BB&B is a bit of a mixed bag. Some stuff is high-quality and decently priced, other things dont rate the same. They have a decent selection of kitchen tools. Bring coupons for better prices.

I visited the store today and was help by very beautiful knowledge young lady named Alina, so helpful and she went out of her way to help me find 6 items I was searching for. Great staff and even better associates. Its good to see good help returning to work.

Always something amazing to find here! It’s a large bb&b and has cosmetics and drugstore skincare section as well! Most of staff is nice but the younger staff stands around and doesn’t greet nor offers help. This should be addressed!

They had everything I was looking for. Checkout was fast and easy. They even let me use expired coupons. Definitely will go back again

Good selection of items but the checkout was rediculuous! There were 3 customers in front of me & it took each 1 at least 10 mins & just 1 open register & 3 people at the returns desk.

The BB&B in Wethersfield is AWESOME! The managers, staff, cleanliness of the store are top notch. I hope the people ar the top read this...I go to BB&B, because if your amazing staff. The sales and coupons are a wonderful perk too.

After driving to numerous stores to look for gray framed mirror I found the perfect size at this store. One left with a 20% off coupon. Was thrilled as it ended my agony of driving from store to store to store.

I found some towels on sale which was great and my coupons helped me save addl money. Also the male cashier was great as i was checking out. Truthfully, i miss the westfarms store bc i found more sales/clearance items there. This store does not have decent clearance items, just junk, sorry.

The Wethersfield store is awesome. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Cant wait to go back

This was THE WORST experience ever. The clerks ignored us and walked by twice before I had to go the customer service desk to ask for help. I had been looking for the same pot for months and was told the set could not be broken up, but the pot I wanted was with only the other sauce pan so the set WAS broken up......it took 45 minutes for the clerk to understand I wanted to order the pot sent to my home. The manager kept saying no it cant be sent Id have to drive to other store.....finally got it ordered. This store is the worst Ive been to in years. Usually they are slow but this was absurd! Email to corporate tomorrow......,.

Love the store. Love the coupons. The sales associates are very helpful and friendly. Also with everything that is going on, I found that they were keeping to the rules.

The coupon policy is very confusing and changes every time I visit. I can either only use one 20% off a single item or multiple 20% off a single item if I have more than one item in the same transaction. This all always depends on which register/cashier that I go to as well during my visit. Theres no communication/consistency in what they do. The rules on the coupon say one coupon per visit or something akin to that. So yeah, very, very confusing/misleading altogether which makes for a headache when Im trying to check out and possibly explaining this to the cashier that wont do more than coupon per the rules (yet another type of cashier that I encounter at this store). Wethersfield store, please have a team meeting and get all of your employees on the same page, please and thanks. Other than these issues, this is a wonderful BBB store!

My favorite Bed Bath & Beyond, its always clean, stocked well and excellent customer service!

I came here to fix an issue that another location refused to assist. I was amazed that the manager was able to correct the problem within 5 minutes of my arrival.The customer service here has always been very good and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of care and understanding that the management staff displayed.This store has a great team, you should visit and see the quality of service is superb.

Found much more than I was looking for. The Nutra Bullet is a juicing hit in my house.

I’m new to Wethersfield and I walked past this store very often because thought, like so many other retailers, that this store was closed.When I went in on my first I remembered what a great store it is and that I have to control myself 😊. When I checked out, I introduced myself to Carl. He asked about coupons which I had forgotten even existed. He took the time to explain the instore/online processes to me. Twice! I told him I get confused. He said “that’s ok we’re here for you.” Ha! I needed that.Days later I saw him in the Wethersfield Shopping Center as I waited for a bus. I like Bed Bath & Beyond because they have nice collections of as seen on TV products that are shown from paid programming advertisement shows and on the TV commercials during commercials breaks. Bed bath and beyond is open Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm and Sunday 10am-6pm. Some of the bed bath and beyond are closing in some states due to chapter 11 bankruptcy in the U.S.A.

My opinion of the brand is changing.Why a health & beauty section? Granted, I did purchase a few things from that area. Prices though were a tad higher.Furniture quality has gone down when they switched over. Not willing to pay more for poor quality.I expected better quality from the brand but see lots of items being sold by their sister stores at this location.Staff does not always know about products. Nor are they always available to assist.

The lady I dealt with was beyond disrespectful and should not be allowed to talk to the customers how she did. I had gone in and walked around the entire store 2 times before deciding to ask one of the employees for help finding my item, to which she responded “Did you even look for it because otherwise you’re wasting my time” and walked away from me. I do not appreciate the way I was treated while shopping in the store, and that for sure will be the last time I will be going there.

They are super friendly and courteous and they really take time on your vehicle. They are fast too!!!

Very expensive, not a whole lot of inventory

You can find real good deals but the rest is way over priced. You need to use the coupons . Nobody with a brain. Will buy 6 K-cups for $10 . It does have some nice stuff just know what your buying.

They have a HUGE store with so much!! I spent quite some time just checking everything out. I was thrifty though and only got what I really needed. Just love this place.

Female manager and female clerk were rude. Told me I would have to drive home to get my 20% coupon. This manager said they have none in store. I am a regular customer and knew that was a lie. Left my items..came back next day with my coupon and a different store male manager scanned TWO 20%coupons for me just because when he saw I had three items and only one coupon. I would have given one star but this other manager was very kind.

Service is excellent. Employees are attentive and friendly. Today one of the employees brought me a basket as I was standing there contemplating other purchases because she noticed I had full hands. Very thoughtful, thanks!

Nice place but expensive

Its close to work and Ive always run in for things I need for home. One of the best things I bought years ago and cant find now are the things u put on tubes, so u can squeeze it all out, works well with toothpaste. I also had the nonslip decals in the tub of fish years ago but I dont think theyre still in existence.

Soo much stuff to wade through, and yet, not everything I was looking for was stocked, Im probably just being picky. The last time I purchased at this store, I didnt think to bring one of the ever present 20% coupons, the cashier offered to input a discount code for me. This time I asked for the discount from another cashier, and they said they couldnt do that. Typical, I went in for a $3 item and came out with $43 worth of stuff, much of everything else I needed was here in one stop.

Found what I needed. The check out was simple. The staff opened an additional line when they saw more than three customers waiting instead of ignoring us.

Just about everything is gone out of this store.I did find the plate set I was looking for at the right price.

Excellent products and easy to navigate within the store. Handicapped accessible parking. Very friendly staff and willing to help you with what ever questions you in store for them.

It was a short stop at BB&B for a laundry cart, which we found btw. My only prob with the visit was the non interest in what we were looking for. The first lady said its over there somewhere. Still couldnt find it, but then a different lady was able to point us right to it. So thats why only a 4 instead of a 5 on the rating.

Very large and many items in stock. Staff was great.

I found stuff I didnt even know I needed. I never noticed that they had hair care products that saved me a stop somewhere else to pick up the rest of the things I needed I just went in to get a mini crock pot. I left with hair color and hair color touch up and a couple of other items.

Went before Christmas. They always seem to have what we need. Love this store. They always have $10 off coupons, and 20% off coupons floating around in the mail.

Just as any regular Bed Bath & Beyond. Great selection, nicely organized to easily find what you need and there is usually always a few workers walking around to ask if you cannot find something. Also they change their stock to keep up with the seasons.

This bed bath and beyond is just as nice as the others with the same set-up and product line. The employees were friendly and even gave me some extra coupons that they had.

I didnt like this BBB. It had more of a grocery store/pharmacy feel to it. I prefer the one in Southington.
