My fiancé, sister and brother in law and I came here recently and worked with Jeff and he was absolutely amazing. We spent about an hour and a half there, looked at several slabs and Jeff was nothing but patient and helpful. We were interested in soapstone and they were more than willing to pull multiple different stones from the same lot number as we were really interested in having all of the inclusions on our particular stone. He also helped us map out where we would want the fabricator to cut the stone for our countertop and was really invested in helping us. It is a 3.5 hour drive there from where we live and we will absolutely be going back there to work with him for our other stone needs. His customer service was outstanding.

My husband and I went to the showroom today to pick out some granite for our kitchen. The showroom is impressive. They have a great selection. Andrea was the associate that helped us and she was very friendly and helpful. I am so happy we made the drive from Rhode Island.

Jonathan at Marble and Granite was VERY helpful with a recent granite purchase. Were building in Texas and they were in Maine and we were in Hawaii! He helped tremendously to coordinate crating and loading our kitchen granite on truck to get it to San Antonio Texas. Marble and Granite was GREAT! Cant wait to see our new granite when we are in Texas next week. Jonathan is The Dude! Big Mahalos

We were starting a kitchen and bath renovation and were told to go to M and G for a large selection of stone choices for our kitchen and bath. We were not disappointed in their selection. We worked with Diana Lamberty. She was professional and very knowledgeable. We had done our homework before going to look at stone so we had a good idea of what we were looking for. We were aiming towards quartzite, because we liked its qualities. She took plenty of time showing us samples. No problem having the slabs moved so we could see them better. We made 3 trips out to Westwood to view the slabs. Diana was very patient and easy to work with. We decided on sea pearl quartzite. It is absolutely beautiful. Our renovation is complete and we couldn’t be happier with our selection. I would highly recommend M and G and Diana!!

We had our ColorQuartz kitchen counter installed about two years ago and Marble and Granite was the supplier. Right after it was installed, we noticed that it showed every fingerprint! Since it was now just my husband and I, we were very disappointed in this product and Marble and Granite sent a representative to our home to attempt to address the problem. Jonathan was very responsive and attempted to show us different ways to clean our countertop. I should mention that the color is a lovely deep brown and Jonathan told us that the darker the color quartz, the more it would show prints etc.Two years later and one of us clean our counter top at least three times a day, NOT including after meals. Of course, we assume that we need to clean after any food preparation but if you sit at our bar with your computer, you need to clean it after you finish. If you sit at our bar just talking, you need to clean the counter afterwards. I understand the idea of natural oils from your hand showing fingerprints, but this is ridiculous. Our countertops look fabulous right after we clean them and within an hour or two, they need to be cleaned again. If we knew then, what we know now, we would never have purchased ColorQuartz.

They offer on each slab, the price, the resistance for multiple factors and the dimensions which is convenient for the customer. They are a little bit pricey compared to MSI but they have more options and also their showroom would be more easier to the customer to decide than MSI. They have granite, quartzite and quartz. The place has sweet and hobby handicrafts, and you can read the specifications of each stone, and the type of resistance to cooking factors and other things is applied to the stone, but its concern is a little expensive.
