I’m currently standing in the store in a long line that hasn’t moved. There are 3 employees. One sitting in the back, ignoring the line. One young one that seems confused, slowly loading paper into the copiers and occasionally walking back and forth to ask questions, but successfully ignoring all the customers in line. Third (main) employee is chatting with a customer and slowly working on whatever his issue is but clearly not making progress. Every single one is acting like this huge line (out the door) does not exist and is not apologizing for the wait, nor exhibiting any urgency. It’s like we are invisible and certainly unvalued. It’s ridiculous. It’s lunchtime - people are losing time of their lunch and these guys could not care less. I am so disgusted. Several of us have easy quick Amazon returns. I won’t come back here for anything!
Do not rent a box from this store. Not only will they treat you like a second class citizen... But absolutely not one employee will be able to take your payment for that box. I have had to take off 3 days of work within 3 weeks to renew my box at this store, evidently the only one that can take your money is the manager... Well shes never there, and none of the employees know when she will be in. Dont sell the product if you cant sell the product. Good luck trying to get help from corporate, they dont even realize they rent boxes to people. Zero management and zero people skills at this location. I have only ever been treated decently by Carl and the British woman. So thanks to you too but other than that pure laziness is what I say. My entire world is connected to this box and these people are about to let it lapse because they dont know how to do their job. Pay the extra money and use FedEx.And if youre looking for a box to rent the USPS rents them for $60 a year whereas UPS rents them for $180 for 15 months.
This morning, June 21 21, I arrived to the store early, like 20 minutes (8:10am). I saw the lights were off and walked up to check the hours. As I was looking at the posted hours a man came out from behind the gate inside and begin to open it. I waited for him to finish. I knocked on the glass and motioned to leave my package (UPS Pre-paid label). he pointed to his wrist and yelled No, come back when the store is open Dumb F*^k.I will do everything in my power to never use this store again. I cant post without clicking a star. 0 stars for this person, and this business.
I had to ship some packages out the weekend before Christmas. While there was a line, the UPS employees were moving quickly and efficiently. I didnt have my items packaged up and I did not feel like fighting the crowds to go purchase boxes at a store, so I took everything to UPS and they were able to package it and ship it for me.The employees at this store were extremely professional and courteous. They had a long line out the door but they took care of each customer with a friendly smile.They definitely deserve all the stars !
Employee didnt understand what I was asking for when I was simply asking if they had any pre-paid shipping packages so I didnt have to pay for shipping based on weight. Always go to USPS.
Had to return a mattress pad and they went above and beyond to help me great staff

Friendly and honest service. I have been using this store for over 3 years now and have never had an issue. Karl, Angie and Matt are fantastic at their jobs and do their best to work with you on big print jobs and shipping needs. Highly recommend this location!
Really friendly people treat me like family when I’m there always time for a good chat. Great communication and follow up and Dana is a cool cat. The owner is always on top of things here. The place is always clean and well-kept

I work at the Dollar Tree next door and once in a while I need something done.The place is always tidy as it can be and the employees are very courteous and polite.Recently I happened to see Karl assisting a lady to her car with a tremendous,very heavy package.He was so gallant and when Im in there he makes me laugh.What a sweetheart! I brought my package in to the store to make sure it was packed correctly and got shipped properly. They misinformed me on packing requirements and it cost me! I paid extra for insurance and UPS denies the claim! The store wont take responsibility of their actions so I will never use UPS again. Was never told of or offered their new guaranteed pack and ship service by the employee until it was time to file a claim. The store manager Angie said I should have read the sign they had hanging up in the store, wasnt her employees job to inform me. Really?
Does not know what documents they notarize. I can not recommend for notary services.
My wife and I have used this store several times in the past to ship items to Ohio for Christmas presents and other gifts for family and also for their printing services. The items are always expertly packed and have arrived in perfect condition everytime. The service has always been fantastic when weve been in there, extremely professional and honest. The print has always been first class and the store owner has contacted me personally to make sure I was happy with the proofs before they were printed. I would and have recommended this store to everyone looking for great print and first class shipping.
Very helpful, sometimes a bit of a wait but, isnt patience a virtue? And remember to always get a receipt! Had a package go completely haywire (not this stores fault at all) but the manager insisted I take the receipt (which I normally dont) and that little piece of paper saved me from having to pay over $1000 for a package that was mailed correctly but the return label provided had bad directions. This review is not about this store but the UPS Company. I ordered a package twice and UPS handed the package off to the USPS. Each time this has been done the package is lost. I live in Westminster, MD and they sent the package to Bridgeport, NJ to be put in USPS hands. UPS stated that they (UPS) gave it to my local USPS for delivery to my home.Please help me understand (DA) UPS, how is Bridgeport, NJ, my local POST OFFICE.
I would have given this experience 0 stars. Waiting for 3 packages...sent to Baltimore then way out to laurel, in the opposite direction of where it should be shipped. Thanks for starting our magical vacation off right UPS. Paid for 2 day shipping which turned into 6 days. Needless to say, our much anticipated Disney items did not get to us in time for our first time there vacation. So disappointed and never using them again...
The owner of this UPS provides the best, friendly, patient, and professional service, as do all of his employees, to their customers. I highly recommend this UPS to anyone and everyone. I will be back as a customer.

Package was shipped, to the main office of an air force complex. I was called and was told that I need an exact number I gave it to her while on the phone and thought all was well. She called me back a 1/2 later and said it was already being shipped back and that I would have to pay 12 dollars. My question is why didnt they leave it at the address it was shipped to? Second, why is it costing me more money? I paid to have it expressed shipped in the first place. Poor customer service and communication.
I had 2 packages to send back I called the day before to ask if my wife brought them could she get some help to get them into the store the gentlemen said that would not be a problem, the next day comes and they acted very unprofessional and not friendly at all. Then when it came time for shipping options again very unprofessional. If they dont like helping people maybe they shouldnt be working at a place like this !!
Very unprofessional and very racist charge extra money if your ..... . ! No extra fee posted are written and they charged me 5$ for my 5 lb Box that was there for 5 hrs! Not even 1 whole day! On the box it said after 3 days they can charge you storage fees! I will never service there and Im a business owner in Westminster. I called other ups store and 5hey do not charge extra!!
Westminster, MD.They DO NOT take Amazon returns here. Even though its a UPS STORE and amazon says they do! The lady was so nasty to me and i am never coming to this location AGAIN!

We had to have some documents notarized. We anticipated it would be expensive, but $8 per page because it contained both my wifes and my signatures seems extremely excessive. We wont be returning to see how their other services fair.
I made an online appointment to have notary services. I was sent two reminders to show up on time I get here and the notary took off at 1 o’clock. Very unprofessional and they interrupted our work day.
I attempted to use this service as I have other UPS stores in the past. I was immediately rebuked upon requesting the service without being asked the size or weight of the package. We dont do that here I was told by a gentleman. I asked who in the area does, and was told that he didnt know anyone. Total lack of service or desire to work.

Worst UPS store ever, A lot of people dont know but the UPS stores are franchisees, not owned by UPS. Severe lack of customer service at this branch. Refused to take an over weight UPS returned ticket item. I had to take it to the UPS distribution center in Frederick.
