I have come into Device ER of Westport on a couple occasions for my familys Apple iPhone issues and have always been treated with exceptional customer service and superior technical support. The staff is top-notch and I highly recommend visiting this local business if you need their service.

This place is great. Ive gone in for numerous issues, always fixed right, generally less money than I was expecting to pay. WAY more convenient than Apple store. For example, when I needed iMac screen replaced, they worked with me to schedule so they could do in a 90-min block while I ran errands nearby ... didnt have to make a second trip there, didnt have to be without my Mac for even one day. On another occasion, a replacement part had problems out of the box (they noticed as they were testing). They loaned me a part and re-assembled machine so I could have use of it for the few days while they waited for a new part.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable about my mac laptop. Fair priced and responsive.

My company uses Device ER to fix our macs, and has been a great experience. They were able to fix some of the more problematic issues with my computers that other shops couldnt figure out. Staff is very helpful and the pricing is more wallet-friendly then going to an expensive Apple Store. Highly recommend Device ER!

I was previously skeptical of device repair places for whatever reason, probably because my only experience with them was in kiosks in the mall (no offense to any that might work in a kiosk in the mall). Having said that, I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, patience, technical knowledge, and overall result of my repaired iPhone 6+ by Device ER in Westport. Highly recommend.

I wish I went to Apple instead!!!! I brought and Apple MacBook Air to fix and he said he was 95% sure it would be a $90 part and take two or three days to get the part and fix it. Two weeks and almost $500 dollars later I got the computer back. Classic bait and switch. Had I known up front I would have bought a new one. We also had them Clean two other Mac Books while there and when we got them home could not tell that anything at all had been done. Will go directly to Apple next time.

Needed a replacement hard drive because the old one crapped out.They were reasonably priced, speedy and straightforward. Excellent work!!!!

I have been going here several years and they have fixed all my apple gadgets from iphones to macbooks in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend.

Macbook Pro battery was replaced just last month for $140 - I was advised I wouldnt have to keep the laptop plugged in charging while its in use due to it having a new battery, which is not the case at all.The New battery doesnt hold a charge for even 1 hr. It dies within the hour and I wanted to have this issue resolved. I have called and left multiple messages and sent an email and have yet heard back from anyone on this matter. The warranty is pointless if no one from Device ER contacts you back to resolve the issue.

Ridiculous people, i called them and i checked what time will they close and I arrived 10 min earlier and they were closed.However, i went to them for Data Recovery for macbook, and they show confidence to charge you no mattar what is the result and as always they fails and they couldn’t recover anything and they crashed the hard drive.Be Aware

Cant recommend Device ER highly enough. Honest, straightforward, fair - very reasonably priced and great service - So glad they have opened a Westport location - Definite 5 Stars!

They totally rescued me from an utter disaster. My work is online and when I splashed a bit of coffee on my macbook I feared Id need a new computer. It wasnt cheap to get it fixed, but they not only fixed it but they gave me a loaner computer so I could do my final reports for my job. Truly they saved the day.

Dropped off a DJI mavic pro drone for them to fix. They later called and said they could not fix it and to pick it up. I was traveling at the time then busy at work so a month or two went by. Without a call or email, they apparently threw it out. Whether they’re just unintelligent or if they sold it for parts is questionable but either way, wouldn’t recommend. The drone still flew when I dropped it off, just was having other issues so throwing it out seems odd.

My daughter shattered her iPhone 6S screen. I worked with David who took the time to research and determine that we were thankfully still under AppleCare making the replacment just $29. Phew, this saved us at least about $100. DeviceER also provided her with a loaner phone while hers got sent out for repair. The icing on the cake was when David spent extra time with me on the phone after receiving it to restore all of her data. Turn around was great and customer service top notch!

Called and got an estimate for a broken screen for my s7 edge. Device ER was $170 dollars more than UbreakitIfixit. Dont go to these people theyre a scam.

Tiny store, not helpful. Made appointment to have iPhone 6 battery replaced; did not have battery in stock. Call ahead to make sure they can handle your request, not likely.
