Just bought my prom dress today and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend!!

So my grandmother told me you get what you pay for and for our shopping experience this was so true. The owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating! We came in looking for a dress - she asked my daughter a few questions on style and me about budget and then proceeded to bring 10 dresses each which were stunning. We walked out with a dress and shoes - no headaches, online returns or drama and my 17 year old was beyond thrilled! Time and money well spent - thank you!!!

Another awesome shopping experience at Winged Monkey! The owner and her daughter could not be nicer. They always give us as much time as needed and never push us to buy anything. Every time we need a dress for a special occasion, we have found the most perfect outfit thanks to their patience and selection. On the one time we had a problem with an item they immediately took it back. We have even watched as older girls try on countless dresses for school dances and they keep bringing out more selections until the girl feels great about herself and her dress choice. My daughter and I are huge fans of this great store and today we had another successful trip there.

The store is phenomenal! They are so helpful in finding the perfect dress for the perfect person that fits your personality and your body. We loved it and well go back for every special occasion.

One top in particular...a yellowish shirt with a sunflower on the front. I got stopped so many times from folks asking where I purchased it. Thank you for convincing me to buy it. Will be seeing you soon.

This is the worst shopping experience I ever had in my life!!! from the time I walked in the store I wasnt even greeted when I asked about a dress I received a cold shoulder. The staff is so just outright rude not respectful to customers. from the time you walk in there the atmosphere is unpleasant negative aura. the owner seem very ignorant illiterate in running a business. will be filing a claim with the BBB about this horrific shopping experience

Although the owner can be very pushy, she knows exactly what she is doing. Two women whose names i do not recall helped me while I was dress shopping, both very sweet. There was a dress I absolutely fell in love with but they did not currently have it in my size so one of the girls tried it on so I could see how it looked. They have lovely dresses and are helpful as long as you are ready to be helped. From the minute I walked over to the dresses, someone came over and asked to help me. If I were you, just dont argue with the owner because she can be snobby and does not think before she speaks sometimes. I have bought dresses here on several occasions and will continue to go back.
