This was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at ANY target. I never write reviews but I was so impressed by how friendly all the staff was. They all seemed like they loved their job wnd were excited that I was in there. I knocked it down by one just simply because I find this target to lack a lot of products and I never find anything I like here.. however the staff was INCREDIBLE!

We waited less than a min after arriving. All items in order were correct. Targets curbside has been great the past year and we hope to continue to shop like this if its still available. Target Arvada South is a convenient store to shop at.

Terrible customer service! They lost my order for pickup and then I had to ask 3 people before anyone would even help me! I spent 3 hours in their parking lot for what would have been a simple pickup! Awful customer service!!!

Never enough registers open. I do a lot of my small grocery shopping here and usually checkout at the self checkout. Well, if you want to buy alcohol you have to go to a regular line. Usually those lines have 3+ people in them and it takes 10+ minutes (Ive waited 20 before giving up). Completely ridiculous for something that should be a quick trip.Store is clean and staff is generally nice, but why am I able to checkout at every other grocery store with alcohol at self checkout, but not here?

The drive up team was so kind and helpful! I had never done a pick up order before so I thought my pick up order was the same as drive up. I park in a drive up space with my baby in her car seat and got really confused about what to do next ( no signs with a number to call or space # to give the team like at some grocery stores). Thankfully a team member walks up and clarifies the difference between IN-STORE pick up and drive up. I felt so bad, but she kindly offered to have my order brought out anyway since she saw that I had my baby with me and that I was clearly confused about the whole drive up versus pick up thing. I left with my order without having to haul my baby inside, and I felt very glad to have such kind people help me that morning.

The women at the store today were so helpful and friendly! I appreciate that .

Ive found the fruits & vegetables & ground beef to be excellent & better than King Soopers or Safeway. I order & in less than 2 hrs its ready plus I do not have to choose a pickup time. Your people that delivery to the car are friendly & polite. Avocados & bananas were really fresh & lasted longer than the other stores.

I called the other day to ask if they had Fresh Pet back in stock and the girl who answered the phone transferred me to electronics for some reason. The guys name who answered the phone was either Jake or Jack. I told him what I was looking for and instead of transferring me to another department, he walked back to the Fresh Pet section and confirmed for me that it was back in stock. Excellent customer service. He deserves a raise!

Associates are very helpful and friendly. Starbucks was very busy but the associate was very friendly and very kind to everyone. She deserves kudos for being a shining example of customer service

Electronic section of Target is understaffed and no one is available to answer questions and when you do find an employee to ask questions there are usually 2 other people ahead of you or waiting after to you to ask questions

They had the perfect mp3 player I wanted. Dickies Coveralls were out of stock, so Josh ordered them for me, on my phone! They arrived right on time!

Ive never seen a Target that has literally everything you need! Super targets are no joke! We got everything we needed in one trip, Targets have really evolved, We even got some really yummy fresh sushi. :)

Theres leaps and bounds beyond the other retailers in their genre, but I would still appreciate a good discount once in awhile.

The shelves are well stocked, an associate helped me find something on my most recent visit, the store is clean, and the lines were short. I LOVE this Target!

This is my favorite and best Target around!! I love this store for more than one reason...First they always have everything we need in stock. And if not, they ship it for free (when doing an online order). The drive up/pick up option is the best thing since sliced bread. They have it down, its free, its easy, its great!! Other stores dont even compare, Including grocery stores and other Targets.The employees are always super friendly and helpful at this store as well. No one seems stressed or angry at work. Everyone is happy and in a good mood. Which makes a great shopping experience.The quality of Target items are bar none. And if you ever have a problem, they return it. Some items up to a year.I dont know what I would ever do without Target. Its my go to for toiletries, beauty items, snacks, food, household items, clothes....everything. You name it Target has it. And Target.com has even more than whats in the stores. Target is cheaper prices and better quality than any comparable store. This Target runs like a well oiled machine.

I have no idea if its the management, training or what, but I have yet to come across a less than pleasant and ready to help member of this Target staff. Ive worked in the same shopping center for over a year and, needless to say, am at this Target several times a week. The staff is always polite, happy and seem to want to help every guest every time. I love shopping here and am so glad this staff is at this location.

Manager is rude. Their policy for exchanges is terrible. We received a giant toy truck for my son‘s birthday. Like most birthday presents, it did not come with a gift receipt, and Target would not exchange it for any funds not even a one dollar gift card. They told me to take it to Goodwill. Just another example of why Amazon is such a good profitable business.

We love this target! Its not as big as some other targets.....but it has what we need!

My order was correct. All communication was clear. It was easy. People at the south Arvada Target are typically friendly, helpful, and informed.

Members were there ready when I arrived. Used the pick up option on the app, it was very convenient.

Friendly, clean, good layout, provides for all our needs with groceries and household items, etc.

Will never return to this location.At 6 staff members did not have face masks on and still where approaching and checking out customers.Not only where the staff members not wearing masks properly (they had there noses sticking out of them), but they had no restrictions on allowing customers come in without masks.I thought I would be safe to run in and grab a few items from that store, however this target location did not make that possible.They have no regard for public safety.

Cause I just love target and it’s product lines

This Target is clean and generally pretty well stocked. The employees are always super nice and helpful. There are panhandlers at all of the entrances/ exits of the parking lot for the shopping center the Target is in but for the most part it seems like a fairly safe area.

Stopped here after being at work all day with my two children and was extremely racially profiled had about 3 workers walking literally not even six feet from us at all times I was extremely uncomfortable and super disappointed with this I will never shop at target again

Everything from ordering online to picking it up at the store was quick and easy!

Loved the young staff over the Christmas holiday last year 2019 especially the girl in the try on room was extremely helpful and the lady who came over to help out my cashier. I dont see the curley hair girl from try on room but i do see the nice lady. 2 of the nicest people there. Clean store also. Good job Target.

I understand that times are tough right now. I’m an essential worker myself so I totally understand what these employees are going through. I came in to make a few simple returns, I had everything set and ready to make it as easy as possible. I was greeted with the worst attitude and service I’ve ever had at target FROM GUEST SERVICES. Her name is Shiela and I don’t think she should be working with customers face to face like that if she isn’t going to be polite or nice. From the second I got in line she gave me the dirtiest look as if I’m the inconvenience because she needed to do her job.

So you notice the tag above the sale tag it says 4.99 days on sale for 5.49 hmm some sale I wonder how many fools want that sale price I would shoot for the non sale price

The sales lady was very helpful. I tried on several items, the young lady that worked in the fitting room was very helpful I was in and out in no time. I didnt find any summer suit jackets in black, but I did find most of the items I needed. Way to go Target!

Christmas shopping made easy.

I have to say I like Targets Clothing better than going to Walmart any day.I did notice their inventory has dropped and things are moved around a bit.I really hope they continue to grow and not close like so many other retail stores.

They are really fast and efficient! I ordered some items online and they were ready for pickup about a half hour later. When I got there I waited less than 5 minutes and then they brought my order up with all the correct items. It wad so convenient!

I always find what I need

Before, during, and as we open, Target employees have remained steadfast and helpful despite manic hoarding by some customers.

I have pretty bad anxiety and a panic disorder and this location actually always makes me feel safe enough to go to and I stopped feeling like I needed self-checkout for everything because their staff is very friendly. Met a lovely lady there today and wish I wrote down her name! Young and black haired and I hope she gets recognition just for being there and happy and friendly. I dont think anyone realizes how bothersome retail work can be so I wish I could acknowledge all the lovelies themselves for pulling thru it. As always, Target is my go-to, but glad I live next to one that doesnt make me feel panicky as others tend to.

This is the second time my 1st Bank card did not work at the registers... along with a check. Nothing to do with funds. Happened at another Target store as well! Had my 3mo in tow and was trying to buy essentials for us. I don’t know if I’ll return as this was a huge inconvenience! Also happened at Denver West store! Called Target customer service and they were of no help! Also called 1st bank too and they state it’s Target system as they don’t even see an attempt on their end. Needs to be fixed as many people have 1st Bank who shop at target!!

Great experience. Tried to buy some beer. Told I cant use the self checkout for that. Fine. Go to first register (three lanes manned out of god knows how many) and turned away. One by one Im told all the registers are closed and self checkout is the only option. Target didnt get my money that day.

I can always find something there if I need or not. There is always a great check out clerk too

If you want to make right side the entrance, make both on right side. Not one entrance on right side, one entrance on left side. It’s confusing

I normally shop at this location for baby items and household items. I recently had to return an item I purchased for my toddler for Christmas and for some reason I was treated as if I was stealing. I will not be shopping at this location any longer and I will look into the return policy for further purchases.

This is not something we should be paying for and 3% is one of the highest PIF fees in the city. Be a smart consumer and shop elsewhere because the fees are downright criminal.

Target is the best! They always have fun new things. The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is because Im not a huge fan of their new clothing lines.

Fast friendly service. No waiting

I do enjoy this Target. Its clean and the staff is friendly, but maybe use the PIF Puplic Improvement Fee to keep the panhandlers off the property. They are always at the south light. Its very annoying and looks trashy. What could improve the public more than that?

One of my favorite places to shop. When I was checking out in the self check out an employee stopped by to make sure I had found what I had been looking for.

It was so easy! I ordered shelves for the basement.

Went to pick up a few things with my son today and was followed by store security the entire time I was shopping and even while buying my items in self check- like watched by both security and the cashier, as I scanned my items- pretty much the most uncomfortable experience I have had shopping and felt pretty embarrassed.....oh and did I mention there were quite a lot of others shoppers there yet I was followed my whole shopping experience

Thumbs down on this $50 cake from the Target Bakery. Lopsided, sloppy piping and the toys were not secured so they toppled down the cake and ruined the icing before the party even started. Def need more skilled pastry chefs

Why is the women’s bathroom always absolutely trashed? I’ve been shopping here for a long time.

This location is always well-stacked, the staff is friendly and approachable. I drive several miles out of my way to come to this location. Denver West and Belmar are closer to my home but this store is worth the drive.

I love this store...until I have to checkout. They recently installed 2 sets of self-checkout lanes. Now there are less lanes for parents with children and full carts. I usually have a great and efficient time until... the checkout. Then we almost always take 20 minutes due to lack of service. This is recent and I hope it is rectified soon. Plan your trip accordingly, you cannot make a quick trip.

This is a great Target. The bakery and fresh food section is nice. The employees are very helpful. For the location, never gets too busy.

Love the store. The reason Im only giving it 4 stars is because every time I go into the parking lot there is some one panhandling and sometimes these people are scary. (Likely transients from the highway) Ive even moved my car because I wasnt comfortable with the people around. Once inside the store its always clean and organized.
