Our bathroom vanity and kitchen pantry needed to be restored after the water heater broke in our home. Jason and his partner where very responsive and well knowledgeable with our furniture. Definitely recommend and we will be using them in the future if need be.

I cant evaluate the quality of his work, but Jason apparently wasnt interested in my small job (with a $275 minimum for 1 hour!). He failed to respond to email and voice mail over a 2 week period and when I finally reached him, he told me he wasnt scheduling small jobs at all. I wouldnt call him unless you have a big job your insurance company is paying for.

I have a very large sofa and chair that needed repair and reinforcement. Not only did Jason and Mike do an amazing job with my furniture. They turned the work around in a day. They saved my furniture; our family couldn’t be more happy with our encounter with them. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

My husband found Furniture Medic on line while searching for a company who could stabilize our kitchen cabinets. The cabinets were not hanging or closing properly and were not level. Each cabinet needed to be realigned and to have the hinges adjusted. Before beginning the work Jason from Furniture Medic asked me for pictures of the cabinets and hinges so he could have the proper supplies with him. He and Jeremy checked all 17 cabinets and all 69 hinges! The cabinets look great and work properly now!I asked Jason if he knew of anyone who could replace the baseboards in our bathrooms. We also finished our basement 3 years ago but never put in baseboards so we needed someone to do that and to add a transition piece between two rooms with carpeting. Jason said they could do it and so they were able to get the kitchen cabinets and baseboards done the same week. We are trying to sell our house. The quality of work was excellent and added that finished look that would add value to any home.I trusted Jason and Jeremy from Furniture Medic to come into my home and do the work when I was not there. My neighbor let them in when I was at work or they used the lock box on the door. During these Covid times when face-to-face meetings arent always possible we were able to correspond by email, texting, phone calls and sending photos when necessary to convey what we needed. Jason sent me photos as he completed most stages of work. He always took my calls or answered my questions via email or text within a short time. He showed up when he said he would and got the job done in the approximate time he intended. I found him to be courteous, concise, very professional and transparent in how he managed the jobs. I was also impressed that they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I will continue to refer them to others. I have already referred them to my realtor and my daughter and have a friend who I will refer them to as well.

I was in the market to have my small computer desk refinished. I send my request via the website and Jason responded immediately. I sent him photos of the desk and he quoted my price right then. Cross country moving company lived up to its reputation for breaking and losing property!! There were many valued pieces of our furniture so damaged that we were ready to throw them out. A google search found The Furniture Medic (Jason) and it’s been nothing short of miraculous what he’s done. Jason is a meticulous skilled craftsman who repaired breaks and restored our pieces back to better than new condition. Both his response and repair time were excellent. Jason’s work to unwarped and repair a badly warped top drawer wood face piece was outstanding. Jason did a five star job. I had a custom made table damaged by delivery on 3 corners. The table weighs 400 pounds so it is not easy to transport and I live on the top of a mountain at 7,500 feet above sea level without a yard (no room to work on site). It is also winter in Colorado with frequent snow storms so also a challenge. My driveway is 300 feet strait up a 45 to 50 degree incline to get to my house.Jason showed up with his uncle, assessed the damage, and loaded up the table to take to his shop for repairs. I received a call the same day that he had completed the repairs and was willing to deliver it back to me the following day on a Sunday.Jason returned the repaired table within 24 hours, OVER THE WEEKEND.Amazing customer service and unheard of turn around time.Great job Jason. Jason is a professional. We set a time for him to come over and she showed up ready to go! he fixed a massive burn mark I made on some wood in my kitchen and the wood now looks brand new. Money well spent because Jason does fantastic work! Hes also a very kind nice person which is just the cherry on top for me! Bravo!

The Furniture Medic rocks! Jason refinished my very thin veneer table with significant water damage. He was thoughtful, very attentive and concerned about what I was hoping to accomplish. My table is a Drexel Heritage-he made it look brand new and the color match was amazing. He cares about the outcome, about your wishes and your furniture. I needed help with many house problems after a major dishwasher leak that damaged everything in my house from the floor to the ceiling including cabinets and furniture.
