This Kmart is truly a Gem. Why you ask? Cause it keeps outlasting the other stores. The Kmart is kinda dull but they have the essentials for the people of Westwood, NJ. The store that keeps giving!

Havent been in a Kmart since they closed the one in Paramus. Now, in comparison to Target, this one seems a bit tacky to me. Kind of like a step back in time. Basically, it has all the same departments, but is in need of modernization. But hey, you can find some good deals here and the staff is friendly. Lots of parking.

Kmart here is pretty good but it just doesnt want people to come back that often they dont have what people need because they dont have it in stock anymore because most kmarts are closing and this one may be next. Now with the virus going on its a ghost town. Store is still packed with decent stuff though but no tvs or barely any electronics.

Store has a good selection of some items, but not others. Waits can sometimes be long. Buildi g could use an update. Staff is nice and helpful.

Just visited here 6-3-20, great staff, helped me with my in store pickup, quick and easy. Did a bit of shopping and found some great deals on Craftsman tools and some clothing and food items. Definitely would love to visit Westwood Kmart again. GREAT STORE!

Ive been shopping in KMart for as long as I can remember. For me & my whole family. I buy all my shoes there. Clothes...especially pants & jogging pants. I dont jog, they just look good on me. My good friend took me to an expensive shoe place.....the shoes HURT! Two different stores at two different times! Never again! KMart shoes are soft & pliable. Please dont close down, Id be lost without you. And youre conveniently located in Westwood. I use to go shopping in Paramus & Closter....also in my hometown near Shenandoah, PA. ALL gone! I could cry!

Great place for what it is. Nothing fancy. In a small town. Great parking. Customer service people are always helpful. Prices vary sometimes can find cheaper else where.

They have an amazing Clothes department.Huge selection of mens,mens, womens, youth and childrens items.They sold out of most of summer stuffs.Pantry is fully stocked up.Good prices on watches,jewelry,, health and beauty products as well.This Kmart also has a good camping, fishing and hunting department as well.Their Atheletech and ThomMccan shoes are awesome and got 4 pairs today.Bought a $50 butane stove for $18 today as well.#Kmartisawesome.Their quality is so much better than their competitors.They also have a key making kiosk as well as a coin star exchange booth inside.Freezers and refrigerators are of great quality and prices as well

I have been coming to this store my entire life and its current state is nothing short of depressing. The shelves are bare and they did not even have the most basic of Kmart staples in stock. I went to today for a bed pillow. They did not have any but they had an aisle of pillows with armrests on them. They have zero cases of soda. The garden center is closed and it is the middle of June. For some odd reasons there are loads of hunting gear in stock when its not even a hunting area...Please put this store and its employees out of their misery. It must cost more to run the electricity and to pay staff than it actually takes in. Every trip in the last 2 years has been an aggravating disappointment.

I made an order online paid for an item they asked me to come pick it up came down and gave me the wrong item which is much less after hiring a professional to assemble it I come home I realized it was the wrong item I called them up no cooperation whatsoever it was a collaboration from Sears and Kmart. They literally overcharged me for an item that they never sold me.(Swingset)

I am not sure about the low reviews. Its a kmart, they have what they have and the staff is friendly and quick to help.

It is 930 and they are still not open. The employees showed up after 9:00 a.m. and then came out and said it would be another 20 minutes because of an electrical problem.....still not open.

Have great deal on clothes,shoes,luggage,pantry, home decor,garden,patio tables,pools and other outdoor decor.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. This place is old and I feel like I stepped back into 1981. They need to close this store

Some of you were never dragged into this store as a kid and rewarded with a pretzel or a hot dog at the snack bar after, and it shows!

Ample clothing inventory. Other departments are lacking. One of the very few Kmarts left in the area.

This Kmart has been open for as long as I can remember. They used to have so many products here but now half the shelves are empty and the store looks kind of dirty and run down. This is of the of the few Kmarts that havent closed down in my area. Maybe the last. I went there a couple days ago to replace some burnt out Christmas lights during the height of Christmas shopping season and there were hardly any customers. So it may not be open for much longer.

I wish I could say better things about this Kmart since its in my hometown, but to be honest with you its a rarity when they have things in stock, priced, and that there arent long lines when it comes time for checkout. Some of the staff is extremely nice and other ones should not work with people.

Very large store with too much inventory. You can see why Kmarts are going out of business. Pricing does not appear to be that great for the things I looked at. That said, there are clothing items that are a great deal compared to stores like Catherines

I asked for help with the jewelry, was told someone will be there. After 15 minutes I went to ask again. The cashier never page anybody. She was busy chatting with a friend. So I wait for another 15 minutes yet no one came. Very annoying

Im here all the time. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The rewards program is ridiculous, I dont understand how they give so many discounts to frequent shoppers, I get a lot of stuff for free, its great.

Seriously, where do I begin? First, the place smells like urine sometimes. Second, always under staffed and under stocked. Third, get ready to wait for a long time to check out. Always changing stuff on the shelves. I am always stunned when it is not on the sears/Kmart closing list.

Cant wait until they replace it with a Walmart or Target. Same old Kmart: most of what you need out of stock. Long slow lines to check out. Is frustrating to shop there.

Only Kmart in area. Store seems drab and unrenovated. Go there for bird seed and sales, shoes, clothing Place desperately needs an update in look and technology. Fair prices and Have saved $ there but not an exciting place to shop.

Expect about 20 minutes in the checkout line. They seem to deliberately understaff the checkout based on the lines. This has been the case every time I have been into this store.

Its one of the cheapest place in near by and it nit even too crowded so very convenient

They only ever have one register open and are so slow! I am on line right now and there are 9 people in front of me. They also are always out of stock of so many things also. How this place is still in business I have no idea.

Miserable Kmart im surprised it isnt closed. Empty shelves doesnt look professional in my opinion. Staff looks like they want to die and so do the products they are selling. None the less its close by and offers many products in one store making it an ideal stop to my shopping route.

I called to find out if the have a child gate in stock in Westwood, nj, Im still on the phone 7 mins and still no answer. You suck ppl, 1 question and they cant even answer!
