him and even gave him a discount complimentary coupon for his patience. The cooks made quality sandwiches (mine was delicious btw). It may have taken a little while to get my items but was worth the wait and I was extremely satisfied and my chai tea was perfect thank you all for your service.

Everytime I come in here, it is always a great experience! I can’t remember everyone’s name, but I come here a lot for breakfast and it is always super quick. The staff makes the experience super fun, and we over here at GEICO definitely need that positive energy! Thanks guys!

Every time I come here there super busy! For it being a breakfast place where people go before work they could be more efficient. There caribou latte machine has been broken for 5 days now.

I have been going here since they opened. Currently there is only take out but that will change. Food is great,service is great. Once there is indoor seating again, you would be hard pressed to find a better place for socializing.

Doesnt matter when I go in. Its a minimum 20 min wait for a simple toasted bagel.with cream cheese. Been here 10 times. Its terribly slow.

First time I have been here, and all I can say is...Phenomenal!

This is the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been multiple times because of convenience of location, but every time, it is painfully slow. I’ve even ordered ahead hoping to avoid the wait, but after arriving when my order said it would be ready, it wasn’t and I waited in the store for another 15 minutes as if I just ordered.

Einsteins used to be one of our favorites. But with too many locations theyve outgrown their too expensive menu. Service times at most locations have become way too long because theyre now preparing meals rather than doing what they used to do best; serving quick delicious bagels.At this location we made the mistake of getting our order to go and failed to check it prior to leaving. The result was tomato and advocado on a burnt everything bagel. YUM!Google bagels near me and youre guaranteed to find a small local shop thats well worth avoiding Einsteins.

I work in the industry and understand that sometimes things dont go as smoothly and mistakes are made. That being said, this is the third time I have struggled with this location. Last time was staff related, this time I was shorted two items. Cannot get through to speak with anyone, and am now short $10 and missing part of my order. I would not recommend this location due to its inconsistency and lack of execution.

Very disappointed with service lately. No wait line and still took 15 + minutes to get food. Had to ask them to toast the food the correct way, then smear only on one side and finally 3red time weve said we are eating in and have been given order to go - which I hate because there is more waste to throw away. Why ask if you arent going to do it correctly.

They still have ancient grain bagels after several other store discontinued them.

The staff is nice enough, but this chain keeps cutting down on some of my family favorites, and then adding other items that are of no interest to us. Editing because it seems the company listens to its customers and brought back the onion bagel and sugar cookies. Now we can just enjoy the different bagels each of my family members love

Bagels and sandwiches are always good reason for three stars is the coffee. Past two times I ordered caramel macchiatos both times no caramel and both times same person made it. Maybe should have somebody else making drinks.

Door dash brought our cream cheese with no bagels two days in a row. The manager drove our order to us herself and could not have been nicer. She made it right.

This Einsteins shop was my go-to for years, but recently has been very disappointing.I called the day before to preorder bagels for a Fathers Day celebration. When I arrived at the arranged pick up time, I was directed to the assistant manager (younger man) who told me that my order was not there. After asking, are you sure you called the right store? He asked who I spoke with. When I shared that it was a female and I didnt remember her name, he said, well its mostly females that work here so that doesnt helpThe whole experience was negative. He offered to let me pick from what was there and said the bagels I wanted wouldnt be ready for at least an hour. A guy in line (after hearing all of this) said, is he going to at least give you the bagels at a discount?No discount- just a blame-focused response and apathetic service.Horrible leadership in action.

I used to visit Einsteins a lot, but this was the first time in years. I ordered a turkey Bacon sandwich that cost me almost $9. It came with a pickle and barely a handful of chips inside the bag. I had wanted to add an egg to the sandwich because what you get on the sandwich is minimal for a meal... But the egg was a $2.99 add on... considering you can get a dozen cage free top shelf eggs at Natural Grocers for $7.00, I decided not to get the egg... as $2.99 for a single egg is absolute theft. I was disappointed in the portioning because I can go across the street and get a full meal plus leftovers for the same price at Panda Express. Einsteins pricing schematics needs a little work. I wont be returning because its not worth what you get. Customer service was good at this location, which is why I gave 3 stars.

My bagel sandwich was disgusting. I’m allergic to avocado and I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel and somehow, there was avocado on it. Now my throat is swollen, they are not clean what so ever.

I realize Covid restrictions can be difficult but this place is about as bad as I have seen. They seem to have taken the challenge to be as inhospitable as possible.

Went in for 1 bagel. Waited 5 minutes before I was helped. Then waited 12 minutes for my order. Mind you, there was nothing special about my order! Terrible!

Nice store did not have a lot of variety of bagels bu the time we were there definitely go early morning!

Edit 7/16/2021: I just had a friend stop by there and order a blueberry bagel with honey almond smear and she too received onion smear! Maybe you guys need to label things better or hire people who can see and read. Ridiculous!!!!(August 2020)I had a really simple order today. A classic bacon, egg and cheese on a french toast bagel with honey almond schmear. I get home wondering why there is so much schmear on my bagel. Come to find out the man with a pink ponytail decided to add some sort of onion schmear along with the honey almond. Maybe he messed up and didnt want to start over.Anyways, Im allergic to onions so this has been a wonderful way to start my morning. I wouldve went back to complain but its not even worth the time. I will never go back to this sorry location.

I come to this Einsteins at least once a week and theres a good reason. Of course the bagels are great, the pastries and treats are also, but the two breakfast sandwiches they have are outstanding! I love the farmhouse, it is heaven between a split bagel. The service at this location is always good, and the prices are rather decent considering how quality and fresh everything is when you get it. I will absolutely continue to get my morning sandwich here and enjoy the good camaraderie with the staff.

Love Einstein, but disappointed with this locations service. While each customer has the right to take their time and ask questions, etc., a woman was at the register for over five minutes; while the line continued to build, the staff stood around chatting with each other, acting with no sense of urgency. Upon ordering, I requested a small cold brew; received the drink, but with a third of the cup left unfilled. In asking for the drink to be topped off, the woman employee acted irritated, slamming my drink back to the counter. Always love the food, but go to a different location. Management needs to fix their staffing before I return.

I paid for the bagel to be made thintastic and they didn’t do that. I paid for 2 eggs and I got one. I was charged extra for a service I didn’t get. Don’t waste your money here.

I was in today at about 12 oclock and the staff 1st of all greeted me at the door which was great because you dont hear that anymore. they were all super nice answered all my questions And when I went to get my drink I noticed the Coke machine wasnt working for the Coke and when I told them they promptly looked and tried to fix it, then told me to try it again it was still not fixed so they just let me take a bottle of Coke while they figured it out the girl that helped me the most her name was Emily and she was amazing and completely nice and helpful she should get a raise without a doubt. thank you for being in my neighborhood I love eating here and thank you for hiring amazing people

Food was good, but a disappointment was their coffee was basically colored water. Ive been to other locations and the coffee there is brewed nice and strong. Here even the dark roast was lighter than any blonde roast you would get. Ive came to this location 3 times, and the coffee was the same each time. First 2 times I thought they made a mistake or something

Horrible Service!!!! I got there on a Sunday 4/7/19 before 3:00 & asked the woman working if they sold or had any grab and go bags of bagels...& she kept repeating that someone was already coming by for pick up!? I was NOT asking for a handout...I wanted to buy some bagels, then she proceeded to tell me they are closed (by then it had turned 3:00).....but in the good ole days when a person entered into a place of business BEFORE closing hours, it was customary that they provided a service & you were waited upon!!!! A young man had piles of money counted out on the next table over & it was evident they possessed absolutely ZERO customer service skills and were ready to close down & get out of there!!!! I understand that, but I was there before closing hours!!! I am a prominent community member of Allendale, and you just LOST YOURSELF A CUSTOMER.....Continue this type of service & Im sure you will lose more!!! They proceeded to turn down several more customers arriving at 3:02 & 3:03. If it were a Mom & Pop Business, this never would have happened....they would have stayed open as long as it took to honor EVERY CUSTOMER RESPECTFULLY....even if it meant staying open later!!!! Maybe because Einstein Bros Bagels is Corporate....they dont care. I will NEVER RETURN TO THEIR ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!

We got there at the end of the shift and they gave us 4 surplus bagels. They were good filler during the week.

This is the best Einstein’s in the metro area! I’ve been coming here for years and The manager is super friendly and does a great job running the business! I’ll drive out of my way just to go to this one.

Wow. I dont give out 1-stars often. But these guys- they deserve it. I go here regularly, and without fail, they mess up very simple orders. Ill ask for butter, and get cream cheese. Ill ask for one bagel, and get a completely different bagel. Ill ask for no cheese on a sandwich, and get cheese. Seriously, making bagels + sandwiches is not a hard job, but these employees are trying to prove me wrong. And yes, I probably should stop going here, but I continue to maintain faith in humanity that theyll do their job right.

Called a day ahead and placed an order over the phone for 2 dozen gourmet bagels and one dozen regular bagels, plus spreads for all of them. Order was correct and ready to pick up when I came in. The price however was $14 more expensive than what they told me it would be over the phone.Edit: since writing this review I was contacted by Einstein Bagels. They totally rectified the situation. Great customer service on their part. Changed rating from 3 stars to 4.

Worked there for 2 months as a catering driver. I never got paid once for a single delivery. My co‐workers were helpful but the new GM Katelynn accused me of lying when I became sick. She threw things like a 5 year old and never genuinely cared about her employees or guests. I have been to the hospital 4 times since then with a viral infection and bronchitis. That was the closest I have ever felt to dying. People matter

I love Einstein bagels but the employees (or should I say one employee in particular) are repeatedly so very rude at this location. I am a fairly regular customer but really question if it is worth going back.

I love this particular location! Makes the best coffee and sandwiches. My favorite sandwich is the Santa Fe and a cup of the coffee called Fireside! The employees are the best!

Do not eat here. For starters, they do not require masks to be worn, despite signage that says otherwise. The staff is rude and inept. It took thirty minutes to get a bagel and they still got the order wrong. Not returning.

Fast, efficient, and typically tasty. Sometimes in their fruit cups you really need to look twice 🤪 I had one that was mildewy and another 2 days past the expiration date. Other than that, they are on point.

I stop in almost every morning for coffee and breakfast on my way to work. The staff is always friendly and it’s quick so I can get on the road to work.

I would give this store 0 if I could. Dont waste your time at this location. The employees are very polite but the General Manager Caitlyn is very RUDE. I was waiting at the register for a while until the GM saw me and then proceeded to walk to the back when all I wanted to do was order a bagel. Your company should be training your GMs to give the best customer service possible. Instead your GM has an attitude with even taking a simple order. By the way everyone can hear EVERY word you are saying in front of the customers!! I didnt know it was ok to cuss and talk bad about the customers when you are standing right in front of us. Just a heads up if you have kids dont bring them there if you dont want to hear a cuss word from the employees every 10 seconds...NOT IMPRESSED!!!!

Really its a 3.5. The bagels are ok. Nothing special, feels kind of like a processed fast food kind of place but it was clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant.

Although its not quite as good as some of the local bagel shops, they have far and away the best bagels of any of the chain stores, or grocery stores. They have a very large selection of flavors, and lots of options for toppings. Also, they are reasonably priced for their dozens, which is great for morning office meetings and things like that.

Great place to get a cup of coffee and a bagel or a Bagel sandwich.Employees are exceptional and take care of you.Manager is great to.

Not one person cared and I was in the wrong for asking for my money back. This happened today 12/12/17 around 10am. Ruined my morning. All I wanted was a bagel. You guys suck!

I havent been in to this location before, but I was honestly a little disappointed. They didnt seem understaffed, but everyone working seemed a bit confused. I was left hanging at the register for a couple minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and once I got my order I was disappointed to find that 3 of 4 varieties of coffee were out. Things seemed messy and understocked. I hope to come back and find things in better shape, because I usually really like Einstein.

The Nova lox and bagel are fantastic. However orders do take a surprisingly long time for cutting a bagel and smearing it with cream cheese. Once they forgot my order I had to ask for it. I checked it and was missing half. Once isnt bad, unless youve only been there three times. I would return and they have some darn good coffee and I enjoy their cream cheese smears.

This shop is a must have! Their gourmet bagels are unique and they have many options. Everything is delicious! I would definitely recommend!!
