I was so impressed by the employees at Auto Select. My check engine light turned out to be a major issue, that I wasnt expecting. But they immediately started to work on my car. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Amazing service. Went in a few months ago with a bad coolant hose. They fixed it right away for me. The next day the same hose came off the clamp and they repaired it for free plus through in an oil change for me. Definitely 10/10 recommend these guys!

My wife took our 2018 Mitsubishi in for brakes, full tune up, and transmission and differential service. All the work was preformed to the highest standard, and Mike (the owner), kept us apprised of the services as they were getting done. We were given a loaner car as well. There was a slight hiccup with the brakes, as the pads that were delivered to the shop were the wrong ones, TWICE! Mike was very apologetic and made things right by having someone drive the 90 miles to Green Bay to get the correct pads. We will continue using Auto Select in Weston. We took a used car we purchased to Auto Select to make sure it was completely in good condition before giving it to our son. We had several things fixed and after returning home with it ran into a few new issues. Not only was Auto Select helpful in figuring it out but they went above and beyond to make sure we got everything JUST RIGHT with the car, including driving it all the way back out to our home. I highly recommend!

Auto Select Weston was so easy to work with. We towed are SUV there on a weekend and they diagnosed it and called with options and upfront honest prices first thing Monday morning. They were incredibly friendly and professional. They were very detailed with invoice and explanations. They repaired everything very quickly and we will be doing all future vehicle maintenance and repairs with them!

Excellent work and customer service all around. We will continue to bring our cars to Mike and Butch to get serviced. During the February 2020 negative 20 degree weather my car battery died. I was able to get my car battery jumped and started and it was still the original battery. I called Mike and he fit me in immediately to get my battery replaced. Awesome service, they had to order me a tire at about 2pm and was done by 9am the next day. I believe his name is Frank went above and beyond casual customers service, when I was paying he wheeled my tires out and loaded them in my trunk for me and was really nice! If I have any problems down the road Im more than happy to be a returning customer!

The people were really nice and friendly! I actually went with a friend to pick up his car at Auto Select and ended up abandoning my truck in their parking lot because I couldnt get my truck into gear to leave. They were really understanding and got my truck in within a day or so which was really great being that it was super last minute. Whatever they did to my truck was pretty fast too and I was able to pick up my truck a day or so after I called Auto Select to start working on my transmission. They saved me a lot of stress being able to work on my truck so quickly since I dont live in Wausau and was just visiting a friend!

Very conveniently my car was picked up from my home and the service was completed within an hour. Payment was able to be provided conveniently. And of course the gentlemen behind the counter were friendly and helpful!

Ive used Auto Select for a long time too. So long in fact, that they text me back using my fathers name asking for a review. My Van ended up being towed there a block away on 2/7 because of two flat tires. I ended up biting the bullet, and getting 4 new tires and even an oil change that I didnt need for about $640, because I hoped to get my vehicle back that day. I was assured the tires were all in stock even though it seemed a premium price, and that Id get a call back. I waited...Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.. no updates, nothing, and finally as the place closed on Wednesday night they decided to call, Oh, can you pick it up? Nobody left to give me a ride by that time, or to arrange to get in there. Well, Thursday morning, on my time taken off from work, I finally got a ride in to pay $640 for my vehicle, and after what should have been a relatively simple, quick repair 4 days later. Thats not the value or customer service, that Ive come to expect.

My fiancé had a went to leave for work and noticed his one tire was extremely flat. We called Auto Select as they are very close to us. (It was our first time going to them) They towed his car and squeezed us in to get it fixed. Because of the quick response and professionalism we decided to give them a try when his car needed an oil change. They were able to get us in at the time we needed and it took half the time they had estimated! Both of our experiences have been wonderful and we’ve found our go to place for all maintenance repairs!

Tire rotation was suppose to be done on my vehicle. It was never done. Was told they fixed my leaky tire and it wasnt done. My vehicle leaked fluids like crazy. After being lied to on the services that were to be done I decided not to even bother with them ever touching my vehicle again. Quoted me for work to be done ony vehicle that did not need to be done.

Brakes froze up on Thursday .. towed in with no notice and told likely wont be done till the following Monday but they got me back in the road the very next day. Was very happy with the quick turn around and the work done.

Gave SUPERTECH a second chance to redeem themselves from my last appointment, which turned from a oil change to a quote of $2000 plus for front and rear brakes. Which was pretty mind blowing as from the 6000km oil change the brakes went from perfect nothing to note on inspection to complete new installation of rotors, pads and callipers. That eventually was sorted to we’ll say a satisfactory result. Hence the next 5000km early oil change and request for brake service? Was answered with you don’t need a brake service so soon, an inspection is all that’s required! Fast forward to drop off of truck in the morning and the reassurance of no need to service the brakes from front desk clerk.Okay but I do hear a little squeak or something on the front drivers side? Was my information before leaving.Two hours later get the call from shop! The truck needs REAR brakes servicing!!!Okay so be it. Get it done.Picked truck up paid for oil change and an extortionate amount for brake service! Desk clerk tells me my rotors were rusty and that’s the cause ? Not been used enough!!! Funny thing is? Gets driven everyday for a at least 10-20 km and the pads showed 10-15% wear. Yes and Only for the next day to have the brake squeal to be still there. Nothing had changed from before, the so called brake service on the rear? Not the front as I suggested on drop off.To sum up, very disappointed with service.Oil changes are very good value and as a shop they probably do hundreds and are the best price for oil change on any diesel truck in town.But if creating extra work to subsidize the oil change price is the norm. I won’t be going back. Sorry SUPERTECH you let yourselves down.

Terrible. Brought my car in to have a new valve cover and gasket, as well as have some sensors replaced. Went to pick up my car after receiving a call that it was fixed, and when I started it, car was sputtering and engine wasn’t getting full power, was also getting an error light indicating low engine power. Took a picture of error message and walked back in asking if they knew what it meant, and they had no idea. Said they’d look at it, but only took the car in to let it run inside, then Called me and told me it was fixed. I brought my car home and had three different occurrences of the engine getting low power, car wouldn’t even go faster than 10 mph. Brought it back in to find out they had never even looked into the low power indicator while they had it. In fact, they still didn’t even know what the picture I showed them meant. They then kept the car for five days, apparently trying to “recreate the Issue” with no luck, and sent me home with my vehicle again. Well, if you had actually looked at it when it was acting up, maybe you’d know what it was and how to fix it, this was a case of lazy work trying to be covered up my the “leaders” of this business. Learned my lesson, going to the dealership from now on. Negative five stars.

I had been using another local franchise automotive shop since 2016. Although they did good honest work the first 2 years, the 3rd year, 2018, some of the work and charges seemed excessive. The final straw for me was charging me almost $250 for a battery replacement...and that DIDNT include the price of the battery!I had heard good things about AUTO SELECT, so I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! Mike and Butch are very personable and professional; however, its their customer service that really impressed me! From always having a loaner car available to no charge for several inspections, maintenance checks, and very minor work performed, the most impressive was Mike calling me on a Saturday morning (WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED) and responding to a text I had sent to the shop late Friday night. I didnt expect to hear from him till Monday morning when they opened up. Their prices are competitive with other shops in the area, the work is always completed on time or sooner, and they dont try to sell me unnecessary work.They have a customer for life.

These guys have been honest every time! They are upfront about what issues are present, which ones they recommend fixing right away for safety reasons, and which ones they simply recommend to have done in the near future. They explain the issues to you. If you have shaking on acceleration, they’ll tell you what they found wrong that explains the shaking or why fixing a certain issue is important for the vehicle/your safety. For being a young mom in her 20s, I don’t have the time of day to study up every car problem I have, so this is an important factor to me. Every single employee I’ve talked with over the last few years of taking my vehicle here has known what they’re explaining, is professional, friendly, patient, answers all my questions, and is overall good at customer service. They give you an accurate estimate of when they’ll have your car checked over and always call before fixing anything to make their suggestions and give you a price. I now live in the Twin Cities and wait until I can visit home (Weston) to have my car touched just so I know it’s in the best hands. I would recommend to anyone!

I have numerous health conditions and have long distances to travel to attend medical appointments. I went to my car and noticed I had shrapnel in my tire but it was not flat. I was also due for an oil change. When I called I spoke with Mike and told him I needed my tire checked out and was on a short time frame because I had a medical appointment in Madison the next day, which made me nervous to drive a long distance with a potentially bum tire. They were able to schedule me that day and work my car in around other jobs they were doing. I appreciated their prompt service and how they explained the work that was done. I thought it was time for new brakes. Once they checked them it was determined I had plenty of life left on them. I wasn’t charged for the time they spent picking up and returning my vehicle or for the inspection. I will definitely use them the next time I need work done on any of my vehicles.

Went in for a misfire they said it was jumped timing and needs a new engine got a second opinion and it was a misfire on cylinder 3.

Recently moved back from Arizona and Auto Select has been one of the best discoveries for me. Will not take my vehicles anywhere else!Whether they are working on our 2009 Audi or our 20 year old Jetta they both get treated as though they were priceless! I trust their advice, their mechanics and their customer service.

They were able to get me in right away and took care of my car the way I would. The only negative was that the parts store delivery driver was 40 minutes late. Not entirely their fault, but I felt like they could have followed up a little sooner.
