Scott is very helpful when asking questions about what is needed. I would definitely recommend them!
Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. They helped me find my property corners and provided me with a sketch for reference later down the road. I would highly recommend them!
Great service!
Professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made sense out of a difficult surveying situation. I would gladly hire these guys again. I gave this company 5 stars because there is no 6+ star rating.
I give this company one star because there is no half star. I have an issue with my property lines and easement. I walked into their office with plot in hand. Followed up with another walk in and 4 phones calls. I know that easements are a pain but they could have just told the truth. I never heard from them. Waste of my time.
I gave one star for the following:- The work that was discussed during the contract signing was not performed. The corrections that were made after the plans were recorded were not submitted free of charge. My wife and I were charged for modifications at no fault of ours.- General contract stated an estimated price for the entirety of the project. However the end fees were double the estimated price not including the fees charged by the county which we were made aware of.- length of time for our project was estimated at 6 months. Took 2 1/2 years. Their are always things that pop up but the time it took was not reasonable.- when I confronted the owner, he didnt budge and made it seemed like we never had conversations about the original scope of work even after I brought emails as proof.- bills would come every couple of months with little to no detail stating, for work performed from 03/15-05/15... and would be upwards of $1k-$2k every time. Complained to the office manager and respectfully requested additional bill detailing so we could gauge how much time and effort was going into our project in hopes that the project was nearing completion.- would reach out to the owner for status updates every 4-6 months only to be told we had to file or sign something with the county. Well didnt we hire you so that you could inform us and/represent us? We just wasted all this time thinking things were moving forward. The owner is a nice guy outside of his business but I will NEVER do budiness with BPR again. We werent made a priority and thats how this project became unraveled. If you have a commercial project and are supplying big $$$ this may be a different experience but private residential owners beware. There is no oversight for surveying companies so you must do your own research and hope that you make a sound decision. Every minute of dedicated to your project is billable. I wonder now if 15 mins at the county office was rounded up to an hour for easier billing purposes.
I would NOT recommend them!!!
